thx to http://channingtatumunwrapped.com/ for the pic
Thanks to Kayla for the heads up. James Lafferty and Robert Buckley have apparently been playing double-duty with filming, each taking party in western The Legend of Hell’s Gate: An American Conspiracy. The film, written and directed by Tanner Beard, is a western also starring Summer Glau (Dollhouse, Terminator) and Jenna Dewan-Tatum (Melrose Place, Step Up), Eric Balfour (24) and Henry Thomas (Dear John – that movie looks so good!). James is playing the role of Eigson Howard and Rob is playing the character of Bacas Mitchell. Following is a summary of the film:
“The story of how ‘Hell’s Gate’ at Possum Kingdom Lake, Texas came to have it’s name. Relive the story of how three outlaws expeditions and encounters through historical 1870s Texas were remembered for a lifetime.”
The movie filmed in Texas beginning October 18 and wrapped filming Friday according to its official Twitter. The film will be released in 2010. If anyone has any filming pictures including James or Rob, please let us know!
James’ involvement confirmed on Twitter:
@HellsGate_movie is it true that james lafferty is going to be in the film?
@acalvillo14 that is confirmed. Thx

Is that Rob and James in the top left? It doesn’t look like them at all if it is them.
James lafferty in cowboys clothes……niiiice!
No, that’s not them. I think that’s just a filming poster. We need some pictures of them on set ASAP!!!
seriously. awesome whens filming i live texas
This should be interesting because I am having a real hard time picturing them as cowboys. I mean they will both look great dressed up like a cowboy but I can’t see them in the actual role. Not a role I would have expected from either of them at this point. Could they pull of a Clint Eastwood? Hmmmm.
ooo cool! =]
and on an unrelated note- just watched the trailer channing tatum’s new movie dear john on that website and it looks awessooooome.
