7.08 (I Just) Died In Your Arms Recap

THIS IS A STICKY POST.  SCROLL DOWN FOR THE LATEST

Dan is in a rundown Mexican hospital.  He protests as the doctor starts to perform his transplant.  He wakes up from a nightmare and Rachel calms him and says its just a dream.
Nathan complains it’s not just him and Jamie going.
Julian complains to Brooke about going camping.
Haley insists he’s part of One Tree Hill now.
Brooke insists he has to go.
Sara gets out of a pool and teases Clay by starting to take of her suit and she says I bet you’d like that…show some respect for the dead.  She says it’s not healthy for him to skip guy’s weekend for his dead wife.
The guys pack their cars at Nathan’s.  Mouth and Skills are there.  Skills complains about going to the woods.  Chuck shows up with Jamie.
Brooke tells Julian to be himself.  He said he got it covered.  He opens his trunk and it’s full of camping gear.
Brooke and Haley see them off.  Haley says she hopes she’s ready for girls night.  Quinn makes brownies.  She says they’re special.  Quinn tells Brooke it has weed in it.  Brooke is surprised Haley never knew.

The kids tell Skills they pitched their tent.  Skills gives them a merit badge.  He says he got them at the military surplus store.  Julian tries to put his tent up and fails.  Nathan is annoyed.
Quinn tells Haley to slow down.  Haley says the more she eats the hungries she gets.  Quinn admits they have weed in them.  Haley wants to throw up and is mad.  They insist it’s ok and Haley says she’ll get them back.  Later on, obviously high she asks a bunch of questions watching TV.  Brooke tells them to make a munchkin quit staring at her.
Sara and Clay float in the pool.  He says he doesn’t love Quinn like her. She says he’s lying.
Rachel tells Dan they had the best week ever.  Dan says maybe they should have Nathan on, he’s not doing anything. Rachel asks if he’s still upset Nathan never thanked him.  Dan said he never expected that.
The guys hike in the woods.  Julian tells Mouth Alex isn’t that bad.  Mouth is concerned about him breaking Brooke’s heart.  Chuck tells Skills his mother said he doesn’t make enough money to marry Lauren.  Jamie asks Nathan if they can forgive Dan now.
Dan is hosting his show.  He says tonight they’re confessing the truth to themselves.  Turn their gaze inward and confess.  Dan sees a guy’s shirt start to fill with blood.  Dan appears to have a heart attack and fall over. Rachel says he should have kept that for sweeps.

Chuck goes down a zip line.  It’s Jamie’s turn and he looks really scared.  Julian says he’s scared and he needs to go down.  Jamie says he should go with him so he doesn’t get lost.  Nathan seems disappointed.
Backstage Rachel congratulates him.  Dan says he saw the boy bleeding in the audience.  He felt like his heart would burst.  Rachel says his heart is fine.  Flashback to the hospital.  He says maybe he doesn’t want to live. Rachel tells him someone read his book and for him to think of all the good they’ll do.
Clay asks Sara if she felt pain when she died.  She says no.  He says he did and he does every day and it’s not fair.  She says life isn’t fair but being miserable isn’t going to change it.
Haley is having a ton of leftovers and she says she’s a good cook.  Quinn says her psychic told her to avoid emotional entanglements.  She says she makes house calls and they call her.
Julian tries to light a fire but can’t.  Nathan starts one and tells him and Jamie to roast some marshmallows.
Skills tells a scary story around the fire.  The kids say it’s not scary.  Julian says he has a good story.  Chuck says to bring, Julia.  He tells a scary story about drag leg Laura.  The kids are very scared.
The doorbell rings at Haley’s.  Brooke seems freaked out and Haley says she won’t be weird.  They open the door and Haley says she is.

Jamie apologizes to Nathan about the zip line before he heads to bed.
Dan watches the clock.  Rachel asks what he’s thinking of.  Dan says they need something big for sweeps.  He says he needs to confess he already had the heart transplant and he’s not living on borrowed time.  Rachel says he’s given people hope and not to take it away from them.
Nathan thanks Mouth for him taking up for him.  He says he probably won’t get his job back.  Julian says everything is changing anyway.  He says the Internet is coming.
Haley babbles.  Zelda asks her what her question is.  Haley asks if Nathan will play this year.  She says the prospects are hazy.
The guys discuss best sports movie.  Julian picks Cool Runnings.  Skills says Hoosiers.  Julian says he knows the sports coordinator…those plays just don’t happen.  Skills seems to ponder that.
Zelda senses something.  Brooke says it’s Julian…and he’s conflicted..it’s Alex.  Zelda confirms.  Brooke says she’s creepy but good.
Skills talks about Alex Dupree naked.  Julian says it was an accident but she’s no Brooke Davis.  He says they’ve all seen her.  Skills asks who they’re talking about and Julian says Alex.  Nathan looks uncomfortable.  Julian asks who he was talking about.  Skills tells him about the sex tape from high school of Brooke and Nathan.  Mouth and Skills turns in leaving Julian and Nathan.
Clay tells Sara he never told Nathan he was married.  He says they mean well but people don’t know what to say.  It’s just easier not to.  Sara says maybe it will help if he tells the RIGHT someone.
Zelda tells Quinn someone in her life lost someone and he needs her.
Haley and Brooke play with the eight ball.  Zelda passes through to leave.  She tells them they are not alone in the house.  She says some sort of phrase before she leaves.  Quinn says she’s leaving.  The lights go out.

Haley and Brooke do a ouja board in candle light.  Brooke asks the board if anyone is in the house.  Something creaks.
Julian asks Nathan.  Nathan says it was 8 years ago he was drunk.  Julian says good thing they got it on tape.  Nathan says he lost his virginity to his sister in law, don’t you think it makes holidays weird.
Mouth ponders what to do.
Nathan spits out a quote form teh breakfast club.  Nathan says to quit with the movie quotes.  Julian says I wish i knew how to quit you.
Skills tells Mouth he thinks he’d be good at sports coordinator.  Skills says Julian is cool.
Chuck and Jamie talk.  Jamie has a real story.  It’s a story about a girl named Nanny Carrie and it actually happened to me.
Julian says he’s good with Jamie.  He had a crappy dad and he turned it around.  He should get a merit badge.
Haley tells Brooke not to take Zelda seriously.  He loves her and he would move mountains if she asked him to.  She says she doesn’t know.  Haley says the brownies are talking.
Julian says Brooke wants kids.  He doesn’t know if he’ll ever be.  It starts raining.
Sara and Clay talk.  She tells him he should have gone.  He’s alone and she doesn’t want him to be.  Someone knocks at the door.  He answers it and it’s Quinn.  She asks if he’s ok.  He says yes and she asks to come in.  He says no, when are you going to get it? You can’t be here.  He turns back and Sara is gone.  Clay runs after Quinn in the rain and gets in the car with her.  He says he’s sorry.  She doesn’t get it.  She doesn’t know what they’re doing, if anything.  He says he likes her…her name was Sara and I loved her.  She was my wife but she died and I’ve never told anyone until now.

Quinn and Clay sit on the beach.  He says it was sudden.  That’s when he threw himself into work but no matter how fast you run, the pain will always run faster and that’s when my life went off the rails. Q: that’s why your agent sent you to Tree Hill.  He says he knows what it’s like to lose the one thing you love.  Quinn wishes she could do something.  He says she’s doing it.
Dan and Rachel are in the hospital.  Rachel tells him he has a new heart.  Dan sees the boy in the operating room.   He’s bleeding again.  He wakes up from a nightmare again.  Dan asks where they got the heart.  It was a boy wasn’t it.  She paid a family whose boy was on life support.  Dan is upset.  Rachel says she’s not a murderer, he is.
Chuck screams.  He says he hears drag leg Laura.  Julian says it’s definitely her and you have to flash light in her eyes.  Nathan says he’s too scared to go. Jamie says he’ll go.  Jamie walks through with a flashlight and finds a gate.  He yells to everyone it’s a gate.  Skills gives him a bravery badge.
Brooke and Haley sneak through the house with a bat and candle.  They hear something from Jamie’s closet.  They remember the curse and look it up and it’s Latin for rabbit.  They find the rabbit in the closet.
Nathan and Julian talk.  Nathan tells him he has good instincts and when the day comes he’ll be good at it.
Dan stands at a window.  Rachel tells him to go back to bed.  Dan says he thinks they need a vacation.  She asks if it’s Hawaii or Bahamas.  he says Tree Hill.
It’s morning at the beach.  Clay tells her to stay.  She asks about Sara and he says she would have liked her.

    Haley high is freaking AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so is brooke but Joy is nailing her scenes.

  2. lake Says:

they found a way to fix quinn! have shantel be in very few scenes, don’t have her say much and just stand there and look pretty.
    she just can’t act.

  3. steph Says:

This show has gotten completely and utterly pointless

  4. ComeBackLP! Says:

I wasted an hour of my life watching this show tonight.

Congrats mark, you had ONE decent episode last week, but clearly that streak has already been broken

  5. lake Says:

it really is amazing when you look at this episode and then look back to the first season. it’s a completely different show. season 1 is the only season i can watch every single episode. as the seasons move on i tend to forward to naley storylines.

  6. Naleyalways Says:

    Funny episode :) :)

  7. oth Says:

    boring

  8. lake Says:

    less quinn, more CHUCK!!!
    chuck FTMFW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  9. Danika Says:

wow, kay it was a filler episode. calm down. Filler episodes usually don’t move any storylines forward so people aren’t usually fans of them. I loved it though. Probably because I’ve been waiting for a high Haley since June when the side came out for Quinn and it had Haley high in it.
One decent episode? They were all good episodes and last weeks was great and then this one was good again. No bad episodes yet just some bad screentime (aka Quinn) I was really hoping for a high Quinn just because she might have let loose, you know? Oh well.
Maybe the devastating news Brooke gets is that she’s not pregnant? Since she’s all excited and hoping she is, if she isn’t it would devastate her. So excited for that.
Good episode. Not much to say because it was a filler episode. Best parts were Baley high and the guys camping. I’m glad were still seeing Sara even though it feels like we’ve gone over it all before. Quinn didn’t cry! Finally. I can’t believe that’s how Dan got his heart. Creepy!

  10. MB Davis Says:

I liked this episode but I’m more excited about the next episode. Alex and Millie always keeps me going with this show and add a little Julian and Brooke and you’ve got a great show. I’m excited about Brooke being pregnant, if only Peyton could be there.

I have to say this one made me miss Lucas and Peyton more. I could just see Lucas going camping with them and Peyton having a girls night in with Haley and Brooke, maybe even throw in baby Sawyer!

I’m still not liking Quinn but I think I might be able to tolerate her, her husband David is better but whatever.

Clay needs to find a new love interest, I would have to see him with Clay. I’d rather have him go back to One Night Stands than be in a serious relationship with Quinn.

  11. John Says:

That was very funny and enjoyable. Wow, I love the naysayers who complain about every episode. Maybe if you don’t like it, stop watching and stop coming here and complaining every week. Get the hint. Us fans do not like you.

  12. Maggie Says:

Wow…that was just….bad. I was really looking forward to it but was totally let down. I will say that Quinn was alright tonight. But where were the Brulian and Naley moments. I know they made it so it was a guys night and girls night but couldn’t the couples have had more than one scene together. They should have cut most of the Dan and Rachel stuff and had a little more time with the relationships that are important. Just my opinion though.

  13. oth Says:

i agree i wanted more. there have been some great filler episodes, like the camping trip in season 3 when nathan reproposed comes into mind.

i like the baley but i wanted haley to talk to brooke about what she was going through. i liked how julian opened up to nathan but i wanted nathan to give some marriage advice about him and haley to dan. actually i wouldve loved to just see nathan talk aobut how much he loves his wife, thats always a plus in my book. i liked how julian told nathan to be a little less superhero for jamie and im glad how they did that but i wanted more father son bonding. i did like the nanny carrie refernce haha. quinn, ehh, i still dont want her with clay.

i feel like they couldve done more and i think the episode had more potential but yeah mixed feeling overall. im hoping next week will be better.

  14. John Says:

OTH, you’re right, it would be nice to see more affection from Naley, although I often think about the fact that they are on year 10 of marraige, which isn’t usually the lovey dovey stage.next week seems like it will be the back to the storyline, but I am glad they finally showed Julian act like he was part of others lives too since he is one of the group

  15. LeytonKillsBrucas! Says:

filler episode or not… this was just terrible. this episode was just one big joke… and not a funny one. it was cheesy and just dumb. the hocus pocus psychic stuff?? really??

i’m officially ashamed to say that i was once a diehard fan of this show. i keep tuning in each week, hoping that mark will prove me wrong about this show turning into crap… but unforunately he’s not doing that

i don’t care if this was a filler episode. as others said, there have been plenty of other filler episodes that have still been good. but tonights episode is a perfect example of the joke that this show has turned into

  16. Sam Says:

SPOILER ALERT: DO NOT READING ENDING UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SPOILED <3
Okay. this was probably the funniest episode every and this season is probably one of the few that I love all the scenes. I usually tend to stick with the Haley storyline but now the others scenes, except for the crazy Clay scenes, are great.
This episode, for me was the funniest of the season. I always wanted to see Haley high, it was foreshadowed in E Weekly, but it was still amazing. I love how they did not make Brooke the same, it brought more mood to the story.
Cannot wait for next episode…really hope she is pregnant, though I wish Haley would be though I do not see a change with a her going on tour.

  17. lake Says:

    to john,
i love that people liek you come on here and rip other fans for not liking an episode. you can be a diehard OTH fan and still hate an episode or an aspect on the show. the reason the fans are on this website is so they can discuss the episode with other fans. not everything said here has to be positive reviews and remarks. you don’t have to love everything about OTH to come on here and give you’re opinion.

  18. missingsawyerscott Says:

Dan said bring on Lucas not Nathan!!! Intresting he said Lucas not doing anything. and CMM is not doing anything. Did any else catch that?

  19. lulu Says:

i loved some things of this episode.
the baley..finally we got some baley scenes. i love these two.
julian and nathan were great together, and i loved julians tent. i love that dan is coming back to tree hill, i want to see interact with someone other than rachel.

hated some things of this episode. i guess i am the only one, but i didnt like quinn drugging her sister, i just didnt find it funny.
sarah pimping clay and quinn…wth! quinn is still wearing her wedding ring.

leytonkillsbrucas…the show is not a joke, if that was the case then the entire season 6 could be considered a joke. if you dont like than dont watch.

  20. Mackenzie Says:

Are we really going to sit around and argue over a tv show? Grow up people. Seriously.

Last weeks episode was really eventful, so this was a filler episode. It was supposed to be funny, uneventful, and stupid. But it was still enjoyable. So everybody take a breather!

Leytonkillsbrucas: BLAH BLAH BLAH. Seriously, no body wants to hear you whine and whine ok? If you dont want to watch, then simply: DONT WATCH. I, for one, am so tired of this ‘leyton is gone, o woe is me’ whiney bs!

  21. LeytonKillsBrucas! Says:

lulu, i do consider season 6 to be a joke. i’m not denying that at all. i thought that LP were the ONLY interesting part of season 6. which is my point… LP or no LP, the overall quality of the show just isn’t good anymore

  22. Danika Says:

Thanks Mackenzie. Just about to say the exact same thing. :)
Not a funny episode? HAHA Okay. I thought it was hilarious especially when Haley was high. I really can’t get enough of that, it was just so funny.

  23. lulu Says:

leytonkillsbrucas- im not going to get in an argument with. to me season 6 was a joke because of all the leyton. them being gone really isnt changing that much. this episode would still have been not that good, even if they were still on.

  24. steph Says:

i guess thats the difference between everyones taste. while some people may have found tonights episode funny, i found it pretty dumb. a FEW funny parts… but i thought the rest was pretty cheesy and childish (especially the pot brownies and the psychic stuff)

  25. oth Says:

the whole casual reference to the pot thing did make wonder.i mean i dont consider myself to be a prude but come on, in the context of these characters, it didnt sit well. i think baley getting drunk off whine would’ve gave us the funny parts without the drug reference.

im not going to hate on quinn that much this week except for the whole pot thing. i think i can grow to like her if she just stays away from clay.

  26. mike Says:

some funny moments but overall, ok i guess. something was def. missing.

by the way, looks like jackson put on some pounds, was quinn cooking him brownies too?

  27. LeytonKillsBrucas! Says:

lulu… thats my point! i’m not just a biased, close minded LP fan complaining about this season because leyton aren’t in it. i just admitted that season 6 still sucked even though leyton were a big part of it.

i’m complaining about the writing of the show now, and the pointlessness of it. even if LP were in this season, that wouldn’t make the writing, and the storylines any better or any more necessary. i just honestly have no idea why they are even continuing with this show.. there is no purpose to it anymore, and no need to see these storylines

  28. kelly Says:

i thought this episode was ok.

loved the baley scenes, that alone was enough for me to watch.

i like nathan and julian. i think that these two would make great friends, but i have a feeling that we wont see any more scenes between these two :P

loved that dan is coming back to tree hill, i still think that he is evil, and we need some evil on the show.

hated quinn still 2night. i didnt think it was funny that she drugged her sister.
hated quinn/clay, also. if we get an 8th season, they better keep naley and brooke, because clay and quinn is not going to keep fans.

next week looks really good though. but i dont think that the ratings are going to be as high as last week due to the world series.

  29. kelly Says:

leytonkillsbrucas-if you dont like the show anymore, than dont watch. the writing is still good, last week showed that. not every episode is going to be good.

  30. LeytonKillsBrucas! Says:

kelly- like others, i’m TRYING to still give the show a chance. i’m holding out for that one episode that will show me that it’s still the OTH that i know and love, but unfortunately i have yet to see that episode.

and last weeks episode showed me that the writing for ONE episode was decent… not that the writing for the whole show is still good. you can’t say that the show’s writing is still good, just based off of one episode. in my opinion, last weeks episode has been the only half way decent one out of now 8 episodes. to me, one episode of decent writing doesn’t automatically make the writing for the rest of the episodes good

  31. kelly Says:

haha…lake i just read your comment on making quinn better……give shantel few lines to say :) :) :)

  32. Jarrod Says:

IF YOU FEEL LIKE THE SHOW IS WASTING AN HOUR OF YOUR LIFE THEN GET OVER IT, STOP WATCHING AND POSTING ON HERE, AND MOVE ON. Aight, had to get that out. I enjoyed tonight’s episode even though I knew it was going to be a filler so nothing really exciting would happen. I really don’t share the hate that people seem to have for Quinn. But best part by far was the shout out from Dan to Lucas. Loved it. I felt like the lightning with the girls was kind of lame, but oh well, the show has to have it’s cheesy moments. I mean it wasn’t my favorite episode, but I don’t think I’ve ever really disliked an episode of OTH. I so hope Brooke is actually pregnant. Watching her and the pregnancy with Haley’s help is going to be awesome. And I still haven’t given up on crossing my fingers and toes for a Lucas/Peyton return. Like the show said, what have they been up to anyway? :]

  33. smf Says:

Every season of One Tree Hill had one or two episodes that weren’t as good as some others of the same season and that happens on a lot of t.v. shows. I liked the episode since we needed something fun after the last few episodes. I liked that Dan made reference to Lucas. And I loved the comment Nathan made about losing his virginity to his sister-in-law and how it makes thanksgiving awkward!

  34. kelly Says:

there were a lot of good oneliners tonight.

  35. Danika Says:

LeytonkillsBrucas… if that’s what you’re waiting for you might as well stop watching because the good ol’ OTH we love is gone. It’s evolved into something different and your either gonna like it or your not. The only time I think were going to see the old OTH is maybe, just maybe the series finale if they bring Leyton back. Otherwise what we’ve seen is how it’s going to be.

  36. ed fury Says:

The whole part about Dan getting a heart in some 3rd world country for 5 grand. hahahahahahahahaha That has to be the dumbest thing ever on this series. It even tops the junkies dog eating his new heart in season 6. You can’t just cut someone open and plop in a new heart just like that. You need a heart & lung machine to keep them alive. He’d have to be a match blood and tissue type. He’d have to take anti-rejection drugs the rest of his life and I’m pretty sure he couldn’t drink any alcohol even if he wanted to.

The dig on Lucas was funny.

The whole rest of the Dan & Rachel story arc… please, no more. Isn’t their 7 episode story arc about up?

  37. kelly Says:

well since he didnt have the money, going to another country to get his heart would be something he would do.

  38. luisa Says:

I unlike most people, liked this week’s episode. It’s a filler episode, and that’s just what I needed after last week, I actually loved every scene and thought that it was pretty funny.
I just hope that someone will tell Nathan that Haley got high so we can get a funny Naley scene.

  39. kelly Says:

omg oth, you took the words right out of mouth with the whole pot thing. call me a prude too, but i dont like the whole reference to drugs.

not to mention that quinn had those drugs in a bag, in a house with a pro basketball player in trouble for a scandal and a 7 year old child. wth was quinn thinking.

this is why i dont like her, she always thinks about herself, and she walked away from two people who stoned out on drugs, and left them alone.

i hope nathan finds out about this and says something to quinn, but i have a feeling that nothing is going to be done about it.

  40. tina Says:

funny episode. loved it!!! I loved the scenes with clay and his wife. His softer side makes him hot!! I know most of you dont like quinn but i like her with clay. they clicked from the start and loved when he came out in the rain!!! also the julian/nathan scene was awesome

  41. plussizzegrl Says:

Quinn is the new Peyton. She can do bad things but is excused because she is “tortured” and having trouble “finding herself”. Remember the whole running-red-lights thing? Or losing Jake’s baby at the mall? Broadcasting her life to strangers on-cam? The similarities between Quinn/Clay and Peyton/Lucas are staggering.

  42. Raymond Says:

TINA i love you!!! ahhaa… i love quinn so much too..

and i love her with clay..

i think they fill the void that leyton left.. right??hahaa

  43. OTHjhIII Says:

Yes this was a filler but we got to learn about Dan’s heart which was good.

Thought Haley was truley fab and Brooke was great too – much better after Quin selfishly left, they made me laugh and good to see them doing scenes together again! Just kept thinking tho that Haley and Quin must have different parents as they look NOTHING like each other. Quin looks more like Rachel.

And Quin?? Guy tells you to leave…NO REACTION – he stops your car and gets in soaking wet on your leather seats – NO REACTION – he tells you he loves someone….NO REACTION – has a wife….NO REACTION… – she died….NO REACTION!! WTF!!! Who the h%ll casted Shantel cuz she has one facial expression only and no talent. What did she do to get this booking???

Thought Clay and Sara was little overdone this ep too. We know the situation and it would of been better to have left us with last weeks connection. Didn’t feel it so much this week which I was dissapointed about after last week.

Like Julian more this week.Nice to see Skills again too

I liked the ep as a whole and I thought it was quite good to have it as a relief from the intenseness of last week.

But please – send Quin back to David and get Clay a woman who can show emotion and have a connection!!!! And lets get some proper Naley connection time!!!

  44. oth Says:

for the people hoping that chad and hilarie would make a guest spot is more them obvius that they will not make a apparence

  45. Raymond Says:

admit it or not but Quinn is obviously getting betetr and better each week.. haters just cant accept it..

  46. OTHjhIII Says:

No ofense Raymond buddy but can you add anything to any discussion apart from you love Quin?Folks’ll start to think you ARE Shantel or one of her folks or buddies!lol.

No one is hating they are just giving oppinions. And generally that is that she cant act.Few think she can, most think she can’t.But we also make comments and offer oppinions on other things!

    :-)

  47. oth Says:

quinn is not getting better each week, this week she was just more tolerable. the only time i found her cute and flirty was in the 2nd episode on the beach with nate and clay. i liked her little pinky thing with haley on the piano, other than that, all her scenes really leave me feeling nothing except annoyance that she is getting screen time where it oculd be focused in on other characters like nathan or haley or brooke. i can tolerate her better if they reduce her role like alex. we had 2 alex free episodes, which is good cuz im ready to see her again next week. quinn, still not looking forward to seeing you, unless she leaves the show. im not trying to be mean but she was a character with high hopes, being haleys sister, i was ready to embrace her with open arms, but each week she was just more disappointing, after the 3rd episode, ive prety much washed my hands of her .

  48. mike Says:

sorry raymond but i agree more with OTH. im sure shantel is a nice person but yeah when something isnt working i hope the writers know how to fix it. wasnt ashley fired from melrose place, i dont think they need to do something that severe with shantel but they need to reduce her role or something cuz her being a leading cast member is not cutting it.

  49. Pucassucks Says:

Every week we have the usual suspect moaning but they still sit down and watch it. For me it was a funny episode, just what was needed after last weeks heavy drama. Baley was hilarious and Nathan and Julian (Nulian?) were cool. Loved how Julian helped the tree hill boys look past there small town and came up with new career choices.

Plus a big storyline for me was Dan and how he got his new heart. Damn, that Rachel is still goregeously wicked!!! Can’t wait til they come home

  50. jase Says:

I found it funny Skills did a Coach Carter reference. He was in it and it was written by Mark! LOL
And the “I just can’t quit you”…Austin being BFF’s with Jake G. and all. Lots of little shout-outs last night. :-)
    LOVED Julian this eppie.

  51. :D Says:

didnt feel Brooke and Haley AT ALL…the girls stuff was just boring and a bit OTT..their stuff in season 3 was 10000000x better and it didnt seem forced…the camping made up for it though!..loved every part of it..clay/quinn is jus getting boring..well all know their gonna get it together…Dan and Rachel stuff was watchable and finally their going back to TH…. skills/julian/nathan and mouth made me laugh

  52. B Says:

I thought htis episode was goodd. Not the best, but as mentioned before, it was a filler episode! I personally took no offense to Haley and Brooke gettinh high. Jamie was not home, and it was a girls weekend. Now if they did it all the time that would be a different story.
There were alot of one liners that were funny! Overall I thought it was worth watching! For those who keep waiting for the old One Tree Hill to come back Mark has stated many times the show is moving in a different direction now. You will either like it or not. Everyone has the right to watch and post their comments on here if they didn’t like the episode, but what people are tired of are the constant posts of OTH sucks, Leyton was everything and so on, every week. Yes, they were a good part of the show, but not the whole show, and they are gone now. If it is that bad for you DON’T WATCH and don’t post horrible things.

  53. smf Says:

I also love that Chester made an appearance!!

  54. oth Says:

what gets me pissed off is wen people say bad things about the show and others already say that they are leyton fans.Listen im not a leyton fan and really think that last night episode were boring and im not liking this season and im not a leyton fan.

  55. nat Says:

well and some people say that leyton fans just say bad things i could say the same for people that were hating on the show before but now suddley loves it because leyton is gone but wathever

  56. lt Says:

yup nat i have been saying a lot contradicting been going on and them speaking a different tone from what they have been preaching all last season wen the bashing of the show was alot bigger i find its amusing

  57. kelly Says:

i wasnt a huge fan of peyton, but i could actually stand to watch her is some episodes. she did have gritt when need be.

quinn is much much worse. its the same crap from her every single week. its same tone of voice every single week, its the same facial expression every single week. and now that they are throwing at clay..god help us…i have to fastfoward over him.

  58. lol Says:

I think that Julian and Haley were the best part of the episode. And they could totally be friends. She was a tutor girl , he was a mathlete…

  59. cdbern Says:

Joy was awesome. Reminded me of drunk haley from season 1. The writers shouldve created these scenes with the guys. Can you imagine Haley high with Nathan around. Talk about Naley hot scenes. Then out in the woods Nathan and Julian appeared to be bonding. Although if Clay is Nathan’s new “Lucas”, wouldn’t it have made sense to have him on the camping trip and not sulking in that big fancy house with his imaginary dead wife. Dan really reminded me of haunted Dan from season 4, I’m still not sure if that is a good thing. All in all a pretty good episode where nothing really happened. BTW loved the lucas referene by Dan. He so nailed that secene.

  60. lulu Says:

^^you would think that clay would go, but what would be their excuse for quinn to skip her little butt over there to his house?

  61. claire Says:

I love Quin and Clay!!!!!!!I wished they kissed in the rain. And I thought this episode was hilarious. I could not stop laughing.

  62. nadia Says:

    Quinn is a stupid moron
Sophia bush still cannot act after all these years

  63. Raymond Says:

have you seen the 2nd promo for next week’s epiode.. it looks great.. brooke might be pregannt.. haha.. it’s her time to have a baby.. and haley is going to perform again.. and then quinn and clay first kiss.. awesome.. dan going back to tree hill.. cant wait..

  64. Emily Says:

am i the only one who actually likes quinn?? lol

  65. Raymond Says:

emily, no you’re not.. I love quinn to death.. and there are many others who love her too..

  66. oth Says:

good for you if you like quinn, cuzi cant stand her and shes tarnishing my fav. show. i would love to love her, shoot i was expecting to fall in love with her and hate alex. but now ive only warmed up to alex and roll my eyes at quinn. clay is the only new good thing this season but if he hooks up with quinn, which looks to be the case… ehhhhh…

  67. nadia Says:

most people hate quinn with a passion which means she will get shoved down our throats more

  68. Raymond Says:

why don’t we all shut up and just watch our favorite show..

if you hate Quinn then you hate her. That’s it, you don’t have to broadcast it or ask Mark to shove her off the show. Remember that there are fans who love her.

Just shut up and watch.. Enjoy the part of the show that you love.. That’s it.. and let the others enjoy the part/character that they love which is Quinn..

    GROW UP!!!!

    PEACE!!!

  69. cmmfan Says:

GOOD LORD…PLEEEASE BRING BACK LUCAS AND PEYTON! Season 7 is OTH characters in a COMPLETELY different show than what it started out as in 2003! It should have been renamed to reflect the spinoff show that it is!!! UGH!!!!! Back to the Season 1-4 DVDs!

  70. Maggie Says:

Amy, can you take the sticky post off of this? It has been the first thing up for almost a week, and I think it’s about time the newer things went in front.
