Overview:

In the second part of the this seamless 2-hour Season Finale of “One Tree Hill,” things heat up between Lucas and Brooke since he finally tells her what he feels about her. Nathan and Deb conspire to desert Dan for good, leading to an explosive conclusion when he discovers their plan. Peyton has a shock. Meanwhile, Karen decides to spend the summer holiday in New Zealand. And at the climax of Dan’s numerous deceptions someone sets the dealership on fire with him in it.

Brooke gets ready to leave for the summer and so does Karen, who finally decided to go to New Zealand.
Rehab was successful and Deb is back home. She tells Nathan he should not give up on the whole High Flyers thing because he deserves it. Nathan replies he doesn’t want to leave her anymore since Dan hinted her pain problem addiction started when he moved out. Deb tells Nathan Dan lied to him. It turns out she does want to get their family together but she also wants Dan out of the picture.
Peyton asks Brooke about her feelings for Lucas and Brooke points out: “Phantom feelings. Like, when you lose a leg and try to scratch it. Lucas was my gangrene infected amputated limb.”
Lucas has a present for Deb: the ledger where there are reported Dan’s scam activities. As soon as Deb threatens Dan of giving the ledger to the police, Dan reminds her she is a party of the scam, since she is owner of the dealership as much as he is. Yep, it seems Nathan and Deb’s plan to brake free from Dan isn’t doing exactly great. Typically, Dan has found a way to keep Nathan and Deb from leaving him once and for all.
Meanwhile, Nathan finds out Lucas did go and see Haley. He is hurt that Lucas lied to him about it. “We aren’t brothers, not even friends anymore.”
A reporter is interested in writing an interview about Peyton. Later, Goldilocks finds out the reporter lied about what magazine she worked for. Peyton is stunned.
In the meantime, Lucas finally tells Brooke he is in love with her but she just says she has to leave anyway.
Nathan decides to join High Flyers but someone is waiting for him outside his door: Haley.
Major problem for Dan. Someone sets his dealership on fire and he is kind of trapped there, since he has been drugged.
The fake reporter pays Peyton a visit… Surprise… It turns out she is Peyton’s birth mother.
