I have been hearing that people in Wilmington knew he had moved so this just verifies…
“It didn’t take long for Chad to get out of Wilmington after the 6th season of One Tree Hill wrapped. Just weeks after the show wrapped, Chad and Kenzie have moved to a house just outside of LA”

So I thought that the house he was selling was the one he and Sophia lived in…Not the one he currently lives in. I could be wrong. Its possible that they did buy a house in Cali too.

yeah, that’s why i haven’t posted until now. i had heard he had more than one house so i wasn’t sure which had sold.

i think that it would be messed up of him if he didnt come back for a 7th season. this show made him who he is. he should stick it out with the show cause if it wasnt for oth his name would not be as big as it is and the obvious he would have never met his girlfriend. hopefully it is just for the summer and he will be back with the show.

It makes sense that Chad would leave while the show isn’t in production. James Lafferty and Sophia Bush aren’t in Wilmington now, either. Hopefully he’s in LA working on getting new projects lined up, regardless if he retturns to OTH for season 7.

Gotta say I’m confused, too. Saw it on OTHfans but I didn’t re-post it on my site because they didn’t give a source.
Now I know they supposedly have inside connections and have been right about some stuff in the past, but this just isn’t something I would go with.
If CMM sold his house and moved, some legit media would’ve picked it up (especially considering how much coverage the OTH stars get in the Wilmington press). For instance, Josh Schwartz (creator of Gossip Girl) is selling his house and the LA Times did a story on it.
Now I’m not saying the CMM thing isn’t true, but I’d like to see it somewhere else for confirmation.

I heard this a long time ago. Lots of people on fanforum and othforum who live in Wlimy reported this. He appartently he had 2 storage units outside his house for a while. Good news he didn’t sell his house he just packed most of the stuff.

So, he did not sell it but only packed most of the stuff? Because that could mean he’s just wrapping up for LA now and that there still is a possibility for him to return.
And Jennifer, does he always move when a season wraps?

Chad always goes to LA when OTH wraps up. He spoke about that on a talk show. It doesn’t surprise me that he’s in LA at all.

I dont think hes gone for good. That is Kenzies dream house and i doubt she would move away from everything she knows and her family!

So basically Chad & Kenzie are renting a house for now until further notice.
