Sophia Bush #33

Coming in at number 33 on our list of the sexiest women in television is Sophia Bush. In television circles, she’s best known for her work as Brooke Davis on One Tree Hill. To the rest of the world, she’s probably best known for appearing on sexy girl lists like this one.Yes, while we acknowledge that our list is probably the most important one of its kind, we have to admit we’re not the first organization to laud Ms. Bush for her hotness. Indeed, if sexy women listings were required to pay residuals, it’s entirely possible that Bush could exist completely off of these earnings, much like Richard Moll does with Night Court.

So, there’s at least one way in which our list is different form those others: we’re the first to compare Sophia Bush to Richard Moll. You’re welcome.

Hilarie Burton #38

One thing we’ve learned while compiling this list is that up there at The CW, man, those dudes have got some connections, yo. Seriously, it seems like every person who appears on their show was signed right out of a Maxim photo shoot. Maybe that’s not how Shakespeare cast his plays, but as far as we’re concerned it’s a perfectly reasonable way to find your thespian talent.

Case in point: Hilarie Burton of One Tree Hill, otherwise known as number 38 on our list of the sexiest girls on television. Burton has not only appeared in Maxim as an official ambassador of The CW, she was named one of the most beautiful people by People magazine, both of which serve as good warm-ups for the honor of appearing on UGO.com.

Now if we can just convince The CW to publish that pin-up book we’ve been waiting for…

    Hilarie is such a pretty young woman. She has such soulful eyes and can convey such innocence. It was very prevelent in the movie The List.

    It also serves her well as Peyton Sawyer. In One Tree Hill you have the characters of the Madonna and the Whore. Haley in most of the series playing the role of the Madonna, and Brooke the role of the whore. Peyton is the middle ground - both martyr and seductress.

    i don’t think that brooke is the whore…what i think is that haley is not a madonna and brooke is not a whore…haley is just a nice shy girl and brooke is not that shy..that the difference..but i think that the only one tree hill’s whore is peyton…sometimes in a good way and sometimes is a very bad way..like thw whole brooke-lucas-peyton triangle…she was a whore back then..maybe she’s not that anymore..anyway i don’t hate her..actually i’ve really liked her in this last season…bye and go brucas naley and jayton!!

    It is a literary term, I didn’t mean it literaly. You have two types of women in basic literature, the madonna and the whore. I was saying if you generalize the two characters they fall into those two characters and the role of Peyton is somewhere in the middle. It is English 101.

    and Sarah I know you don’t like Brooke to be called a “WHORE“. But saying that she only slept with guys cause her parents didn’t love her is not true. Brooke was sleeping with guys because :
    #1 She loves sex !
    #2 : It’ easier than falling in love
    #3 : She wanted to make sure to not get hurt by guys.
    #4 : She seems to liked it but she was hidding herself

    but she had slept with guys becuase of her parents … ? ummm NO she did that because she wanted too.

    Her parents have nothing to do with her being a “whore“.

    Well to me, I think that Sophia is beautiful and that #33 is a good place for her. Where I struggle is that I find JOy and Hil more gorgeous than SOphia I think they should be before Sophia but that’s me.

    ANd MIchaela NOOOOO just NO !

    I disagree Lau about the Hil and Joy more beautiful the sophia Joy yes Hilarie no.. But Im stuggling cause joy isnt even on the list.. then again she won the cw hottie polll hahaha
    and I think Michaela is beautiful her eyes AMAZING….. she is really beautiful….

    like i said before for me sophia and michaela are the most beautiful girls in oth.sophia should’ve been a lot higher.and michaela somewhere at least higher THAN 38.

    about joy i dont know.i really dont.

    I don’t understand how Joy never makes these lists. She oooooooozes sexy in every sense of the word. She’s not just sexy, but beautiful and smart as well. She deserves to be up there with Sophia and Hilarie.

    I hate comparing Hilarie and Sophia because they are both very beautiful. They are both such awesome people with totally different personalities. And I realize it is easy to like them or dilike them from their OTH characters. I am definitly a Hilarie fan and I love her character, she has this amazing presence on and off the camera.

    As for Brooke being a whore, she used to sleep around a lot. I understand she did not have the best unbringing and she eventually changed and became this extremely independant young woman, but she made some mistakes in the past. I would not classify Peyton as a whore now or ever because she even told Lucas after they slept together that it’s a really big deal, as in she wouldn’t just sleep with anybody.

    I think that Hilarie is stunning !
    And she is in person as well.
    Pictures don’t do her justice.
    But, I can’t say that Sophia is more stunning than her.
    They do have totally different personalities and looks and you can’t compare those two.

    I do agree that Hilarie and Soph should have been waaay higher on the list. Like, Top 20.

    But, Joy is really pretty, but she isn’t as gorgeous as Hil and Sophia.
    Sorry, it’ll probably get me blessed out, but it’s my personal opinion.

    She should have been on there, but she wouldn’t have been that close to Hilarie and Sophia.

    And as for Michaela, I like her, she’s pretty.
    But not as stunning as the three.
    Haha.

    And, yeah.
    Hilarie and Sophia should have been waaaaay higher.

    Oh, and someone left a comment about Soph and said her nose looked bad and she got a bad nose job and they liked her nose before.

    Did she even get a nose job ?

    i am a BIG leyton fan but i think Sophia Bush is SOOO much more prettier then the other girls on one tree hill

    Hilarie 30
    Bethany 33

    And they should have been the ones in the list. You can’t come up with any numbers because who else were they up against.

    Hilarie Burton is beautiful. Please don’t ever forget that. Michaela is beautiful too but I don’t think she looks better then hilarie.

    I agree that Sophia is pretty, but it is too hard for me to exclude someone’s personality when I judge their looks. I think Hilarie has the perfect balance of looks, brains, attitude, and charm. I am not saying that Sophia or anybody else on the list doesn’t have any of those things but I see them more in Hil.

    i think sophia bush’s personality shines more then anyones!! i had the opportunity to meet both Sophia and Hilarie like a week ago and Sophia was the nicest person i have EVER met in my entire life!!! hilarie was nice to but not as friendly as Sophia was!!!

    it’s a personal opinion and to me like Alyssa point it out Hil have the looks, the brain, the attitude and the charm more then the others thats what makes her soo amazing and gorgoeus in my eyes I tried to see all of that on Sophia but it’s nothing compares to Hil in my eyes.

    But like Brucasfan wrote before at least they both have made it in the list, but a list to me means nothing :)
    I love both Soph and Hil anyway :)

    And I don’t care who is nicest or friendliest. I am not always the friendliest or nicest person either. Hil is cool and she doesn’t need to impress you to make me believe she is awesome.

    =( No Joy. Yay for Sophia though… but she should have been much MUCH higher.

    Was Hilarie ever on People’s Most Beautiful? I was trying to find her, but I couldn’t. Wikipedia (which is so NOT reliable) is the only site that says she was on the list (for 2005), but People’s website doesn’t list her on there… Does anyone know if she was on the list or not? And if so, what year? Thanks =)

    Sophia is gorgeous of course, but she is seriously overrated when compared with the other OTH stars. *rolleyes*

    Personally I think Hilarie is just as gorgeous. One thing I love about her is that she has a presence, and a natural beauty, not your regular “Girl Next Door” type. The same thing for Joy too, she is beautiful and I for think she is UNDErrated.

    Ah well i love all the OTH girls. =)
