I would absolutely love it if Rachel came back!! I’m still holding out hope that Chris. K comes back too, he definitely made the show interesting!! I’m not too sure how I feel about Alexis, I hope she’s interesting, because she really does sound like a Rachel replica, why not just keep Rachel and leave ALexis.

Now now … no need to try getting rid of Alex already, who knows maybe she turns out to be a great character! I love Rachel but I hope Marks don’t screws her image up for me.
It’s time to bring back fun in Brooke’s life! Enough with the settling already, leave that till the end of series. And who’s better for that job except the awesome party Rachel with an amazing heart.
… some part of me doesn’t believe this news anymore though, we got the exact same message last year and got screwed this season.

Doing the timejump in season 5 might have been one of the worst things after all … now Mark has an idea of everyone being 30+ years old and we lost the awesome college years.
Seriously, we got Desperate Housewives with settled women already! That’s about enough! Let Brooke be Brooke! Enough with the dark freaking place and crying already, same is for Rachel … we had enough with 2 episodes her on drugs, give us the old Season 3-4 Rachel back! She brought up the worst in Brooke, but at least that was fun to watch in stead of the snoozefest like last season. I have no idea how long she’s supposed to stay but if it’s the old Rachel we know or a new and approved version she’s welcome to stay as long as she wants, but since I think it will be only for 3-4 episodes I’m happy there is an Alex around to continue the young life.
All these girls around Brooke are great but I actually hope that Alex and Quinn wont take away the Baley season I’m hoping so much for! We got a core 3 and I want a story around them! Not around the others.
(^a story means Haley having a freaking storyline as well Mark! Enough with the full time propping)

Brooke quit being the drunk party girl like her junior year in high school. Where have you people been and what show were you watching? The Boy Toy auction episode where Brooke took Mouth on the limo ride and they went to the club is when she had her eye opening revelation that there’s more to life then getting drunk and hooking up with random strangers.
As far as Rachel coming back… she has a lot to atone for. She caused two people to die and almost killed herself and two others so she owes some restitution to the world of Tree Hill with some acts of kindness and redemption. Glad to see her get that chance.

@ 23 (ed fury) I didn’t exactly mean (neither did I say but besides the point) her going to the strip clubs and hooking up with every single guy she meets, but there is way more in life as well than wanting a baby and getting married. We have Naley that’s happily married and with a child. Sadly enough Mark made them extremely boring and almost lifeless characters. Nathan does nothing more than dribble some balls wondering if he wants his wife or basketball and thinking if it’s worth it living his dream or not and Haley propping every new side character on the show. Jamie got completely screwed up Mark too … I remember how adorable he was in the beginning of season 5 and now this benjamin burton annoys the hell out of me. The kid got way more lines then Hales while she one of core 5, this is a perfect example how Mark tries to milk out the good things till they areruined. Why can’t Brooke just be single for a while!? Sure I want her to be happy but I want some good TV as well so I can perfectly wait for her to get married with someone at the series finale. I just don’t want to see Brooke trapped either it’s with Julian or not, especcially since I don’t approve that at all no ILY-let’s move in- rushed relation ships for me with no built up (even if they are the endgame). I kind of know Rachel and I’ve read the description of Alex, those two girls are perfectly capable of keeping up the “bitchy”-Brooke standards. <- Scratch the crying in the LP wedding episode and we have our old Brooke. That’s the person I want to see back on my screen! Not some saint crying cause she’s in the dark place. Brooke used to be slightly selfish but loyal and that exactly showed the hidden parts of her pure heart! I love it when she made mistakes cause she always corrected them as well making her a better person. Lets just hope Mark doesn’t bring back a depressed crackhoe to the show but a cured Rachel IF she comes back

@26 (Brucas4evah) I agree with the whole Brooke & Julian feels extremely rushed and I’m not totally feeling the vibe there between them. There was no build up at all. Brooke has never had a serious love except for Lucas and it seems her character has been written to always carry that lost love around in her heart forever. Sure that doesn’t mean she can’t love someone else it just means she will always have Lucas in her heart no matter what. Sort of the reason Julian broke up with Peyton and the reason Jake sent Peyton back to Tree Hill. Lucas was always going to be in Peyton’s heart and I think that Lucas will always be in Brooke’s heart too. I’d like to see maybe Brooke start doing some of those things on the list that Millie wrote on the chalkboard. Skydiving, etc. That’ll get her some adventure and new storylines besides standing around in her clothing store all day and night.

^I FULLY agree with you. We need some good tv back. Mark left a whole bunch of upset fans in season 6 and can’t afford making mistakes anymore.
I still love the show but I wont just slick everything I get served with and would hate to see it canceled, what cw desperately seems trying to do btw.

I know everyone is hating these “side characters” But, honestly, what do you expect? you all keep complaining of how there are no storylines with the “core”. So, how do you expect more storylines? There needs to be more side characters to make the show bearable to watch. its like in real life, your life doesnt resolve around 2 people, there are new people everyday. I say, bring on new people, give them a chance and let’s have a great season 7.

if she hooked up with mouth he might become likeable again. hes way too boring with milly
