The star of One Tree Hill isn’t the most interesting person on TV, and his permanently scruffy face is a bit of a turn-off, but Chad Michael Murray is still one fine looking man, and we’re extremely happy that he grew out of that mop-headed young teen star he used to be.

The tricky part of playing Nathan Scott is that he’s still trying to become a professional basketball star, so James Lafferty has no choice but to stay in great shape, otherwise it becomes unbelievable. Lucky for us, he does, and his recovery keeps him working up a sweat in the gym nearly every episode.

#13 – The Scotts, One Tree Hill
The Scotts of One Tree Hill are the kind of family you almost wish you were in. Good looking, smart and very athletic. Wait, but then you remember their dad. Dan Scott murdered his older brother Keith for sleeping with his wife. Not to mention, Dan’s old high school sweetheart, Karen, had a baby, Lucas, and eventually went on to get engaged to Keith before his death. Now Dan’s “legitimate” son, Nathan is married to Haley, who just happens to be his half-brother Lucas’s best friend. The couple has a son named Jamie who is, unfortunately, the pride and joy of grandpa Dan.

#68 – “For Tonight You’re Only Here to Know,” One Tree Hill
The Ravens were playing their first game of the season, but the real action of this episode took place in the high school library, where Brooke, Peyton, Haley, Lindsey and Mia were trapped. What followed was a surprisingly compelling bit of writing that explored the way these women interact with one another given that almost all of them have been with Lucas at some point.

i don’t agree with this epi being one of the top in 2008.. there has been a lot better OTH epi’s than that one! for ex) episode 100 the non lindcas wedding/disappearance of jamie or even the season 6 premiere were better than that epi!

Nanny Carrie may be bad, but Torrie Devito is really hot and Sophia is just overwhelming sexy. Hands down SOPHIA!!! (I was glad with top four, but first place would have been much more fun)
to get back on topic …
“For Tonight You’re Only Here to Know” may be not the best episode of OTH or 2008, but I really enjoyed it and I think it had something special. Peyton and Lindsey’s fights were great, Tim was back and funny, old memories were brought back (Jimmy and the shooting) Brooke confrontation with reality about her mom was touchable. Everything was funny and dramatic at the same time, so I guess that’s why the might have chosen it.

Oh, we don’t care about James’ place…well, as long as he on that list huh. And talking about his hottness, well he sooooo HOTT as a loyal husband. Everytime i see Nathan’s wedding ring glisten…..OMG he seems so freaking HOTT!!!!! He’s the best TV Hubby ever lol.
And i agree with you Violet. That green dress joy wore on EP12 was HOTT!!! But i personally think, she’s so hot in RED. Nevertheless, she is SEXY! I love you JOY!

What a joke that 5.09 was voted one of the best eps of 2008. “Compelling bit of writing” LOL. It’s also such a shame that Hilarie got left off the list completely, but I’m happy for the other girls.
