I’m thinking it’s meant to be misleading as well, but it still freaks me out! I wonder if she could have cancer and be pregnant too? It would suit the way they always go overboard with drama for Peyton.

i think/hope they are trying to mislead people! because think about it… there’s no way that people that don’t keep up with spoilers are thinking that she’s pregnant right now. so for her to think that she’s sick/has cancer, then for it to actually turn out being pregnancy… that would be a HUGE surprise to those that aren’t expecting it! very OTH-like! either way… if we get a Leyton baby, then GREAT, but as long as Peyton overcomes whatever this is, and she ends up fine then i’ll be happy. i’m sure Leyton will end up stronger in the end no matter what happens

Angela… there could very easily be much more to the cliffhanger other than Peyton’s storyline. we haven’t seen the rest of the episode, so there could very easily be more to it! maybe we’ll hear something about Nathan playing basketball or something… who knows!

i think at this point, her having cancer would be too obvious/predictable… and we all know that one tree hill is never predictable. with Peyton’s family history of cancer… giving Peyton cancer would just seem too easy

yeah Nikki just giving Peyton a baby would be easy, but we know from spoilers that they aren’t just going to give Peyton a baby, there will be health complications with the pregnancy… so it sounds like they’re not going to take the “easy” pregnancy route. either way… as long as she’s okay in the end!

-Regarding Joe’s future involvement with ONE TREE HILL, episode 612 is not his last - he just finished shooting episode 613. Although we have been told he will not be in the next several episodes, we have also been assured this is not the end of “Owen”, just a break. Joe and the producer have discussed future plot lines that indicate “Owen” will continue to remain an important character on OTH.

I am glad I am spoiled so hopefully it will turn out OK. If she is pregnant, though, would she be falling to the floor like that and experience pain like that on more than one occassion?? I hope so. I want it to be a baby for Leyton!!

Hope she is okay. I hope she is pregnant and has no cancer. We need a Leyton baby. Although, when you have cancer you feel pain where the cancer is and when you are pregnant you just feel sick. I just hope she is pregnant and does not have cancer. Maybe she has both. Also, if this is the cliffhanger than maybe Millie loses her virginity here. Just saying. Overall, I hope Peyton is okay.

You know I was thinking with Peyton’s slight frame a pregnancy could be very taxing on her body. The sharp pain could be her body changing to the pregnancy. And it could lead to a minor “issue” with the pregnancy that, like I have said before, may require bed rest for her.

I am thinking maybe Peyton leaves the doctor knowing she is pregnant but he is worried about something and wants to run more tests. You don’t go to the doctor these days and not leave without the results of a pregnancy test if they do one. And with these symptoms and her being sexually active I am sure they run one. I am sure through the battery of questions he asks her when her last period was.
From the sides we got, looks like Peyton goes to the doctor, gets on Mia, and then Lucas calls as she is expecting the ball from the doctor. Then meets back up with Lucas as he is asking her to go to LA with him and she covers by saying she has to keep an eye on Mia. When reality she is still waiting on the results of her test.
So, maybe we know she is pregnant but think all is up in the air. And then the ep closes with we have your test results …..

this sounds totally nerdy of me but i looked up eptopic pregnancy because i was curious and abdominal pain is a key symptom.
When you go to the doctor they always ask about family history because they have to assume the worst first. If her birth mother had cancer they’ll test for cancer first then go from there.
I think she’s pregnant and i don’t want her to miscarry but because of the pain (which isn’t normal) I think she does have a tubal pregnancy and in this case a miscariage is more likely..
In relation to the storyline i feel like mark and the writers would have her be pregnant rather than give her cancer. As for if she miscarries or not, i really don’t think they’ve decided.
In my opinion i hope she doesn’t have cancer because that would be sad to turn in to every week and i have experience with cancer so that would hit to close to home to enjoy. If she does miscarry i think it would bring Lucas and Peyton closer and everyone else for that matter. If she does have a baby i think it would be great and everyone would be happy for them. Luke might be freaked out at first but he’ll be happy just like Nathan was.

I had this crazy thought when I saw Peyton double over in pain in 611 and then saw the worried look on her face at the doctor. It makes no sense. Are you ready?
I thought if she didn’t have sex with Lucas she might not be in the predicament. We might still have a healthy Peyton, a sad and depressed Peyton, but she would be okay.
You know how I feel about Peyton. And I love LP. But I also don’t want anything to happen to MY PEYTON!!

BTW I was talking with someone else about why Peyton was at TRIC and her office so late. When the ep opened it was 10:15 PM.
And I think Lucas gave TRIC to Peyton. When she first calls she says she is at TRIC no her label office. Now it could be she his showcasing some band there but the romantic in me would like to think he gave it to her. It is part of what she does and didn’t Karen give it to him or at least controling interest? So, he gives it to Peyton because she basically helped Karen start it.

Yeah I always thought of Tric as Peyton’s anyways. She came up with the idea of a club that would be all ages and showcase great live music, but she was a minor witohut money and Karen was looking for a bigger business to tackle. But the heart of Tric has always been Peyton’s. I mean she was the one that named it, remember how the “elecTRIC” sign only lit up “TRIC” I loved that.

Ok, I have watched all the episodes so far and what I have seen is one pregnancy scare, one pregnancy lie, one pregnancy that was so critical with pre-eclampsia Karen had to be operated on, one pregnancy where Haley was hit by a car, full frontal run over, and still everything turned out ok…Hmmm….what does that tell us?

Notenough 1, i hear what you say, what Karen and Haley went through with there pregnancies, i mean Karen had it worst she almost died but at the end the baby and her were okay at the end,this is what Mark wants he just misleading us all to think its more than just pregnacy by misleading us to think Peyton will either miscarriage are cancer but at the end it turns out the opposite, we already had the cancer SL, yeah and several pregnancies but i think the only thing still missing for LP is to have a baby to complete the circle we all know their family history and those two will be great parents…I think that Lucas has left Peyton to run TRIC i mean his not always available to attend to the club, seeing that her label is already their and who knows maybe Karen gave Peyton some shares in the club seeing that it was her bright idea…i know i am rambling but i just dont want anything to happen to my Peuyton are LP.

I hope shes okay.. but i’m scared that she might have an abortion, and later finds out that lucas wanted the baby. I saw it on Days of our lives, Mimi and Rex where the perfect couple, they were going to get married, and all of these things. but she gets pregnant and decide to get an abortion, without telling me, and when he finds out hes hurt and leave her, because he did want the baby with her, and later she finds out she can’t get pregnant.
– but positive thoughts, she is okay to be okay.. and if she is pregnant, she will keep the baby, and tell lucas and they will have the baby :D!1

yeah she’s alone either because Lucas is gone meeting Dixon, or because she didn’t want to tell Lucas and get him worried if it’s really nothing, you know? Lucas has been going through enough with having to re-live Keith’s death, and then finding out about Peyton and Julian, she probably just didn’t want to add any more stress on him if it’s not necessary… so she wanted to find out what the problem is first before telling him!

For the characters i hope it will not be cancer. BUT wouldn’t it be an interesting Storyline, if Peyton has cancer. No series i know has a character who has cancer. But cancer is a topic you have to talk about. it’s reality, a bad reality.

I think Peyton will be pregnant and then discover she will have cancer. Then she will have to choose to either have the baby and NOT treat the cancer….or abort the baby and treat the cancer….of which she will recover from…of course! It would be sad but it would make for really great drama. I personally would love for her to choose to have the baby and then take treatment for cancer and recover fully from it!!

i agree with Carrie. i think that both pregnancy AND cancer will be worked into the storyline. because like some people have said… if she’s just pregnant then that is WAY too obvious and easy, and if she just has cancer then that could also be seen as obvious. i personally think her being pregnant is a lot more obvious than the cancer thing… but still… people can see either one of them coming. now if they throw in BOTH of them, then that would be a shocker, and could add a lot of good drama. i’m thinking it will lead to some big decision that Peyton will have to make later on down the road… so i’m with ya on that Carrie!

I just read something that said that someone thinks that she may have ovarian cancer. And my friend just said that maybe she is pregnant but the fetilization happened in the fallopian tube and on that same side she has ovarian cancer. Then she said that maybe she has to get surgery and the baby wont be able to make it but it isnt developed very much anyway. However when Peyton finds out that she is pregnant and that the pregnancy has to end; she realizes at how much she still wants a family and how much harder it is to get pregnant with only one fully functioning ovary. Im sorry to my friend but that would absolutely suck! I just want Peyton to be 100% fine, and if she is pregnant for the baby to be fine too. Im on the edge of my seat and Monday is too far away. I just want everything to turn out ok.

i think they showed that promo to scare us if cancer had have been in fact something which is going to happen to peyton then i think they wont have shown that promo because then it wouldnt have been a surprise.so i think theyve showed the promo to scare us because there is a mention of cancer in order to foreshadow something else to shock us with and because we already no the spoiler of peyton being pregnant we wont be surprised but people who dont know will be very shocked because they’l be expecting cancer

as much as all the Leyton fans want EVERYTHING to be okay… wouldn’t you like to see some problems with them along the way? that way they actually have things to work through as a couple. i mean don’t get me wrong, i don’t expect you all to hope for a miscarriage or cancer or anything lol… but what fun is it to watch every single thing go smoothly?? that’s just boring and it’s not reality! i think we’ll be seeing more problems with the pregnancy than everyone thinks. it’s not like Mark to make something THAT big just turn out perfect.

i agree with you Lindcas fan about couples going through no struggles is very unrealistic. i mean the only thing that has been a slight struggle is Julian but i only say slight. all their other struggles have been more personal like Lucas losing Q and Peyton with meeting her real dad.
i hope Peyton is okay.

Yes, like I said I’m not saying I want things to be perfect, I want to see them struggle and pull themselves back together. But, to be fair, their story is far from being the smoothest love story. LP have had a rough time for so long that it was goos to see them happy for a little while, but now it looks like we will get some more drama

i agree Alyssa. i totally understand that if everything were to go smoothly that it would be unrealistic…. but Leyton have had a rough journey with eachother already. their relationship and lives have been far from perfect. i wouldn’t mind at all just seeing them be happy and content for once for a little while! but as long as Peyton and Leyton end up okay in the end… Mark can throw in all the drama he wants!

Leyton has had a rough journey all together yes… but the last time they had any real problems was what… 4 years ago after he proposed to her the first time?? since then they haven’t even been a couple till recently, and like Martha said, all they’ve had to deal with so far is Julian! and that was nothing!! they need to get back down to earth and deal with some things that real couples deal with. it can’t be all fairytale and perfect all the time. it’s getting REALLY boring.

Penelope, im a brucas fan, and id HATE it so much if peyton did that too. like god, first you take him away and then you would give him back ONLY because you are dying..obviously i dont want peyton to have cancer or die but i also dont want her to be preggers. but from mayn recent spoilers cancer is mentioned and definitely with peyton (as we see from the promo) and from many sources we hear she is pregnant even though chad denied it all in an interview.
anyways i just want lucas and brooke to find there way back to each other without peyton tellng lucas what to do. its usually brooke telling lucas to go to peyton anyway it would be really odd and upsetting to alot of leyton and brucas fans if she told him to do that.
but yea what a cliffhanger *rolls eyes* its obvious shes preggers and even if she does have cancer shes not gonna die because mark never kills off his precious peyton and he gives her all the big storylines in season 6 too. (being lucas’ fiance, cancer/preggers) once again peyton gets everything. but anyways, im not watching one tree hill anymore, ever since chads episode. i just couldnt stay off this site haha

This is a shot in the dark, but what if the spoiler about cancer is referring to the doctor asking Peyton if there is a history of cancer? Promos are decieving, and they are going to make you think the worst.
Mayb Peyton has had some test taken and she is awaiting the results (without really knowing what could be wrong).
Abdominal pain is not uncommon in a healthy pregnancy,especially because of all the hormones.

AND, when you go to the doctor they always ask about your family history, it’s like part of there job. But I have a deeeeep feeling that she is going to lose the baby IF she is pregnant. If she does have cancer and is preggers I will probably cry for weeks. If anything happen’s to this potential baby I will be very upset. I’m still shaken up from monday. It’s so pathetic. xD

Hey everyone Hil here! I decided to take a break from uploading photos for you guys to tell you about something funny that happened here today. Before I begin I just wanted to releave you guys of some of your worries. At the end of Monday night’s episode Peyton fell to the floor holding her stomach and a lot of people have been messaging me asking me different questions. Here’s what I can say…Peyton is NOT going to die, She did NOT get shot, It doesn’t have anything to do with her appendix, She is FINE! Just to clear that all up for you =] Anyway back to me lovely story…Today was a fun day on set. We had a lot of fans show up to watch us film but it’s weird considering it’s a Wednesday and people should have school or work but whatever it’s cool. So I signed some autographs and took pictures with many different people but one girl was really different. She came up to me and told me that Chad and I ABSOLUTELY CANNOT do anymore hot Leyton scenes. At first I thought she was totally serious but it turns out she wasn’t finished. I asked her why and she said that if we did her TV would explode for sure. I laughed and told her I’d do my best and she left. I had no idea the hot scenes had such an impact on the fans. Are they really that good? I have no clue…Chad and I think nothing of them honestly…We just do our job and go home…Haha…Moving on I went to film a scene with the always lovely Mr. Murray who, by the way, I still haven’t forgiven for killing me off in his writing and directing debut but whatever. At least I’m cool enough to die. Moving on I walked onto the LP house set and into the LP bedroom. There sits Chad watching the TV(all the TVs on set are REAL) while he was waiting. Guess what he was watching. Monday night’s episode. Guess what part he was at. The part where I get shot. Yeah great friend…OK!

p sawyer wont tell luke to be with brooke..because she wont die..hopefully..i think shes gonna be preggers..n the cancer part..the mention of it was probably when the doctor asked about her history with it..thats what i think..and brooke and lucas wont find their way back to each other..thats just sick..lucas has been in way too many relationships in this show..i highly doubt mark is gonna kill off a major character of the show..especially peyton..leyton just got back together this season..they should just be..they’re so cute together..high hopes…

naquesha, thats sick? and you dont think us Blers are sick of leyton. lucas has been with a lot of girls, its funny though the only one he hasnt fought for is peyton. i really did love lucas with lindsay he was happy and linsday was happy and brooke was happy but oh wait peyton wasnt happy. not everyone is happy, i dont think brooke is honestly happy for her best friend. shes always degrading her relationship with lucas.
even on the episode before the 1940s one, her scene with lucas in which they talk about rebounds he says do you ever fall in love with rebounds and she said, all the time but its not real, its just your heart trying to cover itself to pretend like the pain from before isnt there or something. THE PAIN FROM BEFORE was her breakup with lucas. as far as this show goes, brooke still has feelings for lucas no matter how long ago they were an item. all you leyton fans say leyton was meant to be since season 1 well thats a long time ago so i dont see how brucas getting back together can be irrelevant.
