I like the idea of Brooke not being able to have children. It’s something different and id actually be interested in watching it and I’m not even a Brooke fan. She’s always wanted to adopt anyway and adopting children is awesome. So I hope Mark goes that route because if he doesn’t it will be another pregancy story line which we have already had enough of.

smb, just because it doesnt have haleys name mentioned, doesnt mean she has nothing going on.
i hate hate hate the idea of clay/quinn. they have NO chemistry with one another, and hello quinn, you are still married. this sucks, i was hoping they would throw these two characters together. now im going to have to fastfoward over clay everytime he is with the mooch.

haley`s storyline is that she has to finish her album so i think she will be working on that or if brooke can no have children maybe haley will offer to carry for her that would be exciting and something i could really see haley doing.

i feel bad for brooke if she wont be able to have kids. esp. since she has wanted one for so long.
as for clay/quinn….sucks that this is going to happen, guess i have to get my fastfoward button ready.
since nathans b-ball career is going to be in trouble i hope that he doesnt sink into depression again. in the last episode haley was worried that he would go down the same road again when she was talking to clay.
dont really care about millie…ill watch it, but im not really interested in her or her storyline.
i hope haley has another storyline other than her music, i just want something different for her.

Common, you need something for Brooke and this is something that they haven’t done yet. I love the idea of it. Just like I’d enjoy the idea of a miscarrige for Haley just to see her go into a depression. Now that would be a good storyline.

i find it strange that brooke might find out she cant have kids since shes never actually TRIED before… normally ive seen that coming from a bad accident or a miscarriage whatever but im pretty sure something needs to actually HAPPEN to stop you from having a baby it wouldnt just automatically start that way… maybe because shes slept with so many people? idk im not a doctor lol

Maybe Brooke finds out she suffered a miscarriage and as a result of that she won’t be able to have kids or it will be very difficult to concieve again.
I hope this Nathan and will he/won’t he stay in the NBA story line doesn’t last too long. I feel like we just went through that last season.
I hope they begin to focus on Haley and the recording studio once the Renee saga is over. Let’s see Nathan rally and support his wife for a change.
No Clay/Quinn until at least she get a divorce first.
Millie story line is interesting, but I wish it was a core character who had it, like Brooke or Haley.

im surprised they are gonna go 10 episodes straight without a break or re runs other shows on the cw are having re runs. thats cool or it means we’ll have a bigger break between some episodes ;/

They told my mother-in-law she couldn’t have kids either, and she went on to have five. So, even if Brooke gets that “devastating news” it’s may not pan out that way. Let’s hope.

Can someone throw Quinn down the bridge? And it seems like she has more scenes then the main 3 core for some reason? Please stop trying to shove her into every scene. Not a fan whatsoever…. Sorry but there is thousands of pretty girls in hollywood that can act and she’s not one of them.

wennie-that is what i am saying, why cant brooke or haley have an emotional sl like what millie is getting. it feels like a rip off. i dont remember haley ever having an emotional storyline with just her…maybe the beginning of s3 with her fighting for her marriage?

I’m hoping Rachel and Dans ‘Past catching up with them’ is one of the core characters finding out and reacting to them. I hate how OTH often robs us of getting to see the reactions of many characters (e.g. Lucas’ heart condition, Brooke getting beat up)
Love the idea that Julian might be sterile, I would find that a whole lot more interesting than if Brooke was. But alas, we all know that Mark probabaly won’t write it that way so we can of course see Brooke miserable again. Cut to Brooke crying alone in her bedroom. Also, that is a much easier problem to overcome as they can get a sperm donor whereas getting a surrogate is a much more difficult process (hello Haley
Then again, we could all be wrong in the assumption that Brulian are told that one of them can’t have kids, I doubt it, but it could be true.
I’m guessing by season end Brulian will have adopted or have some surrogate baby on the way. The ‘I was told I can’t get pregnant bu then I did’ angle is way too cliche.

seems like once again Haley’s storyline shoved into the Mark’s pants….Great!

ok, this makes me mad……the only storylines naley ever gets is something related to their careers. i dont want to watch a storyline related to careers. i dont want to watch nathan in the nba, i dont want watch haley tour the country.
why cant they ever get a storyline thats not related to careers. even the renee storyline is some how related to nathans career.
brooke is getting a storyline that will most likly involve her ability to have kids, millie (who is NOT a main character) is getting a storyline that has to do with drugs…..and what does haley get? oh, she gets to work on her music….thats it?
where is haley’s big medical drama storyline? why cant she get something to do that is not related to music….im sure she can do something else. and i know joy can pull off a dramatic storyline….she did daytime for crying out loud.
give us something mark. naley is like the biggest couple on the show, and all you give them to do is go to work.

diana: I so agree with you. Why is Brooke’s story line jumping into kids already when they haven’t even formally committed yet. They’re still trying to work out how to handle their relationship when he is suppose to be in LA in she works in NC. That is what I thought the struggle was to be about with them. It would make more sense if Haley went throught something like this wanting to have another child. Whoever said that all Naley’s problems seem to revolve around their careers or skanks is so right. We never get to see real couple and emotional couple drama from them unless it involves a third party or Nathan losing his career.

K- i have a feeling dan and rachels reactions might already be robbed from us since we know jamie watches the show and apparently dan brings rachel on the show quite often so we have no way of telling who does and doesnt know… however paul and danneel were filming in tric for episode 9 with a bunch of other characters… i think nathan haley brooke and some others so hopefully in that episode we can FINALLY see them talking to people other than each other or renee =/
and i really hope they give haley a storyline with substance… like weenie said it always has to do with a third person like carrie renee etc. or nathan with his career… haley always seems to be a prop and not important which needs to change asap because shes such a talented actress and thats something we definitely need right now because some of the new main characters (*cough cough quinn*) are a little uhmm… boring.

and i also just thought that maybe rachel and dans “past catching up to them” means that they finally decide to stop running and avoiding their issues and go back to tree hill to deal with all the people angry at them… for dan its nathan and jamie (who stopped talking to him after finding out he killed keith) and for rachel it would be brooke and that whole possible money stealing thing

I totally agree with the whole naley/work argument. They are the biggest couple on the show and they should defo have something other than they’re careers! I think that Brooke not being able to have kids would be a good storyline but i cant see Haley being a surrogate cos that might be a bit weird. I reeeaallly want naley to have another baby this season but that would be ashame on Brooke (omg what if she tries to steal naleys baby haha that wont happen – sorry lol) but i sooo hope naley are gonna get more action!! oh p.s. does quinn remind anyone of peyton? (in her “crying days”)

why could it not be that something else for julian and brooke than children?
dan and rachel have been wrong things doing in past and this is now seen.interesting

Like I said earlier, but I’ll say it again, have Naley be pregnant but Haley has a miscarrige. That would be a huge storyline. And someone mentioned Joy has already done a miscarrige storyline (on Guiding Light) and she was amazing. Of course, we would still get our other Naley baby by the end of the season, but I think it would be great to see Haley be the one depressed and dark.

i glad im not the only one who is sick of seeing naley do nothing but something related to their careers. i love naley and i love the show…but i want something good for them, not related to their careers. i dont even care if it involves a dramatic storyline with jamie, at least it would be about them and their family. not about a record or a b-ball.

ken, haley does more than cry or be sad. what she is going through will make anyone cry. what is she supposed laugh and skip around, because her husband may be the father to another child?

naley is not boring. like kelly said, mark isnt writing anything for them. there could be so many storylines if he would just write for them. just because they have been married for a while, doesnt mean there is nothing to tell.
i really hope mark has something for them; i like the renee storyline, and i am glad that haley is getting something, but this storyline is ending soon, and i dont want to be stuck watching another boring season like last.
