Vegas Filming…to be or not to be

I am trying to run this site without Amy and it’s hard. I am reading that there is a chance that there won’t be any filming in Vegas but that they will be filming in Wilmington instead. I can’t find anywhere that this is a definite change but it seems to be something that is in discussion.

I say it was stupid to go to Vegas and film in the first place. Why?
And what is all this whining about bringing Jake back? He was a stop game for Peyton, and now he is over. Been over for a season and a half.
He was boring when they introduced him, and he would be boring now. If there was a death match between Jake and Lindsey and I am not quit sure who would win unless it was a “boring contest” match. But then, who would stay awake to watch it?

Yeah, I think you are right. Only people who ship Lucas and Brooke want Jake with Peyton. Because Peyton is the true love always. But they don’t realize Peyton loved what Jake offered more then Jake himself. He offered stability and a family in a time when Peyton was lost and floating aimlessly.
Now, Peyton is more grounded. She has a thriving career and the guts to stand up and finally stand for what she wants and to finally be selfish and declare she wants Lucas for herself and no one else. And that is the Peyton everyone should fear, because a woman like that will let nothing or NO ONE stand in her way.

Jake coming back would be awesome!Then Brooke can get back with Lucas and Peyton could go back to Jake. But by the way it sounds in some of his interviews, he won’t be coming back. But we can alwayz hope!

That is just it, Peyton can’t get over him. And he can’t get over her. There is no wiggle room for a friedship like he has with Brooke. The emotions are too raw.
Lucas admitted, basically, in his confession in 5×18 that he isn’t over her. That it is hard seeing Peyton. And Peyton admitted she dreams every night that he asks her to marry her again in that hotel room in LA and every time she says yes.
No matter how the rest of season six plays out, it has to be LP to start season six. They can’t go straight into friendship and Peyton’s actions would have been a waste. It would slice open her heart once again and there will be no room for recovery.

one with lindsey and how he went to her office and he was determined to get her back. he got into that fight because he thought she was dating and he was telling everybody how he loved her so much and everything

I think its a good idea to stay in wilmington! especially know with the gas prices its a good idea to save the money for other things. They can make it look. good it won’t look bad. they’ve never made anything look bad before they won’t start now. Does anyone know if they went to LA for peyton in the begining of the 5th season b/c if not they made it look like LA.

I know a lot of you think that Jeyton should end up together cause they were a great couple and they were in love andeverything else and that way we could have : Naley/jeyton/brucas wich for a lot of people is the perfect ending but it’s totally not the PERFECT ending is for sure : Naley/Leyton/Browen (brase) I’M not sure yet i’M waiting for season 6… but I personnaly think that Brooke deserves a really AMAZING and CARRING guy who will always make her feel good and let her all the way in and will always comes first and well thread her the way she deserves to be threated and that’s totally not Lucas… Next season we will see more of Owen I’M sure of that and well I really hope for Brooke a great guy and that guy it’s not Lucas at all. I still hope for Brase too but we don,t even know what happen between Brase I hope we’ll find out next season. I love the indepedant Brooke very much but there is no way she end up together but the guy for her is not Lucas and never will be :

To me Owen and Chase were the type of guy who really cared the most for Brooke Lucas can’t even be compares to them in my book Brucas doesn’t equal true love. and inconditional love at all they are most highschool couple.Brooke deserves a great guy wich is not a Lucas who will tell her something really cute and the next day just say otherwise , lie to her in her face, kiss her best friend and not tell her, who wrote the same thing to the girl he supposebly love but have wrote the same thing a couple of months ago to her bestfriend with who he had cheat on her … she doesn,t deserves a boyfirend like Lucas who always avoid responding any question wich concerned Peyton and his feelings for her etc …..
To me cheating and true love doesn,t stand for meant to be it doesn’t mean the same thing and never will.
BUt I’M not gonna lie and say OH brucas never did love each other but I will never say they are destined to be together either … cause they aren’t and they know it and since 4×08 it’s pretty clear they are totally over and that Withey speech about true love wasn,t describing them. ANd that there love wasn,t strong enough to never let people come between them. They both know it. Lucas had pretty much been is whole life hidding with Brooke, Anna and LIndsay to avoid his real true feelings for Peyton . Cause yeah a love sooo strong that no one can come between it and it’s Leyton. True love it’s not easy it’s painful, they are obstacle sadnest but in the end it’s amazing it’s happiness it’s love and no matter what happen at the end of the day they both love each other inconditonnaly and no matter how hard they try to avoid, hide or try to move on they can’t because both of there hearts beats for one an other.
When you love someone as much as Lucas and Peyton love eahc other it doesn’t matter what they say or what they do or with who they are cause at the end of the day they are both in love with each other and LUcas will always be in love with Peyton sawyer and Peyton will always be in love with Lucas Scott. Lucas will always love Peyton more than LIndsay and Peyton will always love Lucas more than Jake cause well LIndcas and Jeyton are the same …. ( proposal, hidding and lies)
Lucas and Peyton were both trying to hide and burry there feelings for one an other. they both thought that by getting married with someone who love them more than they actually do love that person was safer and that way they coudldn’t get hurt because there heart were already taking…. Lucas and Peyton both said I do in a way to forget the other but people around them are enough smart to see that nobody can come between Leyton Jake and LIndsay knows that tey could never replace Lucas and Peyton for one an other. That way it made Peyton and Lucas realise that they needed to be together and had both made the wrong decision and were still in love with each other… True love hurts because it never DIES and no matter what how hard you try to forget to forgive and move on you just CAN’T because you can,t run away from true love for too long NO wonder why 3 years later Peyton came back to tree hill wanted Lucas back cause she couldn’t spend an other day without Lucas by her side. ANd Lucas well Seeing Peyton again made him write is second book cause she inspired him and nothing matter without her not even his book he heasn’t forget the hotel and the book signing and what happen it’s still really painful for him WHY ? he had move on with LIndsay thats the thing she’s the rebound he is still in love with Peyton otherwise those things woudln’t matter 3 years later….There is a big difference between love and true love :
Brucas : just like in the season 5 final … just like they said the I love you in the final ( friendship loved) and 2 people who had finally put all the past behind and enjoy eachother compagnies and had forget everything.
Treu love : Leyton just like in the season 5 final They both still are truly in love with each other and had never forget the hotel night both wante to be with each but had made sacrafice but 3 years later they both still want each other but find it hard being around and not be together they both dreams of being togehter and happy. Both remebering the first moment they knew when they wanted to be together Lucas : the first moment he ever saw her in 8th grade. and Peyton in the hotel scene knew she wanted to be with LUcas foreverbut was ready to sacrafice her dreams for one year so his dreams could come true.
Leyton true love always
IT’S leyton since the pilot and no one can come between them beccause ture love always find there way in the end and no one can come bwteen them everyone have gave up on trying to break Leyton and come between them ( lindsay/Brooke/Jake/Haley …. I know in the end that Leyton are going to have there happy ending cause hey deserves it and ha thats the way it’s suppose to be.
Every songs and quotes and flashback always comes dwown to them making us see that it will never be over.
SO Jake back NO if you miss him just rewatch season 2 and watch everyday is a sunday evening and over the hills and far away .
I love Bryan Greenberg to much to want him back in the show and have is heart breaking again because Peyton could not love him as much as She loves Lucas.

I just had a flashback of something Mark shawhn said on the s4 dvd about the songs he said that he always pick the song after the scene are done so it can fit perfectly with want he want to make us see and understand about the show.

I just wanted to say that i think its kind of funny that we leyton fans aren’t so much routing for LEYTON as much as we are routing for peyton to get what she wants!!! Lucas can be an ass sometimes but whatever peyton wants we support.

I would like to see a poll of fans of LP that are actually Peyton fans first.
Let me start. I vote Peyton first. She has been my POV from the first episode. I think Lucas is a selfess ass who acts like a two-year-old most of the time. And that he was so coddled by his mother and told how special he was that he feels he can get away with acting the way he does because he is Lucas Scott.

The Jake nonsense needs to stop. REALLY! I doubt that the writers will tell us the truth on who is leaving and who is coming back or who will be together do we honestly think they are gonna give it all away. If they did there would be no need to watch the show if we know the ending. A writers job is to keep the audience intrigued.

Brooke loves Lucas yes nobody is denying that at all. But hiding her feelings I doubt she has feeling for him in a romantic relationship way. They have both came to that conclusion a long time ago. Brooke knows that she could not come between Lucas and his peyton that’s why she stopped loving him remember she couldn’t even say that she did. Brooke is very genuine and I love her to death. I do but when it comes to Lucas peyton is the love of his life and even Brooke made him see that it wasn’t her. But you guys keep hope alive!

As for Lucas, I was watching the rerun on last night and it was the opening of C/B and Lucas says to peyton ” he’s not good enough for you” when she is talking to the bartender… he wants her but isnt man enough to fess up and he was in deep with Lindsay and couldnt get out… He proposed to lindsay out of desparation, because it was something he was used to… not because he wanted to… he had opportunities to do it and then does it when Lindsay decides to leave him… PURE COVERUP!!!!
As for Brooke, I think she deserves better than any man she can find in Tree Hill… Maybe she should try Chase out.. he seemed genuinely interested…

Leyton TLA exactly she wasn’t even with Jake long for anyone to say she was happiest with Jake that’s a load of crap what show is everyone watching when they say that. Everyone knows Lucas and peyton were the happiest when they were together in season 4 hints the cookie fight, they went to the strip show together where they took Haley, they talked about important things she took him to her mothers grave and he told her mom peyton is the best thing that I have in my life.um his mom saying I’m glad you 2 finally found each other and she said you have the biggest crush on her for years her meaning peyton. So for anyone to say they aren’t in love and not meant for each other must be addicted to prescription drugs like Deb and needs to be admitted into rehab ASAP cause your nuts.

also I am a diehard Peyton fans and I have been throught a lot of similary things that had happen to her so I think that everyone who support so much Peyton is because they can totally relate to her and I just want her happy and ehat makes her happy and when everything is okay is when she is with him we saw how it turns out when they aren,t together not soo GREAT if you ask me. SO they need each other it can.t be any other way.
I hate when people say Peyton is a crying little whiny baby and cry for nothing I have heard that so many times and makes me so angry cause at least unlike other people who really cry for nothing she has really GOOD reasons to cry from s1 to s5. lau I like that comment. You are right. Peyton can’t move on. If she was able to truly move on she would also have found someone else to give her heart to. Peyton doesn’t just throw her heart around. She makes very cafeful decisions about who she cares for and loves.
She saw something in Nathan and stayed with him for a long time because she had “chosen him” to love. She cared for Lucas but knew she couldn’t give her full self to him when he said the wanted it all with her so she walked away. It also took a lot for her to care for Jake and give herself to him as well.
Then there is Lucas. She fought her feelings for him for a long time. She had her moment of clarity when she stared death in the face and she knew if she was going to die she should stop lying to herslef, so she told her true feelings and kissed him. But it still took her a long time and a lot of courage to put herself out there for her to say “I love you Lucas. I am IN love with you.”
Even after they found their way back to each other, Peyton still held back. Waiting for the words of love from Lucas and wanting her “first time” with Lucas to be special. Because I think in her mind she was truly IN LOVE for the first time and not just felt love and when she made love to Lucas it was like the first time for her.
But her love wasn’t good enough for him. She still harbored a sliver of fear and even after he told her he would wait forever for her, he left her. People do always leave. So, she crawled back into that self-imposed shell and hid her heart again.
It was only after she realized the half-life she was living in LA that she truly faced her fears and realized a life without love is an empty existence.
It was a hard blow to come home to TH and see Lucas with someone else. Sharing the love he promised just to her with someone else. Yet, she saw his resolve crack when he said the bartender wasn’t good enough for her. And his crack forced a flood of emotions for her.
Peyton was the brave one in all this. Truly the strong one. She faced her fears and realized what she truly wanted. I just wonder if Lucas is strong enough to face his fears and realize it too – or is he as weak as he seems?

there was some serious love-connection there.
they should bring jake back.he is the perfect guy for peyton.their relationship was so different.serious-mature-adult and generally nothing like she had with lucas.
ohh i remember when jenny called her mama.this has to be significant.it was such a sweet scene and after that it was all about tension-passion.

OMG!!! first off if you go by episodes…
Brucas dated from episode 9 in season 3 to the end of season 3/beginning of season 4(it was the same day)
Leyton dated from episode 9 season 4 to the end of season 4. plus the jump to season 5.
Brucas first season was like a month and even Luke said he was just hiding with Brooke. so doesnt really count but we’ll include it anyway…
if you go by the time frame of the show
Brucas dated the first part of senior year plus a month in s1! so 5-6 mths tops.
Leyton dated the rest of senior year so at least 6 mths- remember Haly was pregnant to! so you can also look at that
plus the 3mths she had the internship
plus a year after that- long distance or not they still loved eachother and were in a relationship!
so Leyton more like 2 years!!!! not 1-2 mths.
of course Jeyton seemed serious,
Jake had a baby, the baby was kidnapped, he went to Jail and then moved away!- not much time to joke around and be teenagers there!
and because of the above events…majority of there time together was spent upset or apart!
with a few good episodes in between…
so it was ok for Jeyton to be apart and their love was still real but not Leyton??? – yea right!
Leyton had all of season 4 happy together.
without relationship drama- unlike Brucas in s3.
why- coz they complete eachother! they let eachother all the way in- they’re meant to be.
They are not the best people they can be when they’re apart.

yes she kissed him in the motel after she let her emotions get to her, but he’s the one that held her, looked deep into her eyes, kissed her back immediately and straight away led her to the bed away started taking off her clothes!! while he was with Brooke!

Lau denise leyton TLA you guys are right. I’m always agreeing with you. Each of your points are accurate so don’t get upset when people try to push your buttons. Every other brucas fan is nice but this one. This one trys to just push your buttons. I have had a battle with this fan before. But its all good she tries to get her point across and never makes sense and when some people give good points other brucas fans give credit when credit is due.

The only time I truly felt sorry for Lucas was after his accident in season one. He almost died and he hurt all over and he just wanted to see Peyton. He was stuck in his house, he didn’t want to be with Brooke, but there she was. He told her they couldn’t see each other and she left. Then Peyton comes and you could see his spirits lift.
But then she felt bad about what they were doing to Brooke and she brushed him off while he was stuck in his house unable to leave. He looks outside his bedroom door and there was Brooke with his mom. He is trapped in a house with a girl he doesn’t want to be with longing for the girl he truly cares about it.
He was near tears. I felt so bad for him because he was stuck in a no win situation and it was heightened by his injuries and feeling that his life was spiraling out of control.
