Peyton: When I’m asleep, I have this dream where we’re back in the hotel room in LA and you propose to me and every single time I say yes.
Lucas: It’s just a dream right?
Peyton: It’s my dream.
Lindsey: Hey, Luke, I just got your dedication and I guess I’m one of those lost souls because I lied to you. I said I was seeing someone and I wasn’t. The truth is, I was afraid of the immensity of your love and that thought. I just wanted you to know. You asked me if I miss you. Of course I miss you. It’s all I do.
Brooke: I don’t like you guys to see my like this…vulnerable.
Lucas: It’s how I always see you, Brooke. That and you’re beautiful.
Brooke: Hey, Luke. We’ve been through a lot me and you but I wouldn’t have made it through today or a couple other days without you so thanks. This is for you. I love you, Lucas Scott, you know that?
Lucas: I love you too, Brooke Davis.
Haley: You know what? You still make my heart race. You do, I’m serious, feel this. My heart is so full of pride and love and joy because of you.
Haley: You know that romantic notion that all the garbage and the pain is really healing and beautiful and sort of poetic? It’s not. It’s just garbage and it’s pain. You know what’s better? Love. The day that you start thinking that love is overrated is the day that you’re wrong. The only thing wrong with love and faith and belief is not having it.

The way Lucas says “it’s just a dream right” makes it seem like he really would like it if it was a reality… Only because otherwise he would have said … well it’s only a dream….

It’s peyton.. And I’ll tell you why..
On the phone he says I’m @ the airport… That couldn’t be Lindsay, ’cause he was sure Lindsay already left, he told haley that… So Lindsay would have been @ another airport.. !!! Does anyone understand my point?
The lyrics of Haley’s song, your tears won’t be ignored, and something about love restored.. (hint peyton)
Plus what the hell, the whole season was about hinting out that Lucas and Peyton would eventually get back together, Hilarie giving the hint about the make out scene, the actress that plays lindsay’s part is leaving (and watch carefully, in the beginning : Guest rolls : there was the name of the actress that plays lindsay)
So no need to wait 4 months, it’s peyton!

It has to be Peyton. I can’t imagine it being someone else. I can’t even begin to think that its Brooke now…I thought maybe before the episode it could be her but I’m convinced its not now.

Did anyone notice that Lindsay was in a car when she got the phone call? I think it looked like she was in a car in the city. So if she already got on a plane and now she is in the city would it really make sense for him to be calling her?

It would be stupid if it was Peyton. I want them together, but it’s entirely too obvious. If it is Peyton and she accepts, that only makes her look weak and pathetic. I used to love Petyon, especially in Season 2 and 3 because she used to be independent. Now, it seems like without Lucas, she’s nothing. Also, is it just me or did Peyton’s drawing and LP’s impending talk kind of seem like closure? I would just like a realistic reunion with any of the three girls, although I hope it’s Peyton, because anything else is disappointing.

You know what would be kool is if season six starts off with Lucas in vegas with neither of the girls,and it was actully nathan or skills on the phone and he was joking about marriage,because of the going to vegas thing.It would be kool to see Lucas alone for awhile to figure things out and if hes going to pick someone pick the right one.Hopefully Brooke I am a Brucas fan.But whatever the out come should be good.I cant wait untill september.

Jazmin ur right about him asking it in a form of question it seemed like to me that he might have thought she moved on after that whole scene with her telling him shes going to try to let go because if i remeber correctly there were no more scenes involviong leyton about there actually feelings sure they talked and stuff but it wasnt anything involving love thus him saying i didnt break her heart after the ihy would make sense but anyway i felt like he was trying to see if it was only a dream to her and not more then that and actully i think as for brooke i dont think it matters whos more obivious i think it matters who makes more sense and right now after leytons talk id have to lean towords peyton lindsey would make sense too but i dont see her staying around for long next season so if it is her something will happen between those to and brooke would work if the marrage thing wasnt involved i dont see sophia and chad doing a marrage seen or anything like that after they were married themselves i know there both actors but there only human every one has there limit and something like that involving them could lead into dangerous waters for mark so i dont see him going there

i …agree…with…james lol shocker but it makes more sense if its peyton or lindsey although id love brucas that doesnt make sense right now. But howver chad and sophia dnt have that big of a problem working together u noe more than half of s3 was filmed wit them divorced. if u recall s3 was all about brucas. And she said in a million interviews that they reconciled and r actually friends now. they are able to sep. work from real life…

Reading between the lines of the songs and the quotes used: I think; Lucas calls Peyton…
though Im a Brucas fan. I think it’s not Brooke, The “I love you lucas scott, you know that” and “I love you too Brooke Davis” is like a seal of their friendship. There’ll alaways be a special place in their hearts for eachother.
I think the call Brooke got was from Angie’s coming home safe… but if and if it’s Brooke I’ll be the happiest.. but Brooke wouldn’t betray Peyton, she’s such a good friend.. she will never do that…it’s one of the many reasons why i love her character.
I think Lindsay’s call is the conference call from her office… but there’s a slight chance that it might be her after the voicemail she made for Lucas… since Lucas at this point really want her back… The only question is: was Lucas able to listen to her voicemail? there’s a chance that he deleted it because of his pain of loosing her
Therefore, there’s a big chance that it’s Peyton. The revelation of love she made at the river court, and the line she gave Lucas that “It’s my dream” of saying yes to his proposal is such a big hint… I think… There’s a chance that Lucas read the edited version of his book Lindsay gave to him and reminded him of how great Peyton is and his love for her…
Four months more to get our answers. So guys just hang in there.. and keep speculations coming…
