Episode 2.03 Near Wild Heaven

Overview:

Although Nathan and Haley are already married, Tim insists on throwing Nathan a post-wedding bachelor party, while Brooke throws Haley a bachelorette party. Meanwhile, Lucas tries to decide whether he should visit Dan in the hospital. Karen decides to go back to school. Nathan gets a job working for Keith at Dan’s dealership.

Recap:

Bachelor - and bachelorette - party time! Since Tim decides to organize Nathan’s post-wedding party, Brooke thinks it’s time Haley had a special party too.

Dan apologizes to Lucas for being the worst father ever and asks him for a second chance. Lucas wonders whether he should forgive him.

Karen is hurt because Keith is avoiding her. Meanwhile, Dan can leave the hospital, but the doctor says he needs physical therapy. Deb assures him that a very qualified nurse can move in with him at the beach house, but Dan’s idea is slightly different: he wants to come back home - to their home. Deb doesn’t seem that enthusiastic about the idea.

Keith offers Lucas a job at the dealership, but Lucas tells him to give the job to Nathan: he needs it more than him.
The bachelor party can get started; unfortunately, the stripper is missing. And when two policewomen break into Nathan’s apartment because of the noise, Tim mistakenly believes they’re the strippers they were waiting for; Tim is definitely heading for jail tonight.

In the meantime, another party is in full swing: Haley’s, of course. Haley, Brooke, Peyton and the other girls are having a lot of fun between booze and crazy dances.
After Lucas and the other boys go home, the stripper shows up at Nathan’s. Meanwhile, Brooke’s credit cards are all rejected, so the partying girls have to do dishes in the club where they spent the evening.

When Haley returns home, the stripper is nowhere to be found. It’s clear Nathan asked her to leave because Haley is ‘the one.’ Nathan, GG - good guy.

The next morning, it’s Nathan’s first day at the dealership and it’s also Karen’s first day at the university. Meanwhile, Dan comes back home and someone is there eager to help, even though “it doesn’t change anything” between them, and I’m talking about Lucas, of course.
