Well, I’m still worried about a possible next season and all the crap that goes with that, LOL. But, for now, I’m liking that LP are still together (lets keep it that way) and I like the concept of a possible jealous/protective Lucas. I’m telling you, Lucas and Peyton are truly HOT together. Hotter than ever. Way better than season four with Lucas’ horrible hair-do.

I’m really hoping they don’t make Julian a bad guy but in some of the pictures you get a less than nice vibe from him. Peyton’s face is classic when she’s with Julian “OMG it’s you!” And of course Julian would be checking out Peyton while Lucas is playing pool…Lucas doesn’t look to happy about it…I think he knows what’s up. I’m with you leytoooon babyyyyy! I really hope that Peyton tells Lucas she knows Julian from LA right away. If she doesn’t it’ll look bad later like she was trying to cover something up.
Oh and the look-a-like thing is weird!

LOL Julian looks like Lucas 2.0. I can understand why Peyton took him for a test drive in LA after her break-up with Lucas. She didn’t even have to close her eyes and imagine it was Lucas. LOL
I just hope they don’t pull that male crap about how Lucas will get all mad because Peyton slept with Julian. Especially when it was in her past and they weren’t together.
If I was Peyton, and he did that, I would start talking about him and Brooke or any other girl he slept with.

I don’t know Denise they might do exactly that. Peyton hasn’t really been with anyone since she and Lucas got together in Season 4…at least not that we’ve seen so they might play that angle. It’s one thing to know the person you’re with has been with others it’s another to have to deal with those others. It’ll be interesting to see how it all plays out…I can’t wait!!! And it’s ok because if Lucas goes there with Peyton she’s got so much more to throw back at him!!! Those last two stills Lucas looks pissed! Wonder why?

That would suck for Peyton if they go there. It seems they are always making her pay for her past.
So, she had a fling with someo guy. Or maybe it was a bit more. Yeah, it sucks he is coming back and her past is being thrown in her face.
But how many times has that happned with Lucas. And he didn’t seem to have to pay for going up to NY to see Lindsey again and he asked her to marry him.
Yet again, Peyton getting the crappy end of the deal.
I want her to step up and say yeah, I slept with this guy. Yeah, he was what I needed then, but he was never you Lucas. Is that what you want to hear? That every guy after you was a comparision that was lacking.
What do you have to say about that Lucas? Can you say the same thing. I want Peyton a bit angry if he tries to throw this in her face. I want her to back him agains the wall, make him admit to his mistakes and also have Lucas fight for Peyton a big. It is time.

Jake didn’t interfere, he was really great for Peyton, I thought they made a great couple and she really loved him. I still can’t believe Peyton left him holding the baby and ran back to Luke!

Peyton loved the idea of what Jake had. Jake was a reststop for Peyton – a pseudo family. When she was in Savannah with Jake in season three she was hiding behind Jake just like Lucas was hiding behind Lindsey. Lindsey and Jake were an easier route for both Lucas and Peyton because they didn’t require giving their full selves. No challenge there.
And don’t go there when it comes to people interferring. Brooke started all that. She knew Peyton, she knew the way Peyton was and how hard it was for her to let people in. You can’t tell me she had know Peyton since she was eight and not know Peyton had feelings for Lucas. Yet, she took her naked self, her pushy ways and sometimes questionable morals right to Lucas. That is interferring.

Also I really wish Peyton could be paired with a random for once in her damn life. Nick, Cheese, Felix, and Owen later Peyton has still only been with two amazing guys Jake and Lucas. Stick her with some random douche for a while.

Anyway if this is as close to seeing Peyton with a random as we’ll ever get I’m uber excited. Also I really hope we get an s7 cause then Mark will be frantic trying to break LP up and get them back together again by the end of s7. Hahah. How he’ll explain that is beyond me though sense Lucas has completely forgotten he has any friends other than Peyton.

The actor who plays Julian is actractive, but he is no CMM, lol. I honestly think he is coming to town as a bad guy. Obviously he has a past with Peyton, and if he wants to makes Lucas’ book into a movie, it is because he is after something. After all, he knows that Peyton is part of the book so he has an ulterior motive. By the look on Peyton’s face, she is not to happy to see him and just as she is happier than she could imagine, in walks a guy from her past to try and mess with that.
The one thing that could harm her relationship with Lucas is if she is not honest about her past with Julian.
Lucas can not fault her for being in a reltionship, he did that and than some. He can be jealous (which is normal)and even insecure, but he can not hold it against Peyton for being involved with another man while they were broken up.
Personally, I think Julian is going to be a bad guy trying to mess with Peyton and Lucas’ life. It is just too off the wall for Peyton’s ex-lover to be coming to Tree Hill to talk to Lucas about making a movie in part about this girl he was involved with. I think this is a setup for something more. JMO.

I think Julian IS back for a reason:Peyton. I don’t think it’s nefarious at least I hope not cuz we’ve been there…she’s already had a psycho stalker. I don’t think Peyton is scared of him I think she’s shocked…like he’s the last person she ever expected to see walk into Tric.
As long as she’s honest with Luke I think they’ll be ok but I’m with Denise is Lucas pulls any crap I want Peyton to call him on it…I want her to get pissed at him.

So,this is what I think,Peyton slept with him while she and Lucas weren´t together,she slept with him after she left book signing when she saw Lindsey kissed Lucas and tought they were already together so she was all broken and she slept with him,and all that was 3 years ago so I can´t see any reason why Lucas would blame Peyton for sleeping with this guy.I just hope that Peyton will tell him the truth right away and then Lucas will realize how mush stupid he was when he left her in LA and how much they mean to eachother

yes sophia dated Austin Nichols (aka JULIAN) after chad. It is said they went out for quite a while, but that may be a rumor. There are pictures of them walking on the beach together, but not holding hands. They just looked like friends. Its funny though, now sophia is rumored to be dating James lafferty and she was married to chad michael murray once upon a time. So, Chad, Ausint, and James are all in Wilmington, NC with SOPHIA BUSH! hahahaha talk about having all of sophia bush’s men in town! hahaha

Leyton has been strong, they’ve always come back to each other because they are meant for each other. If Mark ruins them just by this guy, he destroys the show. It makes Leyton look weak and they really arent. They are the true love (besides Naley) and they have to make it through.

Whenever leyton are together, nothing comes between them. Therefore it’s unlikely that Julian will. He’ll be a test on leyton’s solidifying relationship, and they’ve both grown substantially over the years, so if they trust eachother, this won’t crack them. But it sure will make Luke jealous! and I’m looking forward to seeing him squirm for once! I know luke appreciates peyton, but it’ll be fun to see two guys fight over her again; kinda like s1 but this will more adult/mature. I hope/trust that Mark will do this twist justice (without hindering leyton’s integrity).

Besides Brucas they were the best couple on the show.
Their love did feel real and it wasn’t all about the physical aspect in their relationship it had more behind it. JEYTON is amazing! if they were to bring Bryan Greenberg back to the show i might cry! I’m seriously in love with him. His music is amazing too!

Why are Brucas fans so obsessed with Jake and Peyton? Oh, yeah, Jake was Peyton’s distraction while Lucas was in his Brooke haze.
Why in the HELL would you want Jake back? Peyton hadn’t seen him in years and if you love him so much why would you want him alone after all these years? Hopefully Jake found someone who could love him and not be with him and have her heart with someone else.
I am so tired of people bringing up Jake. I will say again. Jake was a plot point and road block just like Lindsey. Someone else the writers brought in to add to the LP drama. But no matter what Lucas and Peyton always find their way back to each other. That is true love.

Well, I do think Julian resembles Lucas. I want more details on Julian/Peyton. I know Peyton is committed to Lucas so I just hope she comes clean with Lucas that the two of them shared a past. Regarding the ring, Peyton has not had the ring on since the end of episode 1. I think the ring was meant to be a wedding band as they married in Vegas. When that plan changed, I think Lucas used it to propose. I think (if they actually marry) we will see that ring reappear.
Julian following Peyton into the bathroom is just too bizarre and the man defintely has an agenda. I don’t think he will be dangerous, but I do think he is on a mission and that is to get Peyton.

ohhh my gosh all this Jake talk… ugh! lol okay yes, Jake told Peyton to go back (actually… correction, what he told her was to FOLLOW HER HEART, not to “GO BACK to Lucas”). so yes, Jake was the one that INITIALLY brought it up… but he ALSO said that if she did go back, and her heart “still ached” for Jake, that he would STILL BE THERE for her. so it doesn’t matter that Jake told her to follow her heart, what matters is that he told her that he would still be there for her if she wanted him, but she CHOSE NOT TO GO BACK TO HIM, and stay for LUCAS. that shows that Peyton’s heart was never 110% with Jake.. whether she proposed to him or not, just like Lucas’ heart was never 110% with Lindsey, even though he proposed to her… because in the end, they both chose EACHOTHER over both Jake AND Lindsey. so while BOTH Peyton and Lucas have both moved on to other people, and even proposed to other people, what matters is that they both found their way back to EACHOTHER in the end!

I’m really tired of BLers obsession with Jake. It’s because it’s the only way they can keep Peyton away from Lucas. Jake and Peyton haven’t been together or seen each other in 6+ Years. What makes you think he’s been alone waiting for her. Since he said if I’m the one that’s in your heart I’ll be here and if not (I think he got the picture). Peyton left Jake because he told her to follow her heart and see if Lucas is still there. GUESS what he is, and he will always be. Just like 3 years apart her in LA him in NY/Tree Hill didn’t change a thing. Their Love is that strong, no matter what it will always be there. Which is also the reason why it always comes back to LUCAS AND PEYTON. I wonder if people understand, why do LP always come back to each, It’s always going to be there like Lucas said.
I can’t stand Jake, first of all he was boring as hell, I’ll even say worse than Lindsey boring (and that’s a shame because she was a complete cardboard). All Jake did was keep Peyton locked away in her room and make her act like a 40-50 year old married women. He sucked the fun out of her. Jake was Peyton’s escape from being lonely even Jake called her on it. It’s the reason why she ask him to marry him in the first place. Like Jake said “What if Brooke didn’t have Lucas?”. Jake was a plot point to give Peyton something in S2 because they kept her way from the rest of the gang. That’s all Jake was (not saying they didn’t have love or shared something special) Just saying that it doesn’t come close to what LP have.
All I’m saying is that it’s freaking tiring hearing about Jake like Peyton is going to completely fall out of love with Lucas and magically end up with Jake. They have been together in years. What makes people think he isn’t happy and married with someone. After everything we saw in S4, S5, and S6. There’s NO WAY IN HELL that JP would make sense or Peyton magically being IN LOVE with him, Sorry not going to work…..

I totally agree Jake was boring and in the long run wrong for Peyton.
And I am sorry you would never have seen Lindsey and Lucas or Jake and Peyton jumping on the bed and just having fun and being happy the way Lucas and Peyton did to start 602. That one single shot showed Lucas and Peyton could be the series committed couple but could also be a pair of 22-year-olds celebrating their youth. The same thing the therapist wanted Nathan and Haley to do.
Lucas and Peyton can be Lucas and Peyton but they can also be LUCAS and PEYTON. They have interests they can share together and they have interests away from each other. That is the sign of a true couple.

How many times can I say it. People will see what they want to see.
I saw Lucas and Peyton for what they really were all the way back in the Pilot and up to now. Two souls that were only half of each other until they found each other – so similar it was scary. Both looking for acceptance, both raised by single parents and both hiding who they really were behind the things that definded them. Lucas with his basketball and Peyton with her art.
Peyton said in season one that Lucas saw to her very soul – giving her the courage to expand herself and the labels put upon her. Lucas garnered the courage to step out on that basketball court through Peyton’s art – it mattered, it is what got him there.
All through their history, in the end, it was Lucas and Peyton who were truly there for each other. It was Peyton who was with Lucas when he confronted Dan about pulling him from the fire. It was Lucas who was with Peyton when she thought her dad was dead. It was Lucas who was with Peyton when she went to see Ellie. It was Peyton who was the only one who understood what Lucas was going through when Keith died. It was Lucas who was there for Peyton through all the business with pyscho Derek and it was Peyton who brought Lucas back from the dead after his heart attack.
Peyton told Lucas he was always saving her but I think she saves him right back. It was her return to Tree Hill in season five that saved him from a loveless marriage, a marriage to Lindsey – a woman that never challenged him and never would allow him to be the man he was supposed to be.
Lucas was sullen, cruel and mean when he was with Lindsey because deep down he was miserable. And his writing suffered for it. He is a different man in season six because his world is righted – he is with Peyton.
I guess some of you never have felt pure joy. Why must we act or age and be sedate when we are in love? What rule says you can’t jump on a bed for the hell of it? Did no one hear the story Lucas told to open the episode – jumping on the bed with Peyton was a return to his youth, a return to innocence. A chance to go back to that crossroads, in that same hotel room in LA, and allow the youthful and impetious boy to come to the woman he loves as a man. And to jump on the bed with the woman he loves just for the HELL of it.
Because Lucas was free – free to love Peyton and free to be happy. For once in his life.

Sorry to all you Leyton fans but to me they are just wayy to boring. I loved Lucas and Lindsay together I think she made him man up and just act mature!!!! I really respect all you Leyton fans out there though so just keep it up and Mark will probably deliever. I mean he always delievers for the Naley fans so I think he will for you Leyton fans!!! If Lindsey have her life all figured out then why did she practically blackmail Lucas into a proposal. Finding the ring, basically saying she was leaving if he didn’t propose. Backing the selfless Lucas in a corner, the Lucas who never wants to see anyone hurt. So, she got her proposal.
And I will NEVER forgive Lindsey for her callous comments to Peyton in the library. How dare her after she read Peyton’s whole ordeals in the pages of Lucas’ novel, tell Peyton she would make her bleed on the library carpet again. That is real mature – bringing up someone’s almost death.
Sure Peyton has issues. Everyone has issues. My god, Peyton lost two mothers, had an absentee father, was almost raped, found out the mother she loved wasn’t her real mother, that she was adopted, had trust issues and still found a way to be a solid friend and eventual lover.
Also, Peytonw as the mature one when Lucas propsed when they were 19. She knew they had so much to do in their lives and marriage wasn’t right for them at that time.
Lindsey was never right for Lucas. She was yet again his security blanket. Just like Brooke. He was hiding from Peyton just as Peyton used Jake to hide from Lucas.
But true love always finds a way.
And I will never understand anyone backing Lindsey. She was a minor road block, an annoyance that didn’t and never would fit into Tree Hill.
Even Haley, who appeared to be Lindsey’s BFF at the start of season five, abandoned her as the season wore on. Haley knew what was in her best friend Lucas’ heart. It was why she pushed him so hard at the end of the season and why she was so happy when Lucas and Peyton came back engaged to start season six.

yes you see what you see… but don’t tell me that i’m only seeing what i want to, because that could NOT be more untrue. believe it or not, it is possible for people to just NOT see the romance there. there’s a reason why half of the fanbase doesn’t like Leyton.

i agree Denise some of your comments are out of line, and nothing more than your opinion… and i’ll speak up for the Brucas fans here. saying that Lucas helping Brooke with Angie was nothing but a security blanket, is absolutely ridiculous. he does have feelings for other people other than Peyton believe it or not… and he was helping Brooke because he loves her, like he said himself in the finale. not every good thing he does in life is because he’s hiding from his true feelings for Peyton lol

I mean so what if they don’t like Leyton (who cares) also Lucas never used Brooke or Lindsay I believe that he did or mabye even still does love them whether that love is romantic or not is still to be determined. ohhh here we go AGAIN lol. the bottom line is that we ALL have the right to our OWN opinions… and i think it’s safe to say that NO ONE will ever change their mind about the couple that they support/don’t support. some people DO see the fire/romance between Leyton, some people don’t. there wouldn’t be so MANY Leyton fans out there if it was a FACT that they didn’t have fire/romance/chemistry… so obviously it just depends on how you interpret their scenes. i think it’s safe to say that if you haven’t seen the romance by now, you’re probably never going to… and that’s fine. whether you want Leyton, Brucas, Jeyton, Lindcas, or WHOEVER… Leyton is the couple that is together and engaged RIGHT NOW, and that’s just the way it is!

okay so to sum it up everyone is allowed their own opinions and mine is that Leyton is like the single most boring couple on the show and Naley is like the best hehehehehehe. Okay, there has been ALOT of arguments, but i really want to say something. I would really like LindcasFan and Denise to read this and whoever agrees with them. I am a Leyton fan all the way, and i like coming to this site because there are so many leyton fans, BUT sometimes we all need to cool it!!
Denise, your comments about Leyton’s true love are great, but you keep on saying that non-leyton fans just see what they want to see. Well, i think you do the same when regarding Jake and Peyton… i’m not bringing this up again for more debate, i’m just saying this. It’s hard for me to understand how you thought he was boring and there was nothing between him and Peyton. Jake and Peyton were amazing, and their scenes were so great, and they had SO much chemistry, and many many people saw the same. Don’t get me wrong, i am a leyton fan, but that doesn’t mean that you can still love the other couples. It breaks my heart that Jeyton had to end, even though i knew leyton was true love. So maybe when you say people only see what they want to see, you’re kind of talking about yourself a little bit.
and LindcasFan, i really don’t agree with most of what you say about Leyton because i don’t think they are like brother and sister, BUT i do understand why you are getting so angry. when i go on other sites that are mostly peyton-hater sites, i just want to yell at them all!! and it’s hard to hold my tongue! And even though Peyton is my favorite character, i totally agree with you when you said she was an ever bigger bitch in the library episode, because SHE WAS. there’s no question.
I really try and stay objective while talking about this and see where others are coming from. I know it’s hard for me to read comments of brucasers who HATE peyton…. and i’m a leytoner and i love brooke!! i get it, we all disagree, but i think it might help to see where others are coming from.
I know that was really long… but basically i wanted to say that it’s ok to like Brucas and Jeyton and still be a hardcore LEYTON fan! Because i am! and it’s ok to see what you want to, and being divided is what makes this show so great!!

I mean I am a hardcore Naley fan and I get very upset when people say mean things about them, so I know very well what it is like to defend your couple

One last thing and then I am done with this discussion.
I don’t understand how stating my opinion, and I admit I get very passionate about my opinions, are over the top? When I state my arguements very clearly and with numerous examples.
Yet when the couple I watch the show for is called boring, like brother and sister and basically a joke and I try to defend them I am someone who is going off the reservation. Yet when others droan on about how much they love their ship then they are in the right?
We all have opinions, I get that. And we would all like to project our opinions on to someone else. I was being very fair and honest when I said we all see what we want to see. It is like reading a book and the author has one vision and the reader takes it and makes it something else.
But I will NOT stand by and have the “super couple” of One Tree Hill bashed and called a joke and not say something. We all have a right to follow who we like and to pick out the reasons why we like a couple.
But just because Lucas and Peyton are the “popular” choice and are together right now, don’t get the back up because I want to try talk about how much I enjoy someone over someone else.
And yes I have strong opinions on Jake. I can’t help I thought he was boring and a speed bump in the LP universe. But again that is my opinion.

Denise I completly agree with you regarding all your comments you just put them a little bit more passionate (I mean that in a good way) than I would. I’m a die hard Leyton fan since Season 1. Personally I don’t understand people saying there is no chemistry between Lucas and Peyton…Season 1 Hotel scene HOT in my opinion. Season 2&3 lacked Leyton love scenes. Season 4 I think those scenes that Lucas and Peyton share romantically where some of the best on television especially scenes from Sad Songs from Dirty Lovers. Season 5 I think you could see the passion/chemsitry between them in Episode 6 when she throws the books at him. Season 6 I think episodes one and two have a lot of passion in them too. Maybe not pure sexual tension but a sweetness of renewed love. Just my two cents on the conversation.

i agree Mary Beth, Leyton has had some of the most intense scenes on the show, so i for one will never really understand why people think they have no passion/chemistry. like i said before, obviously Mark and Leyton are doing SOMETHING RIGHT, or there wouldn’t be so many Leyton fans out there. but the same goes for the other couples as well. as much as i hate Brucas, they also have a HUGE fanbase for a REASON, just like Leyton does. so while i may not see the greatness in Brucas that others see, they all still have their right to their opinions, whether i agree with them or not. AND ofcourse, the same goes for Lindcas and Jeyton fans. i’m all for defending your couple, i just don’t really see the point in rehashing the past this much (especially Jake, who hasn’t been around since season 3). rehashing the past isn’t going to change what’s happening NOW… so i just dont really see the point anymore! I know amount to get bashed for saying this but I feel I’ve invested enough time in reading the comments that I should at least say something. First off I have a love/hate relationship with this sit. I LOVEEE all the spoilers and previews, pics, etc. that the owners put into this and for that I thank them. You’re my escape from the boring work I should be doing lol. But I hate that I can’t read the comments without a war breaking out and can’t state an opposing opinion to the OVERWHELMING majority opinion here without being shot at. I know there will be some comment by someone saying well then don’t waste your time reading a commenting if you don’t like it and to that I say I can do what I want just like you. I just kinda found it laughable that when certain people are not understanding why they are being attacked for stating their opinions on this couple that everyone LOVES here when they don’t even realize they are doing the EXACT same thing to the people that are stating their opinions as well. I think everyone should agree they disagree and just love the show. I am a shipper of a certain couple that probably won’t end up together but I still love the show and hope for the best and the characters as individuals. Anyway, with that said, tar and feather me if you want but that’s what I think. Good day!

i just wanted to say thanks to all of you who supported what i said, and who actually see where i’m coming from. it just gets SO old not being able to say ANYTHING anti-Leyton, without Leyton fans feeling the need to tell me i’m wrong. i’m not wrong… how i feel is just how i feel.
and yes i understand that this is a site of mostly Leyton fans, but anyone else should be able to get on here and state there opinion/prediction about something, without you all trying to shove Leyton down our throats. just let us like who we like, and think what we want to think! geeze!
yes, Leyton has a large fanbase for a reason. BUT there are also JUST as many people who DON’T like them for a reason. i should be able to get on here and say that without Leyton fans trying to tell me i’m wrong and tell me why… like i really don’t care if you think i’m wrong. i think you all are wrong a lot too, but i don’t get on your case NEARLY as much as you all are on mine, and Brucas fans’ too for that matter.
and Denise, people are saying that you’re over the top because most fans who like another couple defend their couple with a few sentences. you however type a book everytime and go on and on about the universe and fate and how love works. it just gets old i don’t really want to read that OVER and over again. that’s just your opinion. if you want to support what your saying with FACTS from the show that’s one thing, but we don’t need to hear your philosophy on life and love every single time. no one else preaches like that. you being dramatic isn’t going to change my mind about anything.

No matter what happens,on thing is clear. OTH is celebrating some of its best ratings and there is a reason for that. Say what you will about one thing or another, but ratings make the show survive and that is what matters to the producers.
Viewers are tuning in and will continue to tune in and whether you want to admit it or not, Lucas and Peyton are a big part of that.
