I’m confused about the flashbacks…
are they from the end of season 2 when Brooke went to L.A. or are they newly created flashbacks which doesn’t make sense. I thought that when Brooke and Peyton went to L.A. at the end of season 4 that they never came to TH until season 5 started which was 4 years later?

Well judging by the photo I seen a fan take with Chad during the Flashback scenes. He was in Lucas’ towards the end of season 4 clothes. So I think it takes place somewhere up in there or within that year.
I also think these flashbacks have to do with the baby or they are reminiscing about each other. Either way, It’s gonna be soooo cute (I hope..lol)

Well I use to be a HUGE Chad Michael Murray fan until 4 years ago when the jerk cheated on Sophia. Yea he is a cheating jerk just like his character of Lucas. He really did want to bring Lucas to life, too bad Sophia had her heart broken in the process just like Brooke did.
I will never forgive Chad for what he did to my favorite actress. Heck I will never forgive Lucas for what he did to my favorite character Brooke in season 1.
He went from a great girl/great actress to sleep with a talentless idiot like Paris Hilton and now he is with someone who is like anorexic in Kenzie Dawton. She looks anorexic.
Well Chad lost the best thing to ever happen to him in Sophia 4 years ago and since then his career has suffered, his life. Heck it was a pretty rotton more to tell the whole public on national tv that James and Sophia are dating—THEY WANTED TO KEPT PRIVATE because they knew if it was in the public, mags would want interviews and photos. James Lafferty and Sophia Bush are private people especially James.

Well that comment is a little hard I think but I agree about the cheating although Sophia and Chad must have talked about it…he must have apolagized to her and i think that she has forgiven him so that she can move on with her life.
About the spolers on youtube, I just don`t want to believe them, well some of them would be really good drama but it sounds like to much drama for OTH…I mean we haven`t had that much lately.

Malinia– I just watched the part 8 spoilers you were talking about. Wow! Yes, it all looks true to me. I was wondering how Naley would have marital problems, but now it makes sense with Jamie in the hospital. And, with Rachel coming back it opens up a whole new triangle for next season. It better be one sided though. I hope Julian is better than that.
It really all makes sense to me. I don’t think it is a foiler.

I’ve always wondered what happended between LP over the summer when Brooke was gone, but it would make more sense for it to be a flashback for after season 4. One of the few times that they got to see each other in LA before the proposal. I think it will be adorable! I LOVE LEYTON! And can’t wait for Naley anniversary. It should be great. They better make it romantic!

The flashbacks are obviously post-season 4 because of Lucas’ wardrobe in the scene. We do not know what went on with LP between 421 and 505. It makes total sense that these scenes are a flashback to one of the times Peyton visited Lucas in TH in that year before the proposal in 505. It has to be in Tree Hill because Peyton didn’t take her car to LA. And I don’t see how Lucas’ hair is a problem, he had to cut it sometime after graduation, he could have cut his hair the day after 421 for all we know.

The flashback with the waitress is probably when Peyton was running the red lights and Lucas saw her and jumped in her car. Do you guys remember that?

Brucas4Evah I totally agree, the actor bashing is petty and totally unneccessary. It is unfair to those who are of fan of Chad.
What Chad did to Sophia is personal and has NOTHING to do with the show. Furthermore, it is history and they has human beings and actors on this show have moved on and clearly they have found a way to co-exist. They may not be the best of friends, but they can work together without their personal history ruining that.
Chad has been a big reason why this show is successful. I wonder how this show can truly survive with the lead actor/character not returning to season 7 (time will tell. Chad is not an academy award winning actor, but I think he has done a great job with this character and you may not like what has been written for the character of Lucas (he has no control over that) but he has always done his best. Please be respectful of peopole that come her and don’t bash any of the actors, under any circumstance. It is really unfair.
I also agree that the flashbacks are probably from the summer after Season 4 or somewhere in between the end of Season 4 and before they officially broke up. From the spoilers, looks like they were talking about what their future would be like (being married, having kids). As for running away from the waitress, maybe they were trying tobe rebellious and have fun and they did that.

After reading the spoilers here and the ones on Youtbube, I don’t believe the ones on Youtube. I think the poster may have taken the information found at Wikepedia and innocently posted that information think it is true. Once we get filimin infor and/or spoilers for 622 we may have a better idea of how this is going to play out.
I think the flashbacks are a result of Lucas reminiscing (especially if Peyton is in an accident and lying in a bed clinging to life). Lucas could be thinking of the hopes and dreams they had and lamenting about the time he wasted by just walking away from Peyton in that hotel room. He could be just thinking of some of the fun times they had and how much he wants to hold onto that. We have seen the other older scenes of Leyton so often, mabye the producers (and writers) wanted to use something new and current for the flashbacks.
I do believe that the flashbacks are post season 4.

I guess what chad went was ” He will see where the summer takes him”. He was referring to films, if he doesn’t get movie roles or their are sucky ones then he will probably be back for a 7th season.
Still up in the air for Chad, I think thats the reason Chad hasn’t made an OFFICIAL announcement yet.

Good. I hope it is true!!! The thing is, before Hillary leaving rumers started, I didn’t want to belive that the Chad leaving rumers were true as there ws no official anouncement, but then she came out and basically said that she was leaving but didn’t want to.
First of all, my esteam whent up for her then. Secondly, it kind of confirmed that Chad had decided to leave as that would be teh only plausible reason for Hillary to leave, so that Leyton really, well and truly becam end game.
However, it wouldn’t supprise me that Chad MIGHT be changing his mind about coming back, as he realised that it really wouldn’t be one tree hill with just three of the core five!!!!!!!!
ANy way, enough about that. Naley 7th anniversary scenes YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!! Can’t wait for some Naley loving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Hilarie just wanted to let people no she wasnt leaving one tree hill in a negative way (not abadoning it), i dont think anything is confirmed but once the rumors started she didnt want fans to think the wrong thing, maybe its just she no’s if chad leaves she is and maybe he is realising he may have to change his mind… just a thought, i hope he does change his mind.

I think Chad and Hilarie will probably come back for a few guest appearances, but as for coming back to tree hill full time i highly doubt it. I just think both of them are ready to move on.

why is everyone so concerned about when the Leyton flashbacks are from?? does it really matter? a flashback is a flashback, no matter what season it’s from… i just don’t get why the timing of it is so significant. it’s still something that just happened in the past. i don’t think we’re supposed to know what they are, or why they’re having them… everyone is looking too much into it!
to me it’s just obvious that with all the Leyton drama coming up… the pregnancy and Peyton possibly dying from the pregnancy (or the car wreck), one of them is just thinking to themselves about all their history, and we’re probably just going to see these flashbacks as a reminder of all they’ve been through. whether their from season 2, 3, or 4 i don’t really see why that matters lol

yeah i was thinking that the other day. Hilarie really has changed a lot since the high school seasons. Chad has too… i can’t see them being able to transform them back into their high school selves very easily! i doubt they’ll be able to pull it off as far as their looks go

I was thinking about this (more than I probably should,lol), but what if Chad and Hilarie not returning was just some publicity stunt to get people even more interested in the show? I believe Hilarie meant to assure fans that the rumors of her “leaving” were not true. She probably did not want people to think that she was just giving up on tht show because of Southern Gothic. She did say at the end that anything is possible. Lastly, they could have negotiated a great deal for both of them to stay on. God I hope so.

i don’t think that Hilarie’s video could mean anything else other than she’s leaving. i mean the phrase “i’ve had a good run” can only mean so many things ya know? i think it was just her saying i’m not CHOOSING to leave, they’re making me leave, so don’t think that i’m giving up on you guys, because i really don’t have a choice here. i think some of us are getting our hopes up a little bit. that video made it about as obvious as it can get that she’s not coming back.

i agree with you kiki… im a james lafferty fan and i think he looked best in season 3 with the buzzed cut, that was really sexy, but i like peyton now and with the short short straight hair like in season 3. haley looks sooo pretty now, but i kinda miss the long blonde hair… but chad most definatly looks better in season 5 and 6 than any other season by far… i really like sophia with short hair she looks really pretty !!!

nah i really miss the old Lucas… like in season 2 or 3 with the messy hair look… so hot!! he looked really good in season 5 too. not really feeling it so much during season 6… he’s looked better i think.
i’ve never seen what the big deal is with James… i’ve always thought he had a big nose and looked kind of like an elf lol. but he looks better now than he used to.
i liked Sophia better with longer hair, and Haley was prettier with blonde hair i think. her hairstyle these days makes her look like an old lady lol

I LOVED chad in season 2 and 3. i loved him the most though in the beginning and end of season 3. he looked the best back then to me. now his face is round and his eyes look smaller than ever. im not a big fan of the facial hair. i love his bone structure and that is why i love him in 2 and 3 because you can really see it. LOVED james in season 3 and now. hated both in season 4. Sophia looked gorgeous in every season. Joy did also….but i dont like her with dark make up on. and hilarie looked gorgeous from season 3 til now. didn’t like the hair in the beginning of season 5. Really good looking cast.

oh really i liked Hilaries hair in the beginning of season 5! i thought the coloring and highlights in it looked really good! i thought she looked best with the short straight hair though

Yeah i did not like then when they were in like three or four big curls. i liked it when the curls were sort of brushed out. yeah but season 3 has to be my favorite

ITA Lincasfan, but I also think that Hilarie was saying that if she were to leave, it is not because it is what she wants to do. She comment about having a good run is what you would say if you were going to leave but I also thought she was being kind to the people who allowed her to have this long a run. I think it could go either way.

if she was staying then she wouldn’t have been so upset in that video. that would make no sense. i just think that’s all the proof we needed that she is in fact leaving. i mean did you notice how in the beginning she said “one tree hill is coming back for a season 7! and i’m so happy for everyone who is involved”, sort of implying that she isn’t involved…
and when she said “i just don’t want anyone to think that i’m abandoning a place that has been very good to me”, basically just saying i’m leaving, but i’m not leaving in the way that some of you might think that i am. i’m not running out on you guys i just don’t have a choice.
so in my personal opinion i really don’t think it could go either way. to me that video pretty much just put the icing on the cake. she said everything she could without flat out saying “i’m not returning”, which we all know she’s not allowed to say yet. it was definitely a fare well video to her fans.

I think james is sexy as hell. he really came into his own. if chad leaves i can really see nathan becoming the leading man. i actually saw it first in season 3 when lucas leaves town and nathan does the voice over in the beginning. i think he is better looking now than chad.

Yeah chad had that ugly mushroom thing in season 3. but in the beginning and end he looked sexy. around 309 till 315 he had really bad hair. mark even cut on scene because he hated chad’s hair. but in 313 the fight with brooke he looked damn good with his hair slicked back in the rain.

i hated how luke’s hair was really blonde in the beginning of season 4…i really loved rachel and bevin’s hair in mid and end of season 4. love rachels hair color. i want to dye my hair that color. in season 3 it was like fire red…in season 4 it was dark brown red….LOVED it.

I personally love Chad’s hair now and in season 5, he looks more mature now than in, like, season 3. And Hilarie’s hair was just awesome in season 4, especially at the end. I wish I could get my hair curled like that… But her hair is also beautiful now, I love color and length.
