Hilarie Burton’s SoGoPro Productions creating a stir

Wilmington’s film scene is not dead. Just a little Goth.
Local independent film company Southern Gothic Productions is growing. And creating a bit of a stir.
SoGoPro, as the producers and fans sometimes call it, is owned by former “One Tree Hill” actress Hilarie Burton, producer Kelly Tenney and writer Nicholas Gray.
At the end of May, their four-month-old blog (southerngothicproductions.blogspot.com) spun off a full-fledged Web site, www.SoGoPro.com that will be used to launch new projects including a podcast, webisodes, short films and even a feature film.
