Denise had issues with her TV and is not able to see the show *gasp* so I’m going to finish out blogging the show from about 15 minutes into it.

So far: Sam got in trouble for the party, Owen brought Brooke flowers and promised a gift every day until he was forgiven, Peyton thinks back to meeting Julian at work in LA right after seeing Lucas and Lindsey at the book signing and Lucas is struggling to write the scene with Dan killing Keith.

Mouth comes to visit to Nathan and warns him about another player wanting to hurt him at the game that night. Nathan assures him he’ll be fine. Owen is watching is back.
Brooke leaves COB and gets into her car. Owen surprises her in the back seat. He has no clothes on. He says what’s under the clothes right? She says it’s weird and hits him until he gets out. He hides himself and yells that she has his clothes. He covers himself with a newspaper when an officer shows up.
Jamie reads a book to Haley’s class right before it’s dismissed. Sam tells Jamie that was the best lecture of the year. Haley asks Sam to watch Jamie while she has to do something. She warns no parties.
Jamie and Sam go to the snack machine. They chat about what economics is. She gets snacks out and then puts her gum in the slot. A guy comes by and they sell the chips for $2. She says that’s a profit. She gives him a honeybun and says that’s a kickback.
Lucas stands in the school hallway where Keith was shot. Haley shows up. He says he’s struggling. He can’t imagine people watching it on the big screen. Haley says maybe they can learn something. He says he doesn’t want to humanize Dan Scott. He says Dan Scott doesn’t deserve a spot in Jamie’s life. He apologizes and says he has to go.
Peyton is on the cell with a band, They flashback to LA where Julian is on his cell about getting his film into Sundance. Peyton and Julian are at her house where he moved in. They kiss on her bed. He tells her he loves her. She says it back. They kiss again.

Dan is walking with Jamie and he says thanks for picking me up. He asks for $10. He says he needs to make a stop on the way to school.
Lucas goes to Peyton’s office. He says he can’t write it. He says he doesn’t know what happened right at the end and he doesn’t want to make it up just for Julian’s movie. Peyton says she loves that he protects everyone but he doesn’t have to protect Keith and no matter what happened, she’s sure Keith would want him to write his last moments. Lucas says he wishes he knew the truth.
Flashback to LA. They’re talking about going to Sundance. They’re running late because Peyton’s bag is so full. He finds the Ravens book. The argue about her reading it again. She says it’s just a book. Julian is upset he reads it and she buys it so much. He doesn’t want to share her with him. He says he’s tired of it and he’s going to Sundance alone.
Owen goes to see Brooke. She apologizes for earlier. She says keep the gift and we’ll call it even. He says no gift and he’s done bringing them. He’s tired of being led on and he won’t bother anymore.
Jamie meets with a kid on the playground. He sells him a snack for $2.
Lucas goes to see Keith’s grave and then goes to Dan’s with a shovel and starts hitting it, defacing it.

Peyton meets Julian at a restaurant. She wants to know why he’s there. He says he’s not there to get her back. He doesn’t care if he knows about them. He says his date should be there any minute. He says why did she lie to Lucas? Was it a grand scheme to get him back? Peyton walks away.
Haley walks Jamie out of school. She says he’s been taking advantage of people. He says he just wanted to buy his Dad a slamball. She makes him give all the money back.
Game time. Gerome is giving him bad looks. They start to play and Owen keeps him back. He starts knocking Owen down but Nathan manages some more baskets. Nathan looks in the crowd for a scout. Nathan says I thought you were showing off for Brooke. Owen says we’re both showing off for people that don’t care.
Lucas is at the RiverCourt and Dan shows up. Dan says the cemetery called and told him. Lucas asks what happened in the hallway. He tells him about the novel. He says he can’t do it because he can’t see it or understand it. Dan says Keith was a hero. If you want to write the truth, write it that way. Lucas asks why he did it. Dan says every good story needs a villian and he’s sorry but he’s his.

Sam apologizes to Haley about teaching Jamie “economics”.  Haley says she has a great opp to be a good role model but you have to make good choices.  The game continues.  Owen gets knocked down and gets taken out.  Nathan says he got it.  Gerome threatens him.
Lucas looks at a picture of Keith in front of his laptop and starts writing.
Back to the game, Nathan and Gerome face off.  Nathan makes a basket and they win the game.  Nathan is celebrating and Gerome comes after him and pushes him through one of the glass barriers.  Jamie and Haley run down to see him.  Nathan says he’s fine. Jamie tells him not to play SlamBall anymore.
Julian looks at a picture of him and Peyton.
Owen gets in his car from the game.  Brooke is in the back seat.  Owen says he liked it better when he was naked.  She says she’s sorry for taking advantage of him.  Sam does pelvic thrusts outside the car.  Owen tells Brooke he’s crazy about him.  She thinks he’s a great guy and right now she has the opp to be a good role model and she has to put Sam first.  Owen says maybe down the road.  Brooke says for him, she might just come crawling back.  She gets out.
Lucas goes to see Julian.  He says he wrote it.  Julian says he won’t regret it.  Someone calls and Julian says the script is ready.  Julian goes into another room talking.  Lucas sees the picture of Peyton and Julian.
Mouth is with Gigi at the studio.  He says he should leave.  Gigi tells him not to go.  She says she wants to be crazy with him for one night.  Mouth doesn’t pull away.
Sam opens the snack machine and puts a Free Food sign it.
Nathan walks out and finds Haley and Jamie waiting on him.  Jamie says he’s scared he was going to be like before.  Nathan says it won’t ever be like that.  He says he’s done with SlamBall.
Peyton is reading the script at home and Lucas comes him.  She says the script is great and Julian was right.  Lucas says it wasn’t about murder it was about heartbreak when your hero dies.  Peyton says she needs to tell him something.  Lucas pulls out the picture and asks if it involved that.  Lucas asks if they dated in LA?  Peyton says “we were in love”.
