Jason: When will Lucas, Chad Michael Murray, come back to OTH, and where is Hilarie Burton? Will she come back!!?
Lucas comes back in episode 7 and only interacts with Haley and Jamie, and he takes Haley’s new daughter Lydia back home with him. Peyton is mentioned, but as far as I know there’s no reason given as to why she’s not with him. And no word yet on her returning.
Randall: Why isn’t James Lafferty in all the episodes of One Tree Hill? How will his disappearance be explained?
I’m told James didn’t want to do all the episodes, and Nathan is taking an unintentional European vacation. This is less like a Chevy Chase movie and more like Savannah Smiles.

I just saw this on E! No reason why Peyton is with him…Are they just going to dodge that and the past few years with them. Lucas taking Lydia..does that mean there is a chance of seeing Lucas again or will they have Haley/Nathan go get her. Not great for Naley fans who want more family moments. And did not Shantel say she had a scene with him?…. I guess it could be with Haley or Jamie and Quinn is there. I do not want Chad’s appears to be pointlless but it sounds like it might be. I really hope they can talk Chad to come back for one more show and Hilarie to return for one. I guess we will see.
This just proves that Haley can’t depend on anyone in tree hill outside of Nathan. We already knows she’s in need of help due to what’s going on with her husband, the fact that she has to call Lucas back for Lydia says alot about her so called friends and sister. I don’t ever want to hear what a good friend Brooke is, or what a good sister Quinn is. I call BS on it all. When the chips are down and Haley really does need the “friends” in her life to have her back, they fail her.
No Brucas scene, shocking.
This really sounds like a waste of Chad’s guest appearance. Doesn’t at all sound like anything that us fans were hoping for. Atleast Peyton is getting a mention though, so hopefully they won’t just pretend like she doesn’t exist. I’ll have to wait and see, but this doesn’t sound the least bit interesting or satisfying for all the fans that were excited about his return…
Wouldn’t that make him filming OTH right now then?
@monica im sure he gonna have a scene with QUinn, since she even said it herself.. whetever that scene is good or not. LOL But no scene with example Brooke & Lucas or Lucas visits Brooke & Julian?! On bad terms?! I think everyone should welcome him like “he’s back”. anyway im excited for the LUcas and Haley scenes!!!! Sure gonna be nice.

I agree with all when I read this. It was not what I had been expecting with all the other spoilers and such coming out. I was kind of like what…. With Lucas coming back after such a long time I don’t know… Guess we will see?
My guess is that Lucas takes Lydia because Haley is worried that her life may be in danger if Nathan is in trouble/kidnapped. Maybe Haley asks Lucas to keep Lydia safe. If that is the case, doesn’t make sense why Lucas wouldn’t take Jamie also. Just my thoughts.
Doesnt give much hope or explanation at all – it all seems quite bland and disappointing but no matter, we will watch when the time comes. I suppose we can only still hope for something a little better further along the line! What does it mean that Lucas takes Haley’s new baby home with him – either I am seeing things or I cant read properly – dont see the sense in that at all but then who am I?

I don’t understand these spoilers seem to be a little disappointing, we expect to see, either be good or we will not find reason to complain for sure.
with the spoilers I am getting no naley,no haley no nate nope nada zilch….I mean come on last season of the series and we are not getting the naley or a meatier haley scene just at home making phone calls.I miss haley singing like the one w grace potter or tyler.I hope atleast we get great ty;er and haley scenes.
I am very happy to have him back lol But i dont want his scenes to be a waste! Come on OTH! This is Lucas!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my Luke and Hales scene, Scott Bros scene and at least a 10 second Brucas scene! And what does that mean for Lucas to be taking Lydia? Why?? I have soo many questions…:/
I know it doesn’t really make it much better, but by the time episode 7 comes around Lydia will be at least 1 year old because she would have been around 10-11 months old at the end of season 8. Factor in any time jump before episode 1 and the time in episodes 1 through 7 and she’s probably 1.5 or so by that time. Just sayin’
I’m also going to point out that my bet the reason why Hayley doesn’t ask Brulian to look after Lydia is because they’re trying to deal with having the twins, who were born premature so maybe have health issues. Who knows? Maybe Brulian look after Jamie.
I want to see Lucas/Nathan scenes. If James isn’t gonna be on the show more, season 9 is gonna be stupid. Would somebody please tell me why would Nathan get kiddnapped??? Does he owe somebody money or something? What’s Alex and Chase stroyline this season? if she is gonna be up there then she better have a storyline other than singing.

Princess, I think Nathan gets kidnapped because Clay owes money to a drug dealer but since Clay is getting help somewhere with his problems, they will instead go after Nathan and kidnap him. As for Alex and Chase, Alex will I think go on tour and while she is on tour Chase will sleep with Tara, a person who owns a new cafe that will go against Karen’s Cafe..but that’s all I know so far since I read these off of othforums
@Jess, thank you, it’s been driving me crazy to find out. I hope Haley or Dan beat the crap out of Clay for getting Nathan kidnapped. It’s the same drama… Chase sleeping with somebody while Alex is on tour. Which means we won’t see much of her next season? My guess is Quinn will be leaving with Clay? Does anybody know what’s Deb’s storyline and Jamie’s? My guess is Deb will come back to help Haley out with the children. Also didn’t they say it’s suppose to be a wedding this season? What’s up with Mouth & Millie?
With Deb leaving it was just never mentioned and then all of a sudden you realise she hasn’t been in any episodes for a while. I figured that we were just supposed to suspend our disbelief and that the lives of the characters continue past what is shown and that Deb is still in Tree Hill and part of their lives but we just don’t see it. Although maybe I missed something about her leaving. So I figured that with her coming back she’ll just be seen back in their lives.
If I had to guess about a wedding I would guess mouth and millie because of the whole foreshadowing of Millie catching Brooke’s bouquet. I think a drunken vegas wedding would be pretty cool, like something like Skillz and Lauren drunkenly doing it.
Its odd how Deb just seemed to disappear out of the show – they seem to do that with the odd character here and there! I suppose we are supposed to use our imagination and assume that they are still lurking behind the scenes so to speak! I think Deb will be back in their lives to offer support to Haley because Nathan as gone missing, I cant undestand however why Lucas would take Lydia home with him – that just doesnt make sense to me as there are plenty people around, ie Haley and Deb to look after her!
With regards to a wedding, I definitely dont see Skills and Lauren tying the knot but then again you never really know! I do think however that its high time that Millie and Mouth did the deed as they can only go on so long with their “on off” relationship = it gets tiring after a while so I am putting all my bets on them!
