well thats a stupid season finale.. where is the cliffhanger?? it does seem like a SERIES finale.. and i know they thought this was the last season until the last minute.. but Mark shouldve thrown some kind of cliffhanger in there!! other than us not knowing what to expect of next season without Leyton.

Well i for one am happy there will be a 7th season because we have gotten to see Leyton and Naley’s love stories and progression, but now we get to at least see Brulian evolve. It would have sucked to only get 1 day of happiness for Brooke while everyone else got full seasons and entire storylines.

Awww whitey and karen happy endings I kinda agree it should be the series finale…but I would like to see Brooke and Julian together….I don’t know I love OTH and just hate to see it end.

The finale should be great, with the way everyone’s dreams are coming true and old characters returning, I think this would be the perfect series finale. It’s seems odd to think of OTH without even one of the core 5, let alone two. The show sould end with all their dreams coming true which would make next week’s ep the perfect ending. Season 7 won’t be the same as the One Tree Hill we all know and love!!!

Brooke goes after Jullian OMG. I’m so siked.

Well i know this seems like a final finale for the show but i think its a way to move it in a different direction. Like i said yesterday

Brooke can move to LA to be with Jullian and her clothing line

Nathan can get transfered to a team out in LA and Haley can work on her music.

Mouth can get a sports anchor job in LA.

Now we have an edgy new show based in LA.

i agree with you Brooker2008 were is the cliff hanger persumably it was if leyton come back..now we know they dont thats it then…i feel we have come full circle apart from brook everyone has got what they wanted so for me this is not a season final but a series final…as iv said in other posts we dont know if skills comes back after his personal problems and if dan dies that another member gone..so for me i would like to remember the show as complete with the core 5..people always leave right so fiction is becoming a reality..i am excited for monday/tuesday but i will also be upset as it wont be the same after that i really hope CMM knows what he is doing!!!

I agree this should be a series finale! Everyone’s is finally getting their happy ending, there is no room for another season. I’m glad Karen and Whitey are back!!! They should have came back this monday but they came and thats all that matters! It would have been great to get a Jake and Jenny scene or something, just to see where he is at and stuff!

I agree that this sounds more like a series finale. But they probably thought it was when they were writing it. I am still excited for season 7, even though Lucas and Peyton won’t be around. It won’t be the same, but it will still be OTH.

And I am definitely going to have to keep my box of Kleenex handy during this episode. I can foresee lots and lots of tears! The episode just sounds amazing!

I think it sounds great. I don’t want peyton to die. and I might be viewing as a series finale because I’m not sure if I’ll be watching seven or not. And by not having anyone die then maybe down the road they will agree to do guest spots

ok why the hell are we getting a season 7 again?? its just not going to feel right, after seeing this finale. this finale is going to feel SO much like a series finale… and then all of a sudden, they’re back?? (and only 3 of them)? what storylines could mark possibly have left to tell? and i’m sorry but those THREE new regulars sound like a complete and utter waste of time… just the new mia and chases.

thank god leyton is out after this season, and i wont feel obligated to watch anymore. and thank god leyton are going out strong, and won’t be dragged down by the show like the rest of the characters unfortunately will. can’t wait for the finale though, it should be good… but after that i think it’s safe to say i’m done.

i have no interest in watching a show CALLED one tree hill, that ISNT really one tree hill. one tree hill is LUCAS, PEYTON, brooke, nathan, and haley. i’m sorry to be negative, but the show is seriously going to fall next year, and it’s going to fall hard

perfectly said steph! i may watch the first episode or 2 of season 7 just to see how it plays out, but i definitely won’t feel obligated to tune in every week, like i have felt for the past 6 seasons. its just sad to me that Mark is more concerned with just continuing his show… as opposed to being concerned for what’s RIGHT for his show, and wanting to end it the right way. the show doesn’t have to go on forever, and i think we all know that he is making a huge mistake by doing a season 7. its just sad!

but yay for Leyton’s happy ending… couldn’t be happier that they’re leaving the right way!

This should’ve been the series finale everyone is getting what they want. I will watch season 7 even though it won’t be very good. I do have to say it will be nice to see a part of haleys side of the family because all we’ve seen is dan,deb,and karen, which is great. I do like that they will focus more on naley cuz i am a naley fan, but i kinda wish they would bring haleys parents back they were so funny. With all that said I do agree though that this should’ve been the series finale its all wrapped really neatly just like season 4.

i’m just relieved we’ll get to see what is going on with dan. ’cause mark kept me hanging on for like 4 or 5 episodes already.

and i agree with the other posters. it seems more like a series finale. that’s what it should be. it seems like everyone’s getting what they want so…they should end it and not drag this thing for another season.

another shocker is: whitey is still alive. i mean he was like in his 60’s back in high school. haha.

first off, i don’t want them to name their daugher sawyer. once i found out that peyton was pregnant, i really wanted them to have a girl and name her anna elisabeth scott (anna karen or anything else with the first name of anna would’ve been fine with me.) so in the episode where peyton said she’d like anna for a girl, i was really happy, but now it’s sawyer? that’s totally a boy name!

but now that i know it’s basically a happy-endings finale, and would really better serve as a series-finale, i’ve officially decided that season 6 will be my last. season 7 without leyton just doesn’t make sense, and i really don’t want to continuing watching if it’ll ruin the show. so i’m ending where it’s happy, and all is right in OTH, and leyton, land.

Yeah. I just don’t understand the point of even having a 7th season. Everything just seems to be falling into place and coming to a close for all the characters. What stories are left to tell? Without Leyton in 7th season, It’s not even going to be the same show. I just think they should’ve ended the series after season 6, that way everyone is happy and the show can just end on a good note.

what is wrong with baby name in OTH?… Peyton SAWYER that makes a Sawyer baby (a girl… weird)… Haley JAMES… it makes a James baby (a boy… all right, Jamie… it depends). Me too, I would have like Anna for Leyton’s baby!

that is such a good way to end the season!!! i love this episode already !!! i agree “where’s the cliff hanger” i was kinda hoping for one.

i personally am totally SUPER happy about season 7 !! i dont like how everyone else isnt. i love this show and i think it should stay on till the end of time lol

It sounds Cheesy. But I will watch it bc I am a OTH fan. I’m not a Leyton fan so watching them drive off into the stupid sunset will not be fun for me but I’m just kinda happy that its over. Waiting for some hope for them but never getting it and being so upset at Mark. It’s exhausting. I’m glad to say goodbye to that and just move on now. But I still say Luke and Brooke should have been endgame in my book. In my last chapter. But you cant always get what you want. At least Joey picked Pacey! =)

Someone on the youtube promo said they already watched the finale and that peyton dies while giving birth. It was her or the baby and she said baby. well I don’t know how someone can watch the finale before the finale and plus lucas still had a bloody shirt, and peyton had on a different hospital gown than she did during the delivery so it doesn’t add up. I hope they get the happy ending everyone says plus I doubt she would wake up 15 minutes into the show. I mean think about it she is going through that whole process with the c-section that’s a 15 min scene there so it doesn’t add up but it looks like a bunch of time jumps. Its one hour so how much can hey put in one hour with commeicals.

whoever said that on youtube is lying…if you read everything on this site, you’d see that everyone is saying that peyton & lucas will get their happy ending, so obviously she lives…they wouldn’t be saying that if peyton dies….and plus, on youtube they showed them filming the last scene of the episode, when leyton and baby drive off into the sunset…so no, peyton doesnt die

What’s wrong from sawyer? A lot of girls have boy names toni, ryan, peyton. I like sawyer its different like lucas and peyton. Some names go both ways.

I’m gonna miss them and tree hill…cause this will probably be it for me. At least I’ll have seasons 1-5 on dvd until 6 comes out to rewatch
