i think people need to keep in mind that naley have been married for almost 10 years. people who are in that long of a relationship rarely kiss as much as they did when the relationship was new and exciting.

i agree jake and they still show that they love each other there always hugging or nathan gives her kisses on the head. I have been in a relationship for 9 years and me and my fiance are exactly like naley we are affectionate with each other but it just gets different over a long time but it does not mean you love each other less.

Same here, I’ve been with my better half for 6 years and its not kisses all the time. We are still passionate but we are just more comfortable cuddling on the sofa with our son. However the compulsory morning and bedtime kiss is a month!

i don`t mind the quinn and clay relationship the only thing i don`t like about it is that the have kissed once and they are making it seem they have been in a relationship for a while last episode she called him baby and next she says i`m proud of you i mean you just dont say those things when you are just starting a relationship it just seems forced and false

I’m glad I’m not the only one who isn’t mad with Naley not kissing all the time. It still shows that they love and care for eachother. I was watching a Season 3 episode and although there was a lot of kissing, I also saw a lot of forehead kisses.

Clay yay, quinn nay. really when is she leaving the show? they are making them look like the it couple when most people cant stand them, correction her.

i do want clay to be in good graces with the scotts though so ill wait and see for that. i wonder what mark thinks about some of the criticism the new cast members are getting.

despite my dislike of quinn, i can pretty much gauge by looking through here and various boards and sites that most people like clay, mixed for alex, which i understand, at first i actually liked her now not so much, we;ll see about her and quinn, most comments about her have been negative.

ugh, watching clay and quinn together is like watching paint dry….boring and dull. guess i will fastfowarding over their scenes.

love naley….but i agree they have been married for almost 10 years, so it isnt all about making out anymore. their love is still as strong as it was in s1.

ok, i can not get into clay and quinn. wth, type of couple are they? they just met each other, and now they are the new “it” couple. please, they suck together, there is no chemistry. they are more like brother and sister than anything else.

I’m so sick of them trying to make Clay/Quinn something great when they’ve just met and Quinn is still married. I’m sure they will promote this stupid couple over hiatus more then anyone else on the show.

naley not making out has nothing to do with joy being married. she got married in s3, and naley have kissed a lot since then.

LOL The newbie’s always catch the bad end of the stick. Let’s be honest here did we really give them fair chance?

Scratch that actually, lol , I love Alex. I think they should bring back Taylor and maybe let Quinn go back to being the “out of town sister”. Clay can go back with her too, they don’t work well with each other to me. The chemistry isn’t there, it’s like “you say your lines, I say mine”.

Maybe it’s because Shantel isn’t a good actress.

I have to ask, what’s going on with Joy’s hair? Is it a wig? I remember her hair used to look more real! now it looks fake or like she did something wrong with it. IDK.

I thikn the lack of affection has been occuring ever since season 5 started , and this leads me to believe Mark has been taking the actor’s opnions into consideration when it comes to kissing ans such. Honestly i think they’re just sick of doing it, so Mark has struck a deal with them in order to limit the amount of kissing scenes they’ll have per season. It’s also kind of noticable ( especially on James end) that they are tired of kissing each other because everytime they do it either looks totally lackluster or the camera pans away, and it’s not just NH either; LP had the same thing happen to them last year

I just don’t understand people’s attraction to Quinn’s character… the only positive thing she’s been shown doing is helping Clay with the whole Sara stuff. BUT that isn’t really positive because she is:
1) still married
2) abandoned her sister and family to be there for Clay
3) trying to get in Clay’s pants & heart

I completely agree that the “I’m proud of you” is completely forced and unrealistic along with the “baby” line. I didn’t LIKE her before, but now I physically cringe when she is on and I DESPISE her character. Unfortunately, it is making me dislike Clay now too! I mean what kind of guy would actually be attracted to her nonexistent personality?!?

MB Davis:I think Haley’s hair is maybe just damaged from all the colouring!!It looked so much nicer when it was dark (e.g. season 6). Either that or it was really humid in Wilmington while they were filming!

I agree so musch with loveOTH, she is so right!! And so are you guys that said almost the same… I HATE Quinn and Clay Togheter, but when they’re not a couple… Then it is OK to like them. They look like the it couple and I hate that. And in this sneak peek they we’re so ugly together. Quinn: I’m so proud of you, Clay: I know, it means a lot, actually it meens everything..uhhh….
Looks like they got marrired 5 years ago, but they actually just got together. They have only one kiss… HATE IT !!

Shantel needs to go back for some ACTING lessons as does the Clay character. Where did they pick these 2 slugs from – High School Amateur Day!!!
