Personally I think that its going to be Lindsey… simply becasue it makes sence… if you think about it mobile phones played quite a big part in 0518 and they where flying around EVERYWHERE… now Boooke left a message for Luke but so did Lindsey. I think that the phone call Peyton got was from the guy who knew Eliie, the phone call Brooke got was from the Adoption agency and the phone call Lindsey got was from Lucas. Of course there is the chance that the writers have taken a twist and gone “ooo the audience think that it is going to be Peyton or Lindsey so we’ll make it…BROOKE” but I doubt that. Personally I’m a massive fan of Leyton. But unfortunatly, I don’t think that this is where they are going with it. As Peyton said in the recording studio its her dream that Lucas will propose to her agian, or its her dream that they where back in that hotel room and she could say yes. So maybe there is a slight chance it could be her but i doubt it :/ Anywho thats my thoughts……. I CANT WAIT FOR THE NEW SEASON THOUGH!!!! *bounces*

I doubt it would be Lindsay because I read that, this was going to be her last episode in One Tree Hill. It wouldn’t be Brooke because, well, that wouldn’t make sense of Lucas asking her to marry her, right? -____- so I think it would be Peyton, they might have didn’t show the rest of the conversation between them in the last episode or something. Who knows, right? Oh well, that’s my opinion.

it is going to be brooke. they both said i love you towards the end and lucas admires how she helps people. it wont be lindsey because she would have to fly from NY to be there… it wont be peyton because, honestly he doesnt love her anymore. he used to have a thing for brooke too and even though he asked peyton to marry him, he was crushed. it was her dream to marry him and he said it was only a dream. its BROOKE!!!

okay i know this sounds kinda crazy, but here’s what i think:
peyton and lindsay won’t show up.
peyton would be confused, and lindsay wouldn’t want to. [remember, she told him she was done.]
i think the only one that would show up was brooke. NOT TO MARRY HIM. because we know brooke and her big heart, and when she heard lucas ask HER to marry HIM, she would automatically know that something was wrong with him. she would go, and help him to see what a stupid idea [probably one of his worst] it was to ask peyton, lindsay, AND her to marry him AT THE SAME TIME!

So I think that Lucas is calling Brooke. But wait I think that Brooke will tell Peyton and that she will be the one to show up at the airport. Becausue Brooke and Peyton have been thru so much and Brooke would know that Lucas is only asking out of his pain and hunger for Peyton. That’s what I think but I guess we will have to wait and see. Does anyone know when the show will be back on with the new episodes?

I think it will be Peyton! He’s loved her forever! It won’t be lindsay because she turned him down like 87 times and he was just hiding behind lindsay because he really loved peyton, he just didn’t want to admit it! I don’t think it will be brooke because even though they said they loved each other at the end, you could tell it was more of a mutual friendship type love and there werent any i love you type sparks! I think it will be peyton because she told him she would always love him and he has loved her from the 1st episode! And eventhough he told peyton he hated her, the episode was titled “hate is safer than love.” So those are my words of wisdom, haha! But this is just my opinion, I could be totally wrong!
ps. I agree with the person who said that Brooke’s call will be from the adoption agency! that would be perfect because all she really wants is a baby and someone to share her life with! It would be so perfect!

* SORRY IT IS SO LONG BUT I FEEL IT IS WORTH IT. PLEASE TELL WHAT YOU THINK. OMG> You all have great points. I really think Nikki Owen is right. I don’t want it to be though. I want it to be Brooke. But as I read the first and second episode is filmed in las Vegas, and Brooke wouldn’t do that to Peyton. It has to be Lindsay or Peyton. I want it to be Brooke, because I want Chopia to be together and maybe they will get there senses together and get act together but I doubt it. I also read it will be Lindsay’s last episode, so I think it has to be Peyton, especially because what she did on the Black Top. The Problem is Nikki Owen makes a lot of sense.

I am hoping that it is Peyton, I love them together. I really dont think that Brooke would do that to her anyway. I cant wait until the new season but this is One Tree Hill where anything is possible so I guess that I will have to wait and see what happends.

ok..ok.. lets just get things straight here. The phone call thing… ok Brooke is supposed to get a call from the agency, Peyton from the guy who knows ellie and lindsey im not sure about. But i do like the idea of Lucas calling Brooke and Brooke realizing there is something wrong..or that it is Peyton and things just work out.. or that instead of getting married Lucas and Peyton go after the person who knows ellie… and remembering the last trip between them ended up in a steamy making out seen in season one. It can’t possibly be Lindsey i fell bad and everything but it was supposed to be her last episode. I think its just about Lucas just saying how he feels and his friends coming to help him… if you catch my drift…. and the season 6 premiere is supposed to be September 1! If anyone knows something then keep posting!! Luv ya guys…

Okay look it was lindsay’s last episode so we know it’s not her because lucas will be in vegas with “someone” in episode 602.. Why it’s in the second episode is because in the first episode they are going to show us more about what happened in between the scens in this finale episode (missing facts that is going to lead us in the right direction towards the phone call). but hey this is just my opinon!

Yeah for sure Jeyton, he was the best and didnt play around liek Lucas and his sleazy ways. I want Jake to come back and for them to be together for the simple fact of letting Lucas know he is not the be all and end all of all the OTH girls. Ok well Peyton is totally boring and annoying…her and lucas hav had ther chances…and honestly just becuz she is in love with him doesnt mean he loves her bak…honestly i dnt really think she is in love with lucas, but instead more in love with the idea of lucas and them being together or wat they use to hav. Shes just so insecure. I really hope its goin to be Brooke. She is soo genuine and has such a big heart and she is soo much in love with Lucas, but unlike selfish bitch peyton, brooke wouldnt stab her best friend in the bak and she would put her feelings aside for her friend over some guy, like she has always done. Brooke and Lucas loved each other first, he only strted to fall for peyton after Brooke dumped him. I personally think its cuz he feels like he has to be ther for insecure peyton. But i reallly hope its brooke he,they hav such a good chemistry and theyr soo much more exciting. Besides Brooke soo loves him. But i think hes gonna pick peyton. But if he does, oth is soo goin to go downhill. The one season they were together, oth’s ratings were the lowest ever. Its goin to lose a huge fan base. But ya i want it to be brooke but i dnt think brooke would do tht to peyton even tho she has every rite cuz peyton didnt hesitate to do it to her. but iv noticed tht we kno tht all these 3 grls r in love with lucas, but noone knows for sure who he truly loves at the moment, it could go either way, but i want it to be brooke. I personally think there is no way it is brooke. He would never ask Brooke to marry him because he would know that she would never do that to Peyton. Peyton is obviously still in love with him and because of her and peytosn problems Brooke would never do something to ruin their friendship. The very strange thing is that dont all three girls have caller I.D. I’ve tried watching the last episode again and none of them act like it is Lucas. Especially Peyton she says hello very casually, and Brooke answers it like it might be the agency so that obviosuly means its not Lucas because she would see the name. In a wierd way I don’t think its any of them. I don’t know who it would, but maybe their bringing an old character back, also people are sayign that Daneel Harris is coming back for good next season. If it is one of the three I personally think its wither Peyton or Lindsey, but I really hope its Peyton. We need more Leyton, Leyton can’t end there, there are to many lose ends.

I read threw most of these… I wish Jake would come back… He needs to be with peyton… However thats not going to happen so – I think it will be Peyton that Luke called… I wish Luke would stop being so damn fickle… He just wants to be with someone and in the end I dont think he cares who he ends up with… I would not be surprised if he jumps into a situation with this marrage thing and then some really big twist takes place somewhere down the line and it falls threw… I mean if they all had it together like Nathan and Halley there wouldnt be much of a show… Something is going to through a twist in it somewhere… I just really wish I new…

its 100 percent not gonna be brroke. peyten is her best friend in the world and even if lucas asked she would never say yes and would never do that to peytan. that was lindseys last episode so its not lindsey and that only leaves peyten. he is going to pick her… one tree hill is a predictable show(for instance when dan was hit by the car totally predictable) and besides its getting stupid with peyten holding on to himm if hes never gonna choose her. i think the show and the fans have had enough of this whole story line… so peyton it is…

lol we are never going to win this fight any of us… Leyton Brucas LL None of us know and in the end… truth be told both Brucas and Leyton HAVE EQUALLY enough things to make it go either way ITS 50/50 here… so im not too sure why its constantly a battle……
but I hope its Brooke or Peyton… and regardless of who it is…. I just need Lucas to stop being an ass to everyone (but brooke) and start being the lucas we ALL LOVE and be happy again.. PLEASE….

I think it is going to be Peyton. I liked brooke and Lucas at the time but Mark thought the last season was going to be season 4. Peyton and Lucas found eachother in season four and they ended it with us t hinking they would always be together. The show got re newed so they added lindsey in as a twist. If they had lucas and brooke get together then not only is that bringing up one OLD story line there would be a SECOND OLD

I LOVE BRUCAS!!!!!!!mark said “You haven’t seen the last of brooke and lucas” in relation to the 6th season….
I think he will call brooke and since she soo distraught about loosing the baby, she will go with him and they will get married and maybe even get the baby she finally deserves. They have been through so much togehter, its only right to let the series end with them finallly being together. I dont really lyk peyton because its like a buzzer goes off in her little head every time lucas falls in love with someone and when hes finally happen, she just shows up and ruins the whole thing… and i kno it would hurt peyton if brooke and lucas got back togther but “ITS FATE” and peyton will have to deal….plus theres a rumor going around that jake is coming back, since his show (october road) is on hiatus. and the rumor about whitey coming back is false, well whitey does come back, but they are going to kill him off.
In the end BROOKE AND LUCAS NEED TO BE TOGETHER, they bring out the best in eachother and are meant to be together. I LOVE BRUCAS

umm im not sure…they didnt say it for sure but they said in season six there is going to be two deaths. 1 that affects nathan and lucas the most, because he was like a father figure to them and the 2nd is someone who is going to affect only peyton!

i loved leyton but i’m tired of their drama! It should be brooke that lucas is calling since brooke seems ready to start a family and luke loved spending time with her n angie in season 5. Brooke’s the only one luke hasnt proposed to while hes sober. the writers are probably gonna make it peyton and break them up later. although dan’s accident/death would mean lukes trip to vegas gets cancelled. i’m not sure what the deal is with brooke & dr copeland tho… seems like there might be a connection there.

I started watching in season 4. I loved the emoitional connection between Peyton and Lucas. Then I started watching season 1 on the soap opera channel this spring. I didn’t realize that Brook and Lucas were ever even an item. Anyway they were a cute couple but the writers haven’t written any real intimate love scenes between Brook and Lucas. I know they have had sex scenes, but the in love scenes seems to only be between Lucas and Peyton. Does anyone know if Lucas found out that Brook was sleeping with the teacher during there break up???Just curious

i am really really sorry to peyton. but in all honesty the fingers are pointing to brooke. i mean sure they are good friends and all but at the end of the scene when she gives him the purple monkey their are exchange of i love you’s. Sure friends say i love you but do ex’s? think about that. annnnnd ever since the first episode peyton has always.. ALWAYS been a bitch to lucas to brooke to Lindsay. I do not think Lucas should ask her to marry him. And as for Lindsay… what makes you think that she would pick up the phone and just say YES when all that trouble was stirring at their wedding day? there is just absolutely no way it will be brooke. pacey and joey were together for almost 2 seasons. the whole third season was about her falling in love with him. lucas only went to brooke when peyton wouldnt get back together with him. brooke would never do that to peyton which is why it makes her a better friend but owen is coming back this season and i doubt they would bring him back and have chase in season 5 if they wanted her back with lucas.

I kno this fight will go on forever….but the writers said that the season finale was the last episode with Lindsey in it……PEYTON is just too immature for lucas, she doesnt have her life together….she just wants someone to save her all the time. lucas wont call brooke. brooke probably got the call from the adoption. i dont think he called peyton either. peyton probably got the call dealing about ellie. so he probably called lindsey, but lindsey turned him down again. lucas probably then realizes that him and lindsey will never work out. so now he’ll realize that him and peyton are meant to be together. its like peyton’s closet door said. “Lucas and Peyton: true love always”

I think it will definately be Brooke! For one of two reasons…First, Because Lucas and Brooke are definately the best couple and they love each other, they’re just both scared of getting hurt again. Or, it could be that Brooke left Lucas a message saying that the adoption agency won’t let her adopt a baby while she’s single and so he decides that they should get married so that he can save her for a change. I think he’s really over Peyton, he said it was hard getting over her, but he has gotten over her. I think he’s finally realised that Peyton just has far too many issues and too much drama. Lucas and Brooke forever!

I understand where people are coming from thinking that its “Peyton” but if lucas was so in love with her, y was he about to marry someone else, LINDSEY…and yes the season 5 finale was her last episode….And maybe lucas will say “to BROOKE” lets get married so that u have a better chance of getting a baby. or maybe he will realize that “SHE IS THE ONE” and hopefully he will give her the baby she is longing for….and if we all remember in season 1 or 2, brooke thought she was pregnant and lucas was willing to give up anything to be there for her, and what if its the same now, and what if hes finally realizing that shes his one and only. because through out all of the seasons they have always been close.. but latley they have been getting CLOSER than ever. and idk i just have a gut feeling that its going to be BROOKE he calls to go to vegas(and even if they are doing it to just to help brooke get a baby) what if they have one night of passion and go back to TREE HILL and find out that shes pregnant, then all their dreams will come true. WELL THATS WHAT I HOPE HAPPENS, and peyton even said to haley that she was in love with the idea of lucas, so if brooke and lucas get married and our happy, she will just have to suck it up and move on, hopefully with JAKE.

Exactly…….and even if lindsey does come back, they arent meant to be so….it wont work out, and as for leyton, (this may take a moment) Lucas fell hardcore for brooke and vice versa. He said she was the only one for him and then after PEYTON F’d it all up for them the second time….He went back to her…..ITS ALWAYS BEEN BROOKE. from the start. and the only time he gets with peyton is after things go down hill with brooke because of peyton……and if i were lucas y the hell would i call peyton and ask her to marry me again, its stupid.
And mark likes to throw us a curve ball every season….and so he puts brooke, peyton, and lindsey in the CLIFFHANGER for S6……….so the obvious choice is Peyton or Lindsey, but what no1 expects is that he chooses Brooke.
And thats exactly whats going to happen. ITs going to be a shocker for everyone. and another thing. IM pretty sure Mark knows that the seasons where he had Leyton together, the show had the lowest ratings ever, and when brucas was together it had the highest ratings ever……………

I don’t get the Brooke vibe. Did all u Brucas fans watch from the beginning?! It has always been Lucas & Peyton from the 2nd grade. Every year he wrote his begginning of school wishes about Peyton. I think he will call Lindsey, because his ego is still hurt by Peyton, who will get the call about Ellie & IRONICALLY they will be in Vegas so Peyton ends up on the plane with them – thus again ruining the Lindsey/Lucas vibe. I read Lindsey will be in season 6, so will Owen. I would love to see Brooke & Chase together again – he brought out the best in her. All the i love u’s w/ Brooke & Lucas are just friendly. But Lucas was such a jerk this season i don’t care if he has anyone! But I totally think it’s ‘Friends’ & ‘Sex & the City’ all over. It was Ross/Rachel & Carrie/Big from the beginning & in the end that’s what the fans wanted to see in the end. The stories had revolved around them from the beginning. It just wouldn’t seem right if it wasn’t finally Peyton. And that’s my spill!!!

I know this was already done on The O.C. but I have always thought that it would be friggin’ sweet to have an OTH episode with Flashbacks to like 6th or 7th grade. there are alot of elements of the OTH history that started around then. That was when Lucas said Nathan and him played in the Jr. League together and the kids teased him that they had the same dad and Brooke and Peyton went to the mall so Peyton could check out CDs and Brooke wore too much makeup and they sat under that bridge. And most importantly we could have a scene where Lucas sees Peyton for the first time “A tangled mess of hair” awe … wouldn’t that be sweet?!?!

First of all, after reading all of these comments I kind of gave up all aspirations for everyone. In season one Lucas was this sweet boy trying desperately to find himself. and with the success of his highschool basketball fame and career he was exposed to a lot of new things such as Peyton and Brooke, but from the get go he has understood things about Peyton that not even she knew about herself. I personally think that in all of the episodes it has been about them. Brooke and Lucas seriously just do not make sense in my opinion, I love brooke especially her character in season 5, she is generous, loving, caring, independent, and succesful and deff relationship material, but I really do not think she NEEDS Lucas, although I can see that she came back to Tree Hill for love and probably thinks that Lucas fits that need, but I just see Brooke falling in love with anyone else who is a nice guy like Chase or Owen and being genuinely in love. For Peyton, there is noone else who does what Lucas does to her. Even Jake, made her happy, but not like Lucas. And Peyton is not a bitch to all of you who said that. She is one of the most interesting characters on the show. She has been through more than anyone can imagine, and eventually everyone leaves her, so if she has her gaurds up, its not her fault. Lucas makes Peyton so happy and vise versa. I’d like to see them together..forever. I love Brucas but if you see in all the episodes their love has been nothing but sex. They had no intellectual connection. Who knows things might change. I say forget “low ratings” or whatever for the writer Mark. It would be stupid if he did not make it PEyton. And Lucas was such a jerk in season 5 that infact I hope they all reject him. Girls shouldn’t wait around for him like that, they shouldn’t be options. Dude needs to get his head together. I just want Peyton to be successful, indepedent, and happy, and get whatever she deserves. In the end it’s Lucas’s loss if he does not pick Peyton.

I loved their relationship in the earlier seasons, it was almost light relief compared to Lucas and Peyton’s relationship. Brooke from the adoption agency, Peyton from that person that knew Ellie, and if you watch “What comes after the Blues” again, right before Lindsey gets the dedication from Lucas, she is on the phone talking to someone about Lucas’s book and tells them to call her on her cell phone. Personally, i REALLY hope it’s Peyton. I’ve been a Leyton fan from the very beginning and it’s sooo obvious that they still love eachother. Can’t WAIT till september!

Ok, so…it’s gonna be Peyton. I just know it. First of all, while Lucas may love all three women to a degree, Peyton is the one he has always and will always love with all his heart. Think about it, when Haley took out all those papers that she and Lucas had written down the things they would accomplish on, all but one that she read was about Peyton and his feelings for her. And I’m thinking that the reason Lucas even started dating Lindsey was because he thought Peyton never showed up to his book signing. And then he found out that she did but that she saw him with Lindsey, so that made him realize how she must have felt at the time. Oh, and the reason it won’t be Brooke is because Lucas and Brooke’s love has been far from that type of love for a very long time. They are the best of friends but they just don’t see each other that way at all. You can tell. Though Luke would be there for Brooke for anything she needed, they just don’t have the type of relationship as to where they would go off and get married. And like someone else said…Brooke wouldn’t do that to Peyton. They’ve been through too much together and struggled too much for her to even think about doing something like that. But, sorry this is so long, I just had to put my thoughts into all this.

Lindsay still has to fly from New York and if Lucas still wanted them to be together, he could have told her so when she called him after he sent the dedication. So, it just has to be Peyton because Lucas knew that Peyton really wants to marry him after all and he knows how much she really loves him after what she wrote at the river court. All you Peyton haters need to wake up! Lindsey, I agree is out, there was never any question about it he wrote 2 books for who?.. Peyton. And in one of those bools he wrote things he didn’t even realize were about peyton, Lindsey was a rebound obviously, she was the closest women to Luke while he was writing these novels about Peyton.. DUH!.. Obviously there was going to be some tension and attraction but it was all just that attraction, they don’t have a connection like him and Peyton do, they also have a past thru both her moms dying, thru cancer(the 2nd mom) thru her problems with Jake and his MANY problems with brooke, thru her being shot to him being in a coma to him choosing PEYTON ove Brooke. They have soo much history, that is why they keep coming back together as the old saying goes history repeats itself. Ya, it’s fun to have a break but him and Peyton will always end up back together. It wouldn’t make sense for Lucas to marry Brooke, they never did good together as a couple, she was always trying to make him jealous and cheating on him, and he was always cheating on her with Peyton haah. And no I’m not a Brooke hater, I love brooke she is actually one of my favorite characters, but I like Brooke and Peyton way much more then I like Lucas and Brooke.. Because let’s face it Peyton would KILL her, we all saw the episode where she tackled Brooke.. I love them so much more as friends then I do Brooke and Lucas as a couple it just doesn’t make sense, that would seperate all of them, and besides I think Brooke is going to end up with her prince in season 6
I hope they dont discontinue the seasons after 6 either I want to see them all grow old.

1. The call could not have been to brooke, and if it was, the writers would have her say no. I would highly doubt that chad and sophia would be willing to do a wedding scene together, it would seem too forced and uncomfortable for the ex-couple. (sorry brucas fans, but that has to be put under consideration, even the brucas friendship scenes this season felt uncomfortable.
2. Unless all the spoilers being put out their about the season 5 finale being Lindsey’s last episode were just put out there to mislead us, the call was not to Lindsey.
3. The call may have been to peyton, Lucas seemed to have an epiphany at the river court after seeing Peyton’s drawing and maybe he realized he still loved her.
4. I honestly don’t like Lucas with Brooke, Linds, or Peyton. I always thought that Brucas had no chemistry,and that the only thing luke and linds had in common was his book. And i used to like luke and peyton but the writers have completely destroyed their relationship this season.
5. And does anyone have any factual information about the season 6 premiere? it seems that all the other comments (mine included) have been opinions. I’m pretty sure the first episode has already been filmed so i figured there would be some actual spoilers out.

very random but i was watching season one.. and you know the whole nathan, haley fight over the porn and peyton pictures and then when they made up nathan sed that those pictures of peyton were from a really long time ago… well he lied bc it showed peyton on her webcam that day wearing the same outift in the same pose and then in the season finale they made up and he lied to her… i dont get it.. they never did anything about it… they just let it go.. weird no… also when it shows peytons grave in the episode when lucas has a heartattack and hes with keith it says peyton elizabeth sawyer on the grace stone when peyton always sed her name was peyton marie sawyer (when they would make fun of her mood swings and call her peyton marie sawyer…pms) weird stuff

Ok, honestly if ya think about it it has to be Peyton or Lindsey. Brooke and Lucas just started being close again. It wouldn’t make much sense for two people who haven’t dated in forever to all of a sudden get married, plus Brooke was eyeing Chase who she truly fell in love with when she was in high school. Brooke isn’t going to pull a Peyton and run off with Lucas when she knows how Peyton feels about him. Throughout the entire season Brooke was the one who was trying to hook Peyton and Lucas back up. I don’t think it’s Lindsey because if she can turn Lucas down multiple times and turn away from him after him coming to her and pleading to come back home to be with him then I doubt that he is going to call her and ask for her hand in marriage again! I do think it’s Peyton, I think her writing I love you forever on the basketball court got to Lucas on top of him saying it’s still hard to see you. I’m not for sure a marriage will take place but deff. Lucas and Peyton getting back together. As for Dan…. I hope he dies, they are running out of things to do with him if Nathan and Lucas keep rejecting him.

So my roomate and i have started watching the old seasons again just to remember the good times… and ive gotta say that i cant stand lucas right now. I used to like him and root for him. Now i cant handle him at all. I really hope that he called peyton because this whole show is based on his love for her ( see season one episode one) and if they arent going to be together then they need to give her a new guy and stop torturing her and making me crazy! I don’t know seem as i have conflicting reports about Lindsy stay for part of season six.
If she does. Heres my theory. Lucas calls Peyton but Lindnsey comes back pregnant if it is for more than one episod but misscarries so then goie back to New York.
Actually. Lindsey will have to be in the first eppisode atleast to fill in the gaps as she is going to have to answer the phone call so that we know it isn’t her. That is going to be proposed to over the phone!
The reason why i think that its going to be Peyton is that Lucas told Haley that he was thinking about going away for a while before he got the call from Lindsey, which, in my oppinion would be the only thing that he would propose to her for.
Secondly, he has told Peyton, in a round about but no less cryptic way that he has not got over her.

You know, reading the Naley second child theories, i think that it might happen. We will then get alot more romanticic NAley air time seen as we have only really had romantic NAley in SEasons One and four although sone at the end of season three.
I’m getting romantic Naley deprived.
As for the love triangle, if Lindsey isn’t staying for teh whole season then it can’t be her, unless, of course, and o have only just thought about it but it is her and then they both realise teh mistake and she leaves forever, however, i still stand by what i say, that Lucas was concocting the plan before Lindsey admitted that she lied.
However, i have to admit that the Brucas fans do have some weight appart from the fact that the actors were once married and have, apparently asked for Brooke and Lucas not to romantically involved. They might to as they are both professionals and have so it might happpen, especially sice the divorce was a whioe a go now.
However, i don’t think that, if Owen was goming back, teh writers would marry of Brokke, unless they want another love square or even quadrangle (if Chase comes back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).

okay, here we go. jeyton isn’t going to happen, this season, or ever for that matter, because bryan greenberg said he didn’t want to come back and that this portion of his life was over. onto the more prominent matter here, leyton/brucas. honestly, not just because i’m one of the biggest LP shippers out there, but because i watch the show, it just wouldn’t make any sense for him to propose to brooke. they haven’t had that kind of a relationship since high school, and their friendship is amazing. i think mark realizes that where they are now is a healthy spot for both the characters and the actors. i’m not going to be one of those leyton fans who say brucas doesn’t ever have a chance again, because we don’t know that, but i’m just saying, it wouldn’t make any sense. leyton however, makes sense. Just to make things clear, i am not a Leyton or a Brucas or even a Lucas/Lindsy but making my judgement from the facts.. If pushed i would say i prefer Leyton.
What i am stating is what is the truth,
1) The book quote and the fact that the book is all a love letter to Peyton.
2) Nothing like Lucas and Peyton: True love always with Brooke or Lindsey
3) Lucas told Haley he was thinking of leaving twon for a while before Lindsey called so the only baring that the call could have made would have been to reasure him that he had made the right decision by picking Peyton. (Not saying that Brucas is over for ever, but as someone else says, Brucas just doesn’t make sense right now).
4) Lucas oly told Peyton that she was the one that he wanted by his side when his dreams came true AND when they don’t.

Deb will have a bigger role this season.
Brooke’s mom, Victoria will be back.
Nanny Carrie will be back also.
They have made a decision about who Lucas’ calls, but they won’t let us know.
I don’t know if they will later on, but probably not.
I get asked a lot when the season 5 dvd is coming out and it comes out in stores August 26th, and it’s $59.

Oh Please… All you Brocus fans need to remember 1 HUGE THING, Chad and Sophia used to be married, at the end of season 3 when there marriage was falling apart, Sophia was all for leaving the show untill Mark, her and Chad all came up with a solution, Chad and Sophia would continue to work together as long as there where no romantic scenes between the two as she found it to hard. So NO I don’t think it will be Brooke, I also don’t think it will be Peyton. Although that’s who I would like it to be, I think it will be Lindsay, she is back for 6 episodes in this season BUT I don’t think they make it down the aisle……

Totally understandable…it’d be confusing to have all those men surrounding Brooke and her future. I hope that Brooke ends up with a great guy (though I’m a leyton fan)–whether it be Lucas or not. I really love Brookes character.
If Peyton and Lucas didn’t/don’t get back together (which i HOPE they do)–I was quite open to a Jake comeback. But Bryan Greenberg said he wouldn’t be making any appearances/guest appearances so i guess that option is outta the question.
The thing is, Brooke has had many more relationships/men surrounding her life than Peyton has.
Peyton started out with Nathan…then Lucas, then Jake a while, then Lucas. That’s only three options. Nathan is obviously out, and so is Jake now.
(I don’t think I forgot anyone? But if I did feel free to correct me)
Brooke, however…had more relationships or hook ups. Besides the Nathan hookup and the Chris Keller hook up there was Lucas, Felix, the teacher guy/model…forgot his name, Chase, and Owen.

Honestly i admit that i am all for brucas. Season 4 was a dissappointment to me because they had most of season 2 and 3 all about lucas trying to get with brooke because he loves her only to have them end it in the first episode of season 4. I hate peyton i dont see how someone could actually like her shes a relationship wrecker and needs to go somewhere and straighten herself out. i really hope that it is brooke. but if not all i kno is that it better not be peyton.

I really want it to be brook, but i have a feeling it might be peyton because i read somewhere they get back together but that doesn’t mean they will stay together, I think if they get back together there will be major lucas/peyton/brooke drama. Also brooke is just a nicer person than peyton i mean come on she claimed brooke was her best friend then she went behind her back with lucas and later on after brooke had forgiven her she kisses lucas again, i mean come on can you say BITCH. If one of my friends did that to me i wouldn’t forgive them. Another thing is lucas was so sure brooke was the one, but then when she broke up with him and he got with peyton he seemed to change his mind but things don’t work like that you don’t change your mind or heart that quickly.

You know – it’s a shame if they split up Lucas and Brooke because the actors split up in real life (before everyone shouts I know people have already written that it’s not an issue for the actors!!) But I’ve just been watch season 4 back and it just seemed to me that Brucas was ended far too prematurely. They had such a big build up in season 3, with Brooks letters etc. To me, Leyton seemed like something they threw in there to replace Brucas!! Just my opinion though…..

I agree, the Brooke in later seasons would never do that to Peyton. I also think that Peyton wasn’t really in love with Nathan (or at least nothing compared to the love she has for Lucas. I think the reason both the girls hurt so much is becaue of how much they both love Lucas. (Poor Nathan! hee hee)

I loved 5×05 too… It was one of the best season 5 episodes… love how they filled in the gaps in that episode. I really understood what Peyton said to Luke and I still do. I just loved Lucas professing his love to her it was so sweet!

I think it was the episode where Hayley and Nathan re-newed their wedding vows. She was in so much pain when she realised Lucas and Peyton had kissed again. She told him she was holding on for dear life but that he wouldn’t let her in… That to me showed the vulnrable side of Brooke.

Well simply because Lucas have been in love with Peyton since 8 th grade and wanted her to become Peyton Scott
and he had never stop loving her since 8th grade. When he finaly talk to Peyton the first time he was in love with her always had always will but he actually also got in the world of her and is Brother Nathan he also met Brooke.. Peyton bestfriend… Lucas of all the girl he could have fall in love with he had CHOOSe to fall in love with Peyton and you can’t help who you love. Brooke at that moment honestly was “a slut“ she was lseeping around not carring for other guys feelings and her bestfriend Peyton was with Nathan she wasn,t “stealing“ Guys from Brooke there was No competition between them…but it never stop Brooke from sleeping with her bestfriend boyfriend behind her back and not telling her cause she was selfish at that time “ party girl“ anyway umm … When she met Lucas she tought of course an other guy I can sleep with she knew that Peyton might have feelings for him… but she was only interested in what SHe wanted and it was Lucas she didn’t liked the fact that Peyton might have feelings for a guy she wanted there was never once a competition between them she had always been with Nathan all that time and faithful to him. SO brooke tried to match Nate and Peyt AGAIN knowing how badly he was treating Peyton cause she wanted Lucas… anyway what i’m gonna say about this is that Brucas s1 = CRAP. anyway when they finaly got together (s1) he was only hidding with her because it was easy NO heartbreaking no love it was safe… What he was liking about Brooke was the fact that it was simple with her EASIER… I think in a way Lucas wanted Peyton to act like Brooke without issues…. not broody… having “FUN“ etc… but thats what he loves about Peyton the fact that she has been trought so much in her life and he loves the person she is and nobody can replace Peyton thats what he understood in s1 “ BROOKE IS GREAT BUT SEH’S NOT YOU.“ THOSE SIMPLE WORD MEANS EVERYTHING. BUT,
when they finale stop seeing each other behind Brooke back… Peyton told him she couldn’t do this to Brooke and couldn,t hurt her more than they already had. it wasn,t the way they should have start something. She walked away from him saying : “.. But it’s better this way ..right ?“ him saying : … (whispering) yeah !
( you can tell they are both lying ( lucas still watching her with his computer in the end) but just couldn’t be together like that him cheating and her betraying her bestfriend … who was there for her when she needed her so it’s FALSe when people say that Peyton never cared about Brooke if she had never cared for Brooke she would have been selfish and would have been with Lucas right there after Brooke discovered they had something) whatever umm… after that in the end of season 1 they tried to become friend but Lucas becoming an ass slept with Nicki .. Brooke was angry Peyton disapointed … in the end he only tried to make Peyton understand why he did this right after they stop seeing each other behind Brooke back… anyway in the end Lucas though he had LOST all of his chance to be with Peyton ever again… in the end of s1 He went to see Peyton and she told him : “ If you don’t like the person your becoming then do something about it cause nobody can do this for you.“ He said : thats what i’M gonna do i’m gonna make some changes and I wanted to see you before “ HE also told her I”ll be seeing you ! ( one of the most fav leyton epic love quote lol)after that he never went to see Brooke strange… anyway umm… he wrote a letter to them both and my GUESS
I could bet on it lol was that he was in love with Peyton and was sorry for everything he did to Brooke etc … but the fact that she burned the letter not carring about was in it make him thought that she wasn,t in love with him anymore but he never stop wanting to be in her life and win her friendship at least back cause he could never lost her completly he would do anything to have even if it’s the thinnier smaller peace EVERYTHING she could give him he would take it… Peyton knew he could be better than what he was and unlike with her relationship with Nathan when she didn’t care when he was an ass with her was because she wasn,t in love with him but with Lucas it was different she was hurt and wasn,t sure if she was ready to loose Brooke or have her heart broken again anyway Peyton have issues everyone knows it so she did what she was best at … hidding her feelings for him and start something with Jake wich by the way was Lucas calling Jake because he knew she needed someone in her life and help her he thought it was Jake. WOOW good sacrafice LUCAS ! Sooo he thought he has lost her so he turn to Brooke
and OH by the way the girl he was talking about in s2 too Anna about her being someone that came before her etc… it was Peyton and Not Brooke ( also watch with the commentary with Mark ) anyway they both tried to forget each other and start a friendship wich went great because what I love about Leyton is that they are friend first of all and would do anything for each other they are just stubborn when they are hurt lol anyway I understand why Brucas have Happen we all Know Brooke had fall in love with the idea of a guy that could love her for what she is and not for her bodie and a guy that would love her back “ Lucas could give her the first one but the second one umm…. NO cause he always turn to Peyton cause you can’t hide from true love for too long“ Lucas was never able to let Brooke all the way in they needed to proove there love for each other and make sure there was no one else etc … insecurites etc … BUT I will never deny that Brucas have chemistry : sexual chemistry yes emotional ? um well NO and not as much as Leyton. Leyton understand each other without talking something brucas will never have but I love Brucas and I would want them to be together if Peyton dies or if something happen to Leyton… I like Brucas but to me thats just highschool love it’s not what true love is about.
Leyton have a connection they have something deeper than Brucas.
I think that Brooke wanted Lucas first for sex but when she found out that he wasn,t like other guys she found something new for her … she felt for something more than sex for once a guy wanted more than just sex In a way she thought he might be the only guy in the world who thought differently but she was wrong she found Chase in s4 To me Chase is the guy for Brooke Davis he loves her and ALSO he didn,t lie to her cheats on her and understand her. Lucas is nothing like him in a way he is like all the other guy she has been with before. Lucas have been faithful to only one person and it is Peyton, they had never cheat on each other when they were together they had No one involve they were never talking about Brooke Peyton knew Lucas loved her and not an other girl and Lucas knew Peyton loved him and that there was no other guy they trusted each other and they loved each other inconditionaly NO JEALOUSY cause love isn’t. In regards to Chad/ Sophia divorce: I have always wondered what the exact episode it was that they filmed after all the drama ensued… I have always wanted to know so that I could watch the episodes to look for some change in the way they acted towards each other. Cause you definitly see that in season 4

Lau, okay after reading that (which took a while) I felt really happy.
I think that the divorce was filed during february…but it wasn’t official until like december…probably not but I know that it took a few months to actually go through. I think a lot of the drama happened end of season 3 and during the break between 3 and 4 or something.
But yeah…season 4 the only date they went on or whatever (the basketball dinner)…it was just a whole lot of awkward…and truly, all of the chemistry we saw in 2 and 3 was kind of gone. It was pretty cold, my guess. Thats why I think that a lot of the Brucas “love” has faded, because of the real life situation. I know they could still professionally act together and all that, but I think that Lucas and Brooke make really great friends…
To me, it seems like it has always been hard for Peyton and Lucas to just be friends. I know its happened before during season 2 and beg. of season 3…but, yah know.
Oh, and I get so mad when people say that Peyton “stole Lucas” from Brooke in season one, or when they say she only wants him when she can’t have him.
Peyton went to Lucas house in season one and said i want all those things with you BEFORE she knew Brooke was even there…it was shocking to her. If anything, Brooke stole Lucas from Peyton or whatever. That night at Nathans house when she said Peyton show us how you really fee land she kissed Lucas, she was saying ok I really do like him. That didn’t stop her then though.
Lucas always seems to be with a girl though…even random hookups between the Peyton and Brooke stuff… i.e. Anna.
So I guess maybe it would seem like Peyton always wants him when he is with other people…but so what. The only time she really did anything wrong was when she kissed him because she thought she was dying (and I could understand that) and then told Brooke she didn’t think she was over him. She did want him when he was with Brooke then, but she still said she’d never make anything of it because they were together. I think she just wanted to get it off her chest.
(I’m guessing this is around the time that they start leading into the Leyton relationship again/Chad and Sophia’s divorce).
Obviously since time has passed and both Sophia and Chad have been dating other people, things are probably easier. But i’m sure that right away with the scenes it was SO hard. I felt so bad for her especially because in reality (not on OTH…being a leyton fan and all
) I thought Chad and Sophia were such an amazing couple.
I think i’m just so biased because Peyton has really been my favorite character right from when I saw the pilot.

I agree competley, you can see the chemistry between Chad and Sophia had disappeared by the start of series 4. But hats off to Sophia who I feel always gives great performances. I love the way that the character of Brooke has developed through the series… she has grown into a much better person.

the break up with Chopia happened from just before Lucas and Karen took there trip at the end of season 3 and
Chad was away for an episode(i’m thinking he took time off and they wrote it in to the script)…
when he came back you could tell the difference…
at Naley’s wedding rehearsal @ Tric they barely had a real scene that wasnt with someone else…besides when he first walked in and they barely hugged.
the other scenes were all comedy ones when they were in the play as nathan and haley…
and the one after that was naley’s wedding where they argued pretty much the whole time- Sophia’s performance was AMAZING! you could see her real feelings in that scene when she found out about him kissing Peyton…and when they danced after she was not as close to him as usual and their kiss was basically just pressing there lips together.
you can see a big difference from the rest of the season.

So, here is why I think it’s Brooke. During the whole season brucas was totally out of the question, there was absolutely nothing that could lead us to think there was going to be another chance for lucas and brooke, but suddenly in the last two episodes you can feel how brooke is back in the game, there are more brucas scenes, moreinteraction and suddenly haley asks lucas to decide between lindsey, peyton and brooke, which had not been mentioned during the whole season because remember that haley wanted him to clear everything upwith peyton before the wedding, but she never even mentioned brooke.
So,if they put brooke back in the triangle,that means is gonna be her. Idont know, what do you guys think?

But to me clearly she’s not back on the triangle and never will if she had to be with Lucas in the end it wont be by a triangle the only way brucas can happen it’s if Leyton is finaly over for good and both can be friend but we all know they can’t be just friend theres always something else they are hidding and in the end both realize they are still in love with each other and can’t ….. it can go either way, just as everything does. I think that they wont leave out Lindsey Brooke or Peyton in that statement because of the fan bases, you know? Maybe not Lindsey so much…but she HAS been in the big storyline so they obviously can’t leave her out. I don’t think just because Brookes name was mentioned that it means that it will be her. Not saying it couldn’t…but i’m sure that Mark wants to play all of us a little….and to have all fans hoping for what they think should happen. Thats why we’ve all got a big difference in opinion…they left it hanging for our imaginations and that is why all of the debates happen on here, haha. I think the call would be pretty logical for two of the girls considering the entire season, but just as it was left as a cliffhanger…it could go the way that most wouldn’t expect it to? We won’t really know until the first episode happens…or until we get some more legit spoilers!

I think that if the spoilers already out, with Chad and Hillarie supposedly having lots of seans for 6×01 and 6×02 together than it would be Peython but u never know.
However, if the spoilers saying that their will bw a story line between Brooke, Lucas and a new 15 year old character named Sam that it still could be Brooke as they could be fostering her as it seems that she is a foster kid.
Therefore, i am a Brit willingly weighting till the morning of September 2nd till she can get teh season 6 opener on MYtell.net, where she got all season 5 eppisodes.

but to be honest peyton can never make her mind up what she want, she always wants the person that she cant have (lucas in season 1 cuz of brooke, season 2 she trys to come between hayley and nathan at that boy draft, jake because he moves away). And i wana see more Naley cuz they love them 
they are my fave characters.
i’ve read most of the other comments.
i think that lucas calls brooke but she says no because of peyton. i think this because if it was peyton he called what would be the point in the 6th season as it would be basically over in the first or second episode. I think that brooke helps lucas fight for peyton in the way that peyton helped lucas fight for brooke (like going to the mall on brookes birthday)
Although i am secretly rooting for brucas as brooke always opens up to lucas and peyton always gets in the way, but i think that in the finale episode it will be leyton.

We wont really know until the new season start……I am a hudge Brucas fan and I want them to be together, but it could be the adoption agency saying that angie is fine or some thing else. Peyton getting the call would please all the Leyton fans out there, I think along with some other people that it could be her Biological dad calling her wanting to meet her. And then there is Lindsey i never liked her adding another girl into the whole LOVE TRIANGLE…….I really dont know who could be calling her and i hope that it is not Lucas. Hey you never know maybe he calls one of them but since they are on the phone he cant reach them (just a thought) ya chase and brooke really grew on me in season 4 so seeing them together would not bother me at all.

kristin on E confirmed that Lindsey is a regular on SVU next season. SO if lucas does call her then shes probably going to have to say no and then he’ll be annoying again. and if owen is coming back which has also been confirmed i find it really unlikely that they would choose brooke. but i think if he calls peyton she’ll go at first but there realize she doesnt want to marry him that way and bring up the fact that he said yes to lindsey and basically ruin the whole thing becuase we have to drag this whole stupid thing out for another season. they have to make lucas chase peyton for a while or it just wouldnt make sense for them to get together. so who the hell knows

this is what i think will happen. Lucas calls brook. and peyton finds out about the guy that knew ellie. so they both go to the air port brook to find lucas and peyton to find that guy. they see eachother and brook tells peyton to go but she doesn’t because she needs to find that guy. so brook goes and talks to lucas and they wern’t in los vegas the were in vegas nevada or what ever that is called and she gives him a copy of his own book an tells him to read it. so he does and realizes his true love for peyton. and peyton is off finding that person that knew ellie and that was in the real los vegas and lucas meets her there unexpectially and they get merried! and i think lindsey really was seeing someone but she ended it because she thought she was in love with lucas but she read that book and got over him and the call she got was from her boyfriend.
i think the girl is going to be peyton because luke wrote 2 books about her and he kissed her!! but maybe thats what they want everyone to think then it will end up being brook i dont think it will be lindsey at all!

there will be the guy from the tour drama(most likely Peyton’s biological father), Dan, Carrie is back, Sam the foster girl, Brooke being depressed, Bichtoria being back, Skeb being found out and they will make some sort of drama…it will probably be them sorting there problems out(like why he didnt wait etc.) after they’re married…almost breaking up then sorting it out etc… you know- the normal stuff haha and hopefully a baby

Dan said so himself that he would be back, because Dan is practically immortal. So he didn’t die. & I really do hope it’s Lucas and Peyton who get together! The director said in the first season special features that “leyton” was always meant to happen, from the beginning of the show they knew that Lucas and Peyton would be together in the end. So in my opinion, that’s a sign that Lucas calls Peyton. I’m not sure if they actually get married, just because it’s Luke and Peyton(lol), but I’m pretty sure that they do get together.

well personaly i think lucas calls peyton just because all that happened between the 2 of them in season 5 finale like when peyton says ”i have this dream while im asleep when we’re back in that hotel room in LA and u propossed 2 me and every single tome i say yes” and lucas says ”it’s just a dream right” and peyton says ”it’s my dream” well i think that lucas wouldn’t have said that unless he really loved her and was thinking about getting back together with her and also when lindsey said how she truely felt about lucas on the phone and lucas was standing over peyton’s drawing at the rivercourt he looked down at peyton’s drawing and saw the part where she said i will always love u and he never said anyting well if he really didn’t love peyton he would have said something back to lindsey and all that time we watched lucas pine over lindsey and wait 4 her 2 go back 2 him and when he finally gets that chance 4 lindsey to come back to him he says nothing now if that doesnt show that lucas truely loves peyton i dont know what does. Hello. I am Spanish and I do not speak inglish … I hope that they me understand what I want to say..
I am a fan of brucas, my I like many brooke, I believe that brooke is better(best) of one tree hill. to my me gustaria that lucas’s call was for brooke, but I believe that in 601 they are going to show us scenes that we have not seen of 518 that are going to be determinants(determiners)…
I believe that lucas’s call is for linsey and she is going to answer him that she does not want to marry with … and I believe that brooke go to the vegas with lucas in 602 because when linsey answers(answer) not to lucas, he was remaining ruined, and brooke will be with to help him,since they have done the two lately .
At the end of the season 5 we have seen to brooke and lucas very together, and haley returned to put to brooke in lucas’s loving triangle, for what I hope that in this season we could see lucas and brooke together, it is the better(best) thing!!!

I think what happens is that Lucas calls Peyton, she says yes, they have a conversation in the airport and in the air, “flying” to Vegas. They start sortung out the wedding but then get the call to say that Dan has been run over.
This way, they bith get what they want (i.e getting back together) but it won’t feel so rushed and they get a chance to properly talk and actuallty be a couple again before they get the wedding they both want, maybee at the end of the Season?
Thats why i think that they brooke up Naley, so that even though it didn’t feel AS rushed as a Lucas wedding will, they still also got what they deserved and wanted, a white wedding, this time to say that, no more messing, we are trully back together for good.
I think i have already said why i trully believe that it is Peyton that Lucas calls.
THe “second”, not sp shotgun wedding will also allow Karen, Lilly and Andy an excuse to be back atleast for one or two eppisodes.
CAn’t waight till the beggining of September!!!!

I so hope its brooke like more than anything. and if it is i feel like its gonna be that he’s trying to help her adopt a baby because she’s helped him so much with the whole lindsey and peyton drama. but then she actually starts to fall for him again.
i doubt thats gonna happen like brucasfan has been saying the whole time, for brucas to be together leyton has to be together first so they can realize they’re not meant to be.
personally i think writing all over the rivercourt was a bit extreme for peyton to do. like she’s been through so much and deserves happiness but that was a bit obssesive. even though i love peyton even though she ruined BRUCAS

I Love Brucas. thats how i want it to end. but like all fellow brucas fans have been say leyton has to happen first or brooke and peytons friendship will be at risk. everyones been saying the first book was about peyton, it really wasnt it was about his life in tree hill and the people of his life. he had some things written about peyton but he also had some things written about brooke. He began to write the book soon after brooke had broken up with him, so its more for brooke than for peyton, is it not?

I’m totally in love with Brucas. They’re basically the only reason I started watching the show in the first place. They have so much chemistry and they’re just so perfect together. I want them to be end game. But like people have said before, Lucas needs to be with Peyton so he can realize he really belongs with Brooke.
And I don’t really believe Lucas wrote the second book intending it to be about Peyton. I mean I just don’t see how someone can write a love story and not know who they’re writing about. I didn’t even think he realized he wrote a love story so wouldn’t that mean he wasn’t even thinking about Peyton while he was writing? That whole thing just confused me.
I just hope that Lucas calls Peyton, they go to Vegas, right before they’re about to get married Lucas gets a call from Nathan telling him about Dan and this causes Lucas to rethink the whole marriage. Peyton will say it’s o.k. and that she would rather have a big wedding back home with all their friends and family. And then they get on a plane and Lucas apologizes again and Peyton says something about she needs her two best friends to be her brides maids. This will make Lucas think about Brooke and it’ll start making him question how he feels about Peyton and Brooke. Then the day before the wedding Jake and Jenny will show up (yes I am aware that’s not going to happen lol) and Lucas will show up at Brooke’s door. Both couples will have a heart to heart and then they’ll realize they’re making a mistake. They’ll meet up and decide not to get married and Lucas will end up with Brooke. <3 haha that’s my imaginary One Tree Hill world that I’m living in

wow I just tried to read a lot of the posts because I haven’t been on here in basically forever (a whole 3 weeks) lol and brucasfan I think I read you’re from Canada? That’s fun because I am too lol anyways I completely agree with like everything you’ve said about Brooke and Lucas. Unlike some skeptics I too believe Lucas is in love with two girls. And obviously the characters know it too, well, Haley I mean. There would not have been ANY POINT to saying the “you hit the trifecta” line if he wasn’t. I think Lucas WANTS to be in love with Lindsey that way he can get over Brooke and Peyton but I don’t think he really is. I believe there’s two girls in his heart and they’ve both got EQUAL space in there. Haley can obviously see it so why can’t anyone else other than brucas fans? She even told him to figure out which girl he wants; Peyton, Lindsey, or BROOKE. Obviously she’s aware of how he feels about her. It frustrates me that some Leyton fans (ONLY SOME NOT ALL! I WANT TO STRESS THAT FACT SO I DON`T START ANY DRAMA!) don`t like to acknowledge the fact that there is something there between Brooke and Lucas. Mark has told us not to give up hope and to keep our faith and that`s EXACTLY what I`m doing. I`m sure Lucas and Brooke will end up together. It might be Peyton and Lucas at the start of season 6 but by then end, watch out Brucas will be back and stronger than ever! And if there is a season 7 I believe season 6 will end sort of the same as season 2 did; with Lucas telling Brooke he wants to be with her.

ok so its def confirmed its peyton and lucas…ive been re watching the seasons and even in season 3 when its the best of times between brooke and lucas they hint throughout the wholeeee season that its peyton. peytons angel of death that stalks her one episode says it and its just the way its going to be. it would be cool to see brucas together but brooke is way too good for lucas anyway. peytons life sucks shes like kid who gets beat up everyday lucas is the one thing she has going for her so if she lost lucas her life would litterally have no purpose.

Okay this may have been said…first things first, I HOPE it’s Payton. We all need that good feeling of “true love never dies” right? BUT, I think it’s going to be Brooke and let me tell you why! Carly, i like your theory it in many ways it could be plausible. However, have you considered that Lucas may have subconsiously written the book about Peyton as a way to sort the feelings that he can not consiously sortout or say.
As i have already said, look at the words for Hallo. Haley couldn’t say those words to NAthan so she wrote them into a song.
I don’t think that he doesn’t reaslise that the book was about Peyton but that the delnail is just an extension of covering up his feeling and that he has never dealt with the fact that the young woman he was deeply in love with said that she wasn’t ready to marry him.!!!

Even when there was the big thing about the Lucas/Brooke letters in season 3, there was the hinting about Lucas/Peyton so i’m sorry Brucas fans, hwever much I agree that they were good together, esspecially due to the fact that the actors were married, it has always and will always bee Lucas and Peyton:True luve Always.

I don’t think it will be put to rest at all. Even if he calls Peyton (which obviously he does) people are still going to speculate that they don’t actually get married or he’s dreaming. And I think I just read somewhere that LP doesn’t get hitched in Vegas because it’s not romantic. So even if they do/don’t get married Brucas fans (which I am) are still going to be saying that Lucas and Brooke will eventually get back together. Most Brucas fans agree that in order for Lucas and Brooke to be together he needs to be with Peyton first. Soooooo this whole battle won’t be over because even while the season is going on people are going to be going back and forth about who’s going to end up together.
and I would just like to say I love how obsessed and passionate Brucas and Leyton fans are.

Whitey affected everyone, not just them two, he was there for everyone and he played roles in each of the casts life. However its been said that dan isnt dying, so i wonder who it is, Also, Im assuming the death for peyton is going to be ethier her brother as he’s in battle, or her father, i dont think it’ll be her bio father because it would just bee the same course as it was with Ellie, her getting to know them and then them going.
As far as the whole lucas thing its starting to really agitate me because I don’t know, I doubt its going to be lyindsey, noone seems to have take to her, lucas and peyton are a broke record these days, and as most of you have said theres so many links between brooke and lucas, also in the last few episodes i felt a disconnection between peyton and her feelings for lucas, i think there finally subsiding, I think if jake comes back she’ll be ready for him, he said he will be waiting for her when she knows what she wants, and i think this will hit her off, brooke and lucas have made a special connection this season, but it was so subtle that its practicly missed, theres far to many ifs and buts and queries and maybes though.
I just wish i knew!

Tell me about it Ellie!!! I can’t wait for the season premiers. As for not getting married in Vegas showing that there still might be a chance for Brucas, i really don’t think so. It has always been about Lucas and Peyton, so they won;t get married in Vegas because it is not romantice enough and not them, unlike the actual NAley wedding, which, although with just two witnesses, was still verry Naley!!!!
An actuall engagement would be beter and would feel more reall than them getting married hours after getting beck together. THis way they can really talk everthing through!!!

Carly, i’ve just read the new spoilers for episode one and apparantly, Peyton walks up to him at the airport and says. “Your a mess Lucas, but your my mess.!” So i think you, Peyton and i are all in agreement.
However, the reason why i think that he is a mess and not the happy, stable Lucas that we have known in the previous seasons is because he has never dealt with Peytons “refusal” and however much he loved Lindsey, he know, deep down, of maybee even in a way, consiously, that he still loves Peyton.

Carly, i COMPLETELY agree with you, as a Brucas fan leyton has to happen first so lucas can realize it’s always been brooke and so it dosnt ruin brooke and peytons friendship.

i make my own search of this and i don’t think it’s going to be lindsey because she had her chance with lucas and she wasn’t honest with him, he need better. maybe he realise that lindsey wasn’t the one.
peyton is still loving lucas, but did he? lucas was always there for peyton but i think it was more friendship than love because lucas already find the one..
he said to brooke that he was the guy for her and she said he was her dream boy. they are more interesting than leyton, who is so BORING! he was more friendly with her is the last season, maybe friendship will turn to love back and lucas will found that brooke is the one. BRUCAS TILL THE END!’<3333

i am absolutely obsessed with one tree hill!!
this is my view on lucus and his love triangles. I hope to god he does not pick lindsey. I agree, Lucus and Lindsey are SO BORING!!! I am definately a lucus and peyton fan<33333. Ever since season 1 i have always wanted them to be together. And i have always felt that brooke had no right to be upset with peyton over her and lucus because peyton and lucus had something first!! so i think that if lucus does pick brooke in season 6 i cant see brooke doing that to peyton. she has matured way to much to be like that again. LUCUS AND PEYTON HAVE TO BE TOGETHER!!!
I will say that if he doesnt pick peyton, although my heart will be broken, i would want him to pick brooke. i like brooke alot.
but this season better be amazing! i dont want to be dissapointed.

I can see why Brucas fans will say that it is Brooke thats the one for Lucas. However, yopu have to mention that Lucas never gave into Brook in the first place, the half naked in the back of Lucases car ect in season one untill Peyton ran out of him when they were half way through stripping their clothes off during the party at Dans house in Season One!!!! Then, and only then did Brucas happen. Furthermore, when Brucas were in existance, (Both times), it was always about Leyton.
Going beyhind Brookes back the first time and and the second kiss in the Library, and Peyton’s “angel”, and ultererior side, asking whether she would be better with Lucas than Brooke.
IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN AND WILL ALWAYS BE ABOUT LUCAS AND LEYTON:TRUE LOVE ALWAYS.

okay here’s my assessment of the situation…
I think it will be peyton although i don’t want it to be! They have no on screen chemistry (they kinda did in season one but now it’s like siblings!) And their storyline is so fake (season 4 was rubbish) they got together so quickly…a few episodes b4 lucas was all “brooke is my soulmate” and then ” oh wait no..now i love peyton!” make up your mind boy!
And this season they have made it like season 2 and 3 never happened with brooke and lucas….very strange writing.
I personally think if he calls peyton there is nowhere to go with that storyline…it will be dull …but if he’s calling brooke so she can adopt…well sham marriages are always more fun! (and maybe it can grow from there…or else more scandals etc which are fun!)
Whatever happens though they need to spice things up …can’t have a happy ending at the beginning of the season they need TWISTS!
