We’re trying something new here! Elizabeth and I have both seen it on some other TV fan sites but I had never thought to do it here. Elizabeth came to me with the idea with some sample questions, and they were so great, I jumped on it. Basically the idea is we throw some questions out from the past episode, answer them ourselves and then leave comments open to you to answer them too.
1) Favorite quote from last night’s episode?
Elizabeth: Have to give this one to Alex with her comment about Julian: “He has big hands…he probably has a big thingy!” Most people will only imply the big hands, big you-know-what association but not Alex…she has no social filter and I love it!
Amy:
Alex: I can be in your bed in 20 minutes.
Clay: Make it 30.
Quinn: Really? You’re that guy?
Clay: I am tonight.
It might be so wrong that Clay is using women on a nightly basis like dish rags but I loved this snappy conversation between the 3 of them.
2) Do you think Nathan made the right decision by not paying Renee?
Elizabeth: Hell yes! In Clay’s words, she’s a lying bitch! Can’t wait to see her go down!
Amy: During the episode I was hoping they would pay her just so she would go away but ultimately they have to do with what they feel is right.
3) What do you think really happened with Renee at Clay’s party?
Elizabeth: I’m thinking she drugged Nathan, stole some of his little swimmers and impregnated herself with a turkey baster. What? I saw it on a soap opera once…
Amy: Based on what we saw at Jamie’s birthday, I’d think he took a picture with a fan that just makes him look bad in the end. In other words, NOTHING. OR, even Nathan can’t fess up to what he did and he slept with her. I can’t decide where the writers are trying to take us on this one.
4) Does Rachel really love Dan or does she have ulterior motives?
Elizabeth: Are we talking about the Rachel that opened up the OTH time capsule? The Rachel that lied about being pregnant and drove Naley’s limo off a bridge? The Rachel that kidnapped Mouth and stranded him in Honey Grove, Texas, population 50? Of course she has ulterior motives!!!
Amy: No doubt she had and has ulterior motives but I also don’t think Dan or Rachel would hang around that long if they didn’t love each other. Or maybe that’s just the hopeless romantic in me talking.
5) Alex: Love her or hate her?
Elizabeth: Loving to hate her of course! She says the most absurd things (see above about social filter) and I can’t stop laughing…even though I want to strangle her most of the time!
Amy: Definitely love to hate her.
Bonus Question:
Now that Rachel has returned, what other character would you most like to see back this season?
Elizabeth: Nanny Carrie. Just kidding! Visually speaking, I’d love to see Cooper come back cause he’s just so gorgeous! I’d definitely settle for some Deb though…I miss that pill-popping, gun-weilding cougar!
Amy: Outside of Lucas and Peyton? HA. There are so many great guest stars on this show. I always miss Karen, Deb and Jake. But I always answer Chris Keller. I don’t know why. I always miss him though.
