YAY loving this news, cant wait for episode 22. it does make me sceptical however with the whole Hilarie/Chad not returning news flying around. is this their getaway?

are you sure this is true? isnt James Lafferty directing that episode. i don’t think Mark would let a first time director; direct a big episode like that

YAYYYY!!!!!! finally!

and loveleyton, James could just be directing the rest of the episode with the exception of the wedding scene… which Mark or someone else could direct. in the episode in season 5 that Paul directed, he directed the majority of the time, but Mark directed the scene that LP had on the rivercourt. so James could be directing everything else, and Mark could just be directing the wedding scene… its been done before

Mark can probably just direct the LP scenes in 6×22. He has done it before when someone else is the director , while doing important LP scenes.

So I was thinking just now, Hil/Chad are rumored to not be returning, and that Leyton may possibly be leaving…I wonder if this will mirror what happened in 611 when Lucas asked if she was serious about leaving with him, but they will get their chance to leave, no one gets hurt.

I hope this spoiler is true. Here is my HYPOTHETICAL UNFOUNDED Prediction Episode 22 they get married at end of episode Peyton goes into labor Episode 23 baby born problems or whatever time jump to Episode 24 see that everything is okay there is some kind of offer for them to leave or something like that. Thus giving cliffhanger to whether or not they will leave and so and so on…I like my theory because it ends with a happy leyton riding off into the sunset Just my thoughts

yayyy…im so excited…finally…after waiting 6 long seasons and after all the obstacles lucas and peyton had to overcome….AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH….it feels damn good…LP=TLA……lets pray that hilarie and chad rethink about OTH over the summer and decide to come back…how awesome would that be…

i totally believe this spoiler. patrick from othfans.com has always been accurate with the info that he posts! plus i’m not worried about the fact that james is directing either… because as others have said, just because he’s directing the episode doesnt mean that he’s directing EVERY scene. mark could help him with the wedding scene, or mark could just take over that scene himself like he has done in the past

If this is true that means the wedding might not be this big huge grand thing. I hope this is the case because i was hopig for something small and intimate for LP, it just seems to fit their characters more.

Chels, i agree. i dont want a semi-big or fancy wedding like Lucas had with Lindsey. i just think it would be much more significant and meaningful if it was just their close friends… or even just them. i dont need 100 random extras… it will be more special if it is a small and intimate wedding!

plus in 6.02 when leyton was in LA, peyton did tell lucas that “she never wanted her wedding to be like princess for a day”… so i can definitely see them just doing something small.

either way… i honestly just dont care what kind of wedding it is or when it takes place for that matter, i just want it to happen already! cant wait

as much as part of me would love it… i doubt we’ll see the honeymoon. i mean after the supposed wedding, there will only be 2 episodes left in what will be leyton’s final season… which isnt much time at all. i can see mark wanting to take advantage of those 2 episodes, to wrap up both lucas and peytons storylines. with them not returning next season, they are definitely going to have to have their closure by the time they leave in the finale.

at this point, i just think there are more important priorities to cover for leyton towards the end of their final season… other than their honeymoon. i’d prefer to see lucas and peyton individually wrap up their storylines and their loose ends that are in tree hill. we need to know what is going to happen with Peyton’s record label business and mia, lucas’ basketball team, they need to have their proper goodbyes with the rest of the core 5, the results of their pregnancy needs to be seen… and the list goes on.

if only we were like half way through the season right now, that way we would have enough time to see the honeymoon and for them to get their closure! but with where we are now.. i simply just dont think there is enough time left to cover both

I am thinking that Lucas and Peyton get married, and because of Peyton’s condition, she will have to deliver the baby prematurely. Don’t know what will happen to mother and child, but you know there will be high drama.
