The car accident victim IS Dan.

I watched them film it and Dan does get hit by a car. However from the looks of how he was hit, I don’t think he dies. But ya never know with this show haha

The scene goes like this… Dan is outside of the hospital and he’s talking to some people (I’m guessing just people outside the hospital or on the street) and he’s walking backwards into the street. He says something like “Hey you folks be careful, you never know when you can get killed.” Or something to that effect. And as he’s saying this, he’s slowly walking backwards into the street. Then he turns slightly around and is hit by the car.

It was actually pretty boring to watch because they did it in pieces. But I’m sure it will look awesome when it’s all done and edited. Oh yeah, no one else filmed with him. At least from what I watched.

~~I’m hesitant to post this because it’s not from the “normal” spoiler posters I post from but here’s what’s out on~~ TWoP via somewhereelse@FF. Don’t hurt me if it’s not true!

From StuckeyGilmore on TWoP (the poster who accurately described scenes from the Lucas/Lindsey party I think):

First, the person getting run over is Dan. I don’t know the aftermath of it, but I watched the scene being filmed. It’s out front of the hospital, Dan is leaving, then stops to help an elderly man up onto the curb. Then he walks out into the street and gets hit by a car. It doesn’t seem that the person driving the car is another character or anything, so no need to speculate on that, the car wasn’t one I recognized as a character’s car or anything.

S/he also overheard Schwahn talking:

Yes, the hook-up is Skillz/Deb. I wish I was making it up. Mark was talking about a scene where Naley and Jamie come home and they’re in the backyard, then go inside, and Skillz and Deb come up from being underwater in the pool, glad that nobody caught them. There’s also a scene later where they do get caught, and Jamie exclaims “Grandpa Skillz!”

Skills and Deb? I actually find that entertaining. Weird and sorta gross. But entertaining.

Wooowww!!! Right now I feel sorry 4 Dan… Sometimes i dont believe that he is changing but think hegross does, dont know.( hope he dont die bcuz he is the one that makes the suspense and creepy times on one tree hill…:)… And about Skills and Deb…ummm… Is kinda of gross… but it will be funny, both characters are funny and unique, I think they would be a really weird but funny and hilarious couple. lol… ” Grandpa Skillz” hehehe lol …. JAmie is the one that makes me love OTH when I’m so frsutrated about L/P relationship. He’s gorgeous!!! (dont know if i wrote it right, sorry for my english)

OMG!!
Now I wish I didn’t know these spoilers.. this is juicy.
I can’t believe Dan gets run over.. and wow helping an elderly man? That shows he’s changed. This is exciting.. maybe thats the phone call Lucas gets in the last episode.
Not going to lie.. Skills and Deb? Gross. But that will be hilarious. Better then Deb and creepy clown. That’s just nasty.

As much as I don’t like Dan, he brings a good twist to the show and I hope he doesn’t die! And I was surprised reading that he was helping an elderly man too. I guess he really has changed./?

and Wow..skilz and Deb? That is kind og gross but would be so funny to watch!
and I agree Danika, better than the clown!!

Poor Jamie’s nightmares are going to turn from scary grandpa Dan trying to get him into skanky grandma Deb making out with Skillz in the pool. It’s a good thing Nathan and Haley have some money cause that poor kid is going to need some serious therapy! Skillz an Deb? come on that’s just wrong. LOL. Ok about the accident. In a way i feel bad for Dan cause I know he his really trying but in a way I am also relived that it does not involve Naley or Jamie. Poor Dan. right when he is actually trying to be a decent man he gets pummled by a car.

I have read these spoilers at OTHForums tonight too, I think they got them from FF… anyways the one with dan and the car accident… in the little side things that came out about where and everything, it said that 2 actors were present in the scene… so someone else either has to witness it, is driving in it, or it is a foiler all together!? just thought I would throw that out there!

And I clicked on the link, and s/he posted that at 8:30, where isnt filming from like 7pm-2am? So even if it did start right at 7 and they miraculously filmed it in a little over an hour, she would have had to rush home and post that pretty quickly… just a though!

How can reports sound fake when they actually witnessed the scenes?
Dan getting run over does make sense because they said it was a main character who nobody really liked.
I can’t wait to see it, there is so much more drama now!

I don’ think it sounds fake. It makes since that Dan would be the one to be in the accident because now Nathan and Lucas will have to think about the way they have been treating him. Maybe they will finally forgive him if he doesn’t die in the accident.

And the whole Skillz and Deb thing. they kind of pointed to it at Jamie’s party when all Junk, Fergie and SKillz were talking about how hot Deb was. Maybe it was foreshadowing. who knows.

I read on FF (or some other forum.. sorry I don’t remember. it might have even been talk here) that whoever gets run over by the car also dies. This can’t happen, Dan CANNOT be killed off. I hope that its just a mislead.. maybe we won’t even find out if Dan survives until next season. OMG maybe thats the cliffhanger. Does Dan die or survive?

I was really starting to fall back in love with Dan, Oh My. Anyways to the juice Skillz and Deb OMFG what the hell. I know it will make good entertainment an all and it can happen yes but no I want someone else for Skillz. Hey I thought Deb went with the Clown Hahaha. Grandpa Skillz OMG That’s Hilarious.

How come when Deb is around Jamie or Haley or Nathan or really anyone, she’s nice and I love her. But as soon as she’s around a guy.. umm Bucko.. she gets all.. gross and horny. haha.

Dan is kind of funny, it would be interesting he’s reaction of Deb and Skills relationship, or Nathan and Lucas reaction knowing that their father have an accident, or if he dies….wooooowwwww this series get more interesting with the drama thing… :)… Let me say that the actors have done an amazing and incredible work. Hillarie in the sad scenes, same Lucas and Brooke, with funny and supporting friend scenes. Naley scenes goods, hope for more like, I was waiting for the shower scene. Dan…Skills…. oh and ofcourse Jamie is the BEST, he is gorgeous, CUTE, funny, beautiful and amazing actor 4 his age. Hope they still do what they have done, great work!!!! wooohohooooo!!! Waiting to know what is going to happen in season 6!!!!!!!

Jamie is the best and couldnt see any other actor Playing him Jackson is cute and adorable and makes the show sooooo much better…. though the core 5 are amazing as always

Ya…i like Deb but sometimes she can be really gross and nasty..ANd as Danika said horny!! it just creeps me out.

I agree brucasfan! Jamie is oo adorable and i too couldn’t see anyone other than jackson playing thr role of jamie!
