OK, the stories (and some spoilers!) are coming in on the forums about the casting calls at all the Macy’s today. I’m seeing most of the information about the New York Macy’s but hopefully I can update with more info later. Thank you to all the fans posting their experiences!

Here is a small spoiler from Mark for all you Brucas fans:

“Hey, tell all your Brucas friends that I havn’t forgotten about them. I have a really awesome storyline set up for them that will either happen if the strike ends and we get more episodes or if/when we get a season five. So don’t lose hope yet.”

Behind the scenes info from Mark and Michaela:

He answered questions like if rachel, deb, and bevin are returning. Questions about the strike and then a few for lindsey like how was it kissing chad. She was very diplomatic in answering and said something like “Well I can’t really answer that because it wasnt a true kiss it was scripted and acting with tons for people watching!” haha She was so nice and seemed super nervous which was cute! They mentioned how the scene with her and chad over the IM/video chat was done with them in rooms right next each other. chad was on set in his room then they built a small make shift office for her, but once that scene was filmed Mark said felt like he told her now go in the room and make out. she said she was nervous but everyone was so welcoming and nice

I went to the singing in SF, I didn’t stay for the whole thing though because they said they weren’t allowing photos on stage. I got there around 11:00, which I was glad they did, because they were handing out pink wristbands and only taking the first 300 people and when I got there there was like 60 people. And yes I did stand there for 3 hours. James did an interview before hand, I was not at the front of the line, but I was pretty close, it only took me 25 minutes to get to the front and get my autograph. They took all our personal belongings so we couldn’t take photos or have him sign anything other than the season 5 promo pics. I still can’t believe I met him, he looked hot like always, I went omg James I love you and he went I love you too and then I went you’re so hot and he was like thanks. He was so sweet. But they were really organized in SF. I got two clutches, because I spent 70 dollars and the cashier was like I’ll split it into two recipts so you can get two clothes over bros clutches don’t tell anyone, I was like okay. So yes, it was totally awesome.

How gorgeous did she look? Her outfit, and hair and everything..she looked stunning, even prettier in person!
So even though we were supposed to go up one at a time, me and my friend told the people that we’d probably pass out if we went alone, so they let us go together. haha. i was soo nervous.
so meanwhile my friend is bawling, and im trying really hard not to cry. So when we were walking up there, Sophia was drinking her water bottle, and when she saw us she made this really cute face, and said “Aww. no tears, no tears” and she put her hands down on the table and took one of our hands.
then she asked my friend her name, and Daphne asked what mine was. When Sophia was done signing our stuff she asked us where we were from. and we told her we were from newjersey, and my friend told her bergen county and she pointed at us and goes “Shut up, my mom grew up in Teaneck!” and she made the cutest excited face. and i was like “No way! We live a few towns away from there.” and then she said tht was awesome. then we said thank you, and said our goodbyes.
so ofcourse after that, me and my friend are hysterically crying (i dont think i ever cried so hard over a person), and the cw camera people were talking to us about our experience, and the audition stuff, and the 4 year jump.
more: when my other friend went up, she told soph that me and the friend i went up with really look up to her, and how shes my rolemodel. and she said sophia said that we were so sweet and that she loved us (:

OMG! I just came back from NYC!! First off, Sophia looked absolutely GORGEOUS!!!!.
So basically we got there (me, my friend & r parents) and they tell us that they were cutting the line off and we weren’t getting in. =O So I was like pissed and upset, because its my birthday. Anyway, we decided to wait, and ended up getting tickets to get in! I was number 388 out of like..400! So yea..luck I guess! =] I kinda had a good feeling, because when she came in , I had my ipod on shuffle and “I Don’t Want to Be” came on. So I knew something good was going to happen! =] After about four hours of waiting, we finally got up there. My knees were literally shaking. Shaking so much that like I had trouble walking up the two steps to get to her! haha. Anyway, my friend went up first and he was like “Can I have a hug” and Sophia said “I would..but you see that guy over there? He would jump you if I did!” She’s hilarious and again BEAUTIFUL up close. Then..it was my turn..I was SO freaked out!!! She asked my name and I said “Alexa” and when she was signing I was like “Its my birthday today!” And she said “Really?” and signed my picture “Alexa, happy happy! Sophia Bush” And of course Alexa with an exclmation point! haha! I think I was one of the only people who got my picture personalized. We got there at about 10:30 anyway, and it was still crazy. Oh yea..and before I went down to go back I asked her for a high five and Soph was like “Hell yea!” and gave it to me! But anyway, it was SOO worth the wait!

Hey everyone! The name’s Amelia and I’m normally just a lurker around here but it seems that everyone wants to here from the Bethany meet and Greet so here I am. But to be honest I was so nervous that I’m not to clear on all the details of the day lol. So here i go…So my friend and I got to the Macy’s in downtown Seattle around 11:00am. There definately weren’t many people there. Some workers later came around handing out the cast pic to be signed and a number. I was 11th in line so you could tell how little amount of people there were. My friend occasionally metioned this but I knew people would show. As 2 started rolling around more and more people showed up and there ended up being a pretty good turn out with tons of people auditioning as well. By 2 the fashion show started in which I didn’t pay to much attention to because I was so excited to see Joy. Once the fashion show ended our local radio station’s Dj came out and introduced Joy. Everyone screamed of course as she entered onto the stage. She was so gorgeous and tiny. She was wearing a cute red top that looked really good on her. I had actually met her before at the OTH concert but for some reason I was still extremely excited and I thought she looked absolutely amazing in person. Anyway, she was way cute and she introduced herself and said how great it was to be in Seattle.(sorry about lack of details of what she said. like I said I was way nervous slash excited) So they called up the first 25 people and they were really good about going in the order of your number which I really liked. As I walked up to her i couldn’t stop shaking. She was really nice and had a big smile on her face. Our whole interaction went as follows. Joy looked at me and said “Hi. How are you?” Me being so nervous just replied with a “hi.” then I paused and just stared at her. Yeah..I’m kinda creepy. But then she looked up at me and I realized that she asked me how I was. Somehow I was able to get out a “fine. How are you?” And my shakey self didn’t even listen to her response but I was able to ask her for a pic and of course she said yes. And than once I got my pic and autograph and said my thanks it was my friends turn. So of course I was going to take the pic of him and Joy but like I’ve said I was really nervous and as I was taking the pic I was shaking like crazy. Sadly it made his pic a bit blurry but thankfully they both turned out alright. So that’s pretty much my story. It seemed to go by so quick once it all started. But it was one of the best days of my life. I hope my story was somewhat helpful for everyone.
