Murray’s Directorial Debut
Chad Michael Murray makes girls swwon as sexy basketball coach Lucas Scott on One Tree Hill, but he isn’t content just to be eye candy. In addition to penning a November script, Murray directs the January 12 episode of the CW drama. “I absolutely loved it.” he tells TV Guide. “The days go by a lot faster because you’re constantly busy running around.” Murray credits his six years on the show for giving him an extra edge off camera. “I’ve spent so much time on sets, I never realized there’s a lot of things you pick up along the way,” he says. Like the best camera angle for an impromptu make-out session? “We have a lot of new hookups,” he teases of the episode. “I directed a bunch of first kisses. One was a very fly-on-the-wall moment and the other was very intimate with a fire in the background.” Awww.
And there’s a pic of him on set at the diner directing Austin/Ashley.
“I had a couple of arguemnts with myself,” jokes Murray, with Ashley Ricards and Austin Nichols. “The actor side of me locked in the trailer and wouldn’t come out.”

I think at some point all the couples (with the exception of Millie and Mouth) will be kissing.

Chad said alot of first kisses so my guesses are obvious: Brulian (which has a major awkward factor), Chia (Chase and Mia, who looked adorable together on Monday’s ep.), and then I’m guessing the episode will have a flashback to the Millie/Owen hookup (because we need to see how that went down). Seems like it’s going to be a great makeout episode

Yeah, I was just looking through my tv guide. I’m so happy that OTH got alot of talk in this weeks issue. Some weeks, OTH doesn’t get any recognition.
