I thought this news was well, news-worthy on the heels of graphic novel.  IMDB is reporting a new role for him in Paradi$e, written and directed by Daniel J Gillin’s film.   According to IMDB here is the plot:

Paradi$e is a compelling, uplifting, contemporary drama that centers on a Hollywood family falling apart and mending itself back together. While the backdrop is decorated with all the accouterments of the lavish lifestyle, the story in due course debunks it all. We take a journey with the Anderson family-Brad (50) the talent manager father, Kristen (45) a devoted but naive wife, Tyler (18) a basketball sensation and Justin (16) a free spirited skateboard champ-and watch as they learn how all that really matters is having each other in a time where morals are evaporating, money is scarce and Dreams only come true for those who give a shit.

IMDB is reporting he will play  the character Brandon.  Another notable, Rick Fox is rumored to play Coach Russell in the film.  For OTH fans you’ll surely remember him as Nathan’s nemesis, Daunte.  Other notable names include Lauren Conrad, Eric Balfour and Tommy Lee.  Most of the roles appeared to be rumored.  Plans change so we’ll see what comes of it but I for one am happy we might still see him on our screens.
