The episode when Haley sings at trick trick for the first time
The first one with all the flashback…Hated most of the season, though.
i think my favorite episode is the one where Nathan has a car accident. it’s just all he thinks about is Haley. plus the song that’s playing is kickass.
The episode when Peyton was about to buy coke and Jake came back to surprise her….it was such a turning point for them and a huge weight lifted off her shoulders after that. She definitely needed him back before she really went off track.
EP. # 2.03. Haley’s bachlorette party!!! LOVE this episode
just remembered, the episode where it had all the Naley flashbacks. who doesn’t love some hardcore Naley.

The first episode with all the flashbacks, especially the flashback of how Nathan proposed to Haley. I also liked the bachelor/bachelorette party episode too.
“The Tide that Left and Never Came Back” and “The Leavers Dance”, which were the season two finale. Very plot driven and exciting. The Lucas/Dan confrontation, Haley returning, and everything was great!
I liked the last episode of season 2.. Im a big brucas fan.. and i was also really glad haley came back..
2:01 The Desperate Kingdom of Love – Nathan asks Haley to marry him in the flashback. Best episode of season 2 imo.
I also like the episode where Nathan dreams what his life would have been like if Dan had chosen Karren.
I am also a Brucas fan so the last episode would be my next choice. Plus, Haley came back.
I forgot to mention episode 2:17 Something I Can Never Have. Mostly because of the flashbacks we get to see while Nathan is driving to where Haley is on tour. I love the scene where Nathan and Haley are recording the message on their answering machine.
“Lifetime Piling Up” is another nice episode. Nathan’s dream about Dan staying with Karen and Lucas.
My favorite episode from season 2 was 2X03 Near wild Heaven . That is the one where Haleyh had her bachelorette party and Nathan had the bachelor party .
One of my favorite episodes is the one with keiths wedding! ( I think its, somewhere a clock is ticking) It was a really good episode. Season 2 was not one of my favorites but now I actually enjoy it. What I do not enjoy is Felix and Anna! In my opinion the season would have been far better without them. I don’t know what it is but they are my least favorite guest stars of the entire series! I didn’t like the characters or the storylines they are in. I was so glad when they left town! Lol
The finale is one of my favorite episodes of the entire series! Oth has had a history of great finales so its hard to pick a favorite but the season 2 finale is definitely a top contender. Just love that episode! Not to mention this episode is when I heard jimmy eat worlds 23! I love this song and it reminds me of oth season 2 everytime I hear it…
*Just realized 23 played mid season around the time Jake came back, not in the finale!
@bturner: Season 2 was never really my favorite season, especially when it first aired, but looking back now, I really do think it was a pretty good season story line wise. I too hated Felix and Anna and was so glad they left the show!!
‘Let the Reigns Go Loose’ and ‘Lifetime Piling Up’
Many fans dislike season 2 because of 1) no ravens hoops 2) felix and anna.
While basketball was very important to this series the actual high school basketball season is a very short period of time. They had to show the kids in other real life activities besides basketball.
I enjoyed the season for allowing us to look deeper into the characters and not just focus on them being basketball players and were the ravens going to win a game or not.
I also think the time away from basketball in season 2 made the championship they did win in season 4 even better. Remember they were undefeated in season 1 and lost their first playoff game. In seasons 3 & 4 they lost a lot of games but still barely qualified for the playoffs and then won it all.
Lot’s of stuff in season two sets up major future events in the Tree Hill world.
If not for the time capsule episode 2.15 unopened letters to the world.. we would not have had the rachel early release which led to jimmy killing himself and dan killing keith. 2.7 let the reign’s loose see the opening of tric which played a major role in the show all the way until then end when they all sign the one tree hill theme song in the finale celebrating 10 years of tric. I can go on and on. Mouth helping Brooke win Class president. Jake and Peyton first kiss. So many little things people forget about since it was so long ago.
Here are my top 3
#3) 2.20 Lifetime Piling Up – Nathan’s dream where his life and Lucas’s life are swapped is awesome. We get to see Chad play the bad guy that he originally auditioned for, the role of Nathan. Loved the alternative universe bizzaro world story.
#2) 2.15 Unopened Letters to the World – The time capsule, without that stupid video time capsule and all the death and destruction it unleashed on Tree Hill where would the series have gone direction wise, and we see Lucas using his heart and mind to win Brooke back from her physical relationship with Felix.
#1) 2.16 Somewhere a Clock Is Ticking – Jules runs out and leaves Keith standing at the altar. How can you not be all up on that Tree Hill drama. Jaw dropping. Brooke goes to the wedding with Lucas and you can see her start falling in love with him again.
i loved the episodes with naley epecially when nathan when to haley back – it just broke my heart to see nathan the shell of a man – my favourite scene is the nathans car crash (especially the flash backs – but it broke my heart to see nathan -
3 episodes: 1) Naley’s Bachelor & Bachelorette parties 2×03
2) 2×17 with all the Naley flashbacks
3) 2×20 with Nathan’s alternate reality dream.
I like Dare Night in Season 2.

Too many to choose from. I love all the seasons and episodes! Hehe
My Top Three Season 2 Episodes are:
#3) 2×01 The Desperate Kingdom of Love – Because of all of the flashbacks and Naley’s first wedding. Also, Breyton’s Beautiful Friendship!
#2) 2×16 Somewhere a Clock Is Ticking – The Jules and Keith Wedding! I secretly liked them together even though I knew Karen and Keith were meant to be. Plus the Voiceover at the End with Lucas’ Best Man Speech is so damn special! Lovely episode!
#1) 2×22 The Tide That Left and Never Came Back (1) – Jimmy Eat World performing and the flashbacks with Lucas and Brooke going to visit Haley. Laley’s Friendship is Beautiful! Plus the Voiceover at the end with George Berdnaw Shaw’s quote. When Jeyton is torn apart and your heart breaks even though you knew Leyton is meant to be. Just a unbelievable episode. Definately one of my favorite episodes from Season 2!

I also can’t choose between three episodes so here goes:
3. 2.05 ‘I Will Dare’: It’s so different from the rest of season two and has some hilarious moments! James Lafferty and Clay in skirts anyone?
2. 2.22 ‘The Tide That Left And Never Came Back’: It’s such a pivotal episode for the entire series and Jimmy Eat World was so good in that episode!
1. 2.19 ‘I’m Wide Awake, it’s Morning’: I’m in tears everytime Nathan crashes into that wall and ‘Like A Man Possessed’ is the perfect song backdrop for his flashbacks with Haley
As good as the later seasons were, I miss the High School days!
